i'd like to start this post by briefly explaining my situation and desires: One of my strongest values of all is: Multiculturalism, essentially what being multicultural means to me is: i like exploring foreign and diverse cultures, i like learning new languages and i also like living life on the edge, which living in a foreign country brings me exactly that. my favorite types of people seem to be the fun, restless and the irony of liking countercultural types of people (something like steve jobs, rebellious, one might call it) i'm currently living in my native country: Croatia (a country in Europe right next to Italy) as for the reasons i don't want to live here anymore: Too cramped, too "static" and as diverse as the solid color gray. Always been 100% confident since day 1 that i would live in US but recently that changed because 2 new candidates have joined the party: Japan and China Since i've spent a shit ton of time on this forum i also have a life purpose(s) and passions which i'm still dwelling over which one i should choose or possibly choose both: 1. Music (Mumble, geeky, extremely happy sounding music) 2. Fashion (Dapper, colorful, maybe even something as unusual as anime inspired clothes) i must say that these two would go great together and are compatible with each other unlike my "where should i live" situation Pro's and Cons of each country: (add your own if you know some) BOLD Cons are extra bad United states Violence and crime rate (CON) i like walking at night, how am i supposed to do that there, my town's population is somewhere around 1k-1.5k people. In 2018 15,498 people we're killed in United States. I don't remember the documentary, but i was watching one on Youtube last month and i remember the exact quote the women said about the reason her son was killed "It was a drive by shooting, they thought he was someone else" that sentence really changed my perception of US, HOW THE FUCK DO YOU KILL SOMEONE... THINKING HE WAS SOMEONE ELSE? Extremely Diverse (PRO) Expensive (CON) Social (PRO) I have family over there, giving my an edge with VISAS/Green Card (PRO) i already know a bit of the language as you can see, even tho i am Croatian i nailed the American accent perfectly in my humble opinion, so much so that i'm actually confident singing English songs, without any obvious "not native english" disadvantages and since i want to be a English Musician living in the US will probably allow me to learn more advanced and complex words. Japan Literally the fashion Capital of the world (PRO) Japanese citizens seem really shy to me (CON/Personal Opinion) i like social people Lowest crime rates in the world (PRO) unlike US Discrimination towards foreigners (CON) people treat foreigners differently, restaurants sometimes have "NO FOREIGNERS" signs.. etc Anime is a big part of their culture (PRO) They seem to be very manner oriented, which is why they don't like foreigners if you were wondering (i'm not sure how to look at this manners thing, on one hand i could look at is as something i should already have, and on the other hand i could look at this as clinging to their culture like a dog on a leash, you can be a rebel in America but not in Japan! Because Japan is like 98% native Japanese while US is extremely diverse which allows people's differences to be "overlooked", and yes i know i'm talking about the most racist country on planet earth, but i'm talking about behavior differences not skin color. CHEAP TO LIVE ! (PRO) China To my surprise China is not Discrimintive, and from what I've gathered they like foreigners, in a video titled "What's it like being a foreigner in China" one guy said "People are more likely to approach you and try to talk to you" if you're a foreigner that is... their reason being is that foreigners are there to help boost the economy. (PRO) bonus: this is only the case in China's large cities where they are used to foreigners, but to people living on the country side you are a mythical creature, in a positive way like they want to take pictures with you and shit. at the end of the day these people have probably never seen anything besides asian people also to my surprise China is cheap af, i knew China was poor but you would think that a global superpower country with 1.4 Billion people would be expensive, at least the biggest cities like Shanghai or Beijing. personal side note about language: I currently don't know any Chinese or Japanese, but even if i move to the US, i'm still going to study either Chinese or Japanese on the daily. my options right now are either move permanently to one of those countries or Maybe switch between them constantly which i don't think is a good idea I could live in United States and go to china every year for maybe 1-3-4 months, maybe because there are a lot of Asians in China i could keep up with the language learning while i'm there.

Half decent like? i would imagine low salaries contribute to more violence.

i'm going to be the smartest one here and say the most Turquoise anime are definitely Attack on titan and Death Note, probably even Devilman crybaby. twist: they're the most stage red anime one can think of. i love dark fantasy anime the most so i couldn't tell you, keep in mind that the creator(s) probably has to be stage Turquoise to create a stage Turquoise anime, which is a rarity even in japan where anime is produced. Japan is a collective, strict and a workaholic country where pretty much everyone is a wage slave, their salaries are extremely low and they work very long hours because of their toxic view on work, it takes time to become stage Turquoise! Time! a luxury for the japanese! and don't get me started on mangaka's (mangaka = the people who write manga) here is how a mangakas work life looks like, (see image below) and no you're not seeing things, that is 112 hours of work per week, if you count the number of hours awake from sunday 10:00am to tuesday 7:00am there is only 2 hours of sleep that separates 44 hours of awake time that is mostly work, another luxury to the japanese is a vacation (i heard, can't confirm). and for the cherry on top mangakas only write manga, for a manga to become anime it has to be picked by a studio that probably isn't too interested in stage Turquoise either. and i know all this because i thought of creating a studio that makes anime and fix the damn industry as a life purpose. i ended up going with something else but i still have a deep passion for Japan and the Japanese people. I <3 Japan with all my heart

yes i know value is sort of subjective like, a banana is more valuable to a homeless person than it is to a millionaire but this is just a fun topic. nothing serious, you can try to discredit elon and say that he's not the biggest value generator but try to list YOUR favorite "value providers" because i'm obsessed to making a difference in the world.

Drake equation? never heard of it, it just seems so silly to think there is no intelligent life out there, and whatever factors play in the role of actually developing life, whatever they are habitable zones, multi cellular life, how long they last and weather they have arms to develop tools. its quite obvious that these things do shorten the chances of life actually developing and thriving. but still the planets man, there is just so much of them. you just listed a ton of stuff that has to be "in check" in order for life to develop. that's means that life should be rare, right? if life is rare, then their curiosity with living beings should be immense. basically what i'm saying is that our planet is not interesting to them, we are interesting to them! we are the magnets that attract them and that's why its possible that they could be "right next door". just like china sends female spies to... well... spy on american politicians, aliens could be doing the same thing to us but unlike china spies their not trying to hide. just a possibility, i feel like Alex Jones talking so specifically and confidently about topics i literally have no idea about. i'm just using common sense.

FUCK YEA ALIENS now where is my colossal titan body nah but in all seriousness folwks, lets make 1 thing clear: Aliens do exist its quite simple actually: you got 100 billion planets in the milky way alone (remember that's its not the biggest galaxy out there) + 2 trillion galaxies which also contain 100 billion planets and then you might also have different universes, which there could be billions or trillions of universes out there, lets assume there are only 100 other universes out there besides ours, 100 x 2 trillion = 200 trillion. and yet our mind can't even understand how much 1,000 planets is and yea i know its all just stupid math but you have to understand in the milky way alone there are 6 billion earth like planets out there (meaning they contain water, vegetation and are in the goldilocks zone which is the ideal temperature for life like us) i bet if we asked a quantum computer what's the probability of at least one planet of 100 billion that has alien life on it, the quantum computer would just shut down with a error message saying "y'all too stupid bruh"

that's actually a brilliant way to put it ngl, its common sense that whoever spends their money the wisest, is the one who should have the $$$ now i'm not exactly sure who is the wisest spender of those dollars because elon did launch a car into space but at the same time United states puts 718.69 Trillion dollars into military which, i don't see much use in that, the age of military war is pretty much over. what's so weird about that? he probably doesn't need'em anymore weirdness isn't related to anything bad

I have come up with a career path, I want to master a lot of areas in life just like Leonardo da vinci, i also want to have multiple businesses even tho they have nothing to do with each other just like Elon Musk, And no i'm not ideological,i'm not trying to be like these people, i'm just interested in a lot of things here are my career paths: Become a storytelling animator on Youtube, Become a singer, my most ambitious goal is to make a cartoon production studio and create the next biggest cartoon like spongebob, rick and morty, Adventure time etc. I guess you can say i have a passion for art... all kinds of art... Art fits me best because i can be uncontrollably creative at times, i talk to myself in a different language all the time, i used to be really dissociative and have dealt with derealization, I'm saying this because i believe these 3 traits are all symptoms of someone who is more on the creative side of mind. honestly i have no real reason for making this thread, i'm just typing because of pure joy because i finally have shit figured out. I never bought the life purpose course, it would probably help me to find a purpose sooner, i just bounced around trying different shit out and i have finally found it. I knew i wanted to be a singer long ass time ago but it just didn't feel complete, so if you have a life purpose and you feel like that ain't it, consider finding more life purposes! maybe you're heart desires more of em', be open minded to more life purposes. And don't feel weird about yourself if your into weird shit like i am, after watching a few biographies on smart people i realized that they are real weirdos, for example Albert Einstein, he married his cousin, Leonardo Da vinci had sex with a male prostitute, be yourself.

I'm revisiting Orange again because i know nothing about making money and just haven't achieved my materialistic goals yet, i don't know if that means i'm going to develop Orange values, orange values or not, i still want to do consciousness work like Meditation, especially Shamanic breathing and maybe even psychedelics when i pass 20. will consciousness work ruin my desire for material success or will it maybe even help me achieve my materialistic goals.

i think i heard leo say that Open mindedness is intelligence, and pretty much all stage blue people i know are closed minded. Does that mean stage blue people are unintelligent or even "stupid"?. today i tried to present my stage blue mom, a faster way to talk (shes is really slow at responding to people) and no its not a disability, even tho she says it is, she says that shes a "slow thinker" which... she is, but thats not the problem, the problem is that she thinks she can't change how she speaks, and shes soooo close minded to my idea, which is just talk faster. shes trying to play the victim card by saying its a disability, a fucking disability she doesn't even know the name of and she never got diagnosed with. she's being close minded to my idea. now, my question to you is, is she (stage blue) unintelligent for not being open minded? is open mindedness all that makes a person intelligent? or is there more qualities that make a person intelligent?
-
so open mindedness isn't gonna fix my stupidity, alright guess i'm never gonna be like steve jobs #RipTheDreams

Oh yeah and the reason why you see artists suddenly obsessed over dancing is all because of TikTok. (LIL UZI VERT SUDDENLY LOVES TO DANCE) it worked tho his album sold 1 million first week WOOOOOOOW TUTORIAL???? HMMM Oh yeah and follow the trends, Artist Dababy made a Black Lives Matter remix of his "Rockstar" song to fuel that G Floyd movement thats going around recently.

TikTok is the greatest marketing tool for music (Also happens to be the fastest growing social media platform today, not sure but i think it surpassed Instagram a few months ago. It is a GOLD MINE when it comes to promoting Music. Take Roxxane By Arizona Zarvas for example, Roxxane blew up because of TikTok, People loved to dance to his song, and 90% TikTok's content is people dancing to music + TikToks overlay is literally designed to promote music, When a song is playing, overlay shows the name of song. https://imgur.com/xvjWBy6 Don't forget why people listen to music, its because it stimulates an emotion, Music that stimulates Happiness,Freedom, Excitement, Good/Old memories has the biggest audience, But a song doesn't have to stimulate those emotions for it to go big, Take Rap for example, Rap doesn't stimulate good emotions but people still listen to it because it stimulates a feeling of Superiority, feeling of success, feeling of "toughness", feeling of anger, feeling of sadness. Point is, Music has to STIMULATE AN EMOTION(S)!!!, BUT it doesn't have to stimulate good emotions. anything goes, but music that stimulates good feelings has the biggest audience! I can't stress this enough. Heres some examples of music is stimulates good emotions: Music that stimulates a feeling of freedom: Music that stimulates a feeling of good/old memories & happiness I hope this helps you identify which audience you want to target and see whats more popular Oh yeah btw i'm not saying all Rap, rock & heavy metal is toxic, there are actually some good stimulating rap, rock & heavy metal songs out there, but most of it is toxic especially the modern versions of those genres, Artists like NLE Choppa, Polo G, The baby, Future, Playboi Carti, Lil pump, Trippie redd, 6ix9ine are popular but clearly have nothing else to sing about but Money, Bitches, Drugs, Weapons and killing people. Modern Rap is ego at its finest, even tho i'm pretty arrogant myself

@Thewritersunion How would jeff bezos benefit from buying The Washington Post? -
MarkKol replied to upstream's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Hm Okay, Yeah that makes sense, I can see how that may help with Meditation and spiritual progression. Question is how MUCH, does that actually help?
