  1. There is something out there in the wild, modern folks call it a girlfriend. Shutting off the news helps. You don’t need to listen to the news to be successful in business. History has chosen jews to suffer more than average Americans/Europeans, it is what it is. It will get better one day, to the point where no jew will suffer as terribly as they have, all of society is built on a mountain of bodies so that you can live normally and more peacefully. Through individual transformation, peace agreements and Intermingling with Europeans/Americans and maybe some asians, the world will stop hating jews. However slow, it will happen. Once the most conservative people are like today’s liberals. On a personal, more theoretical note, I can’t help but think middle eastern religions and culture make people more prone to aggressive behavior. It’s like there’s a side effect to each religion, islam and judaism with war and terrorism, and christianity with stupidity. Middle easterners will have to (again) mix with the rest of the world, especially with the west, but they will have to bend to western values which includes dropping the whole women are less thing, that has to go first.
  2. Conservatives are right about some things y'know, you can have a life of freedom if you're born into a family and culture that provides it. But life starts to suck when it gets too easy for too long, not to mention the effect it will have on your view of yourself and your character. Nobody lives an easy life and says "Yup, I'm proud of that" It's just that simple. It's worthwhile going over the things conservatives are right about. After all, as a liberal you should be more open minded to experiences and ideas, they don't have that kind of luxury.

  4. So a food goes through a process like cutting, packaging, additives for flavor/smell/texture/color. It’s then considered a processed food because It’s natural state has been altered, so what? What makes it so bad that most medical professionals speak against it? By that logic, I could turn my chickpeas & beans at home into homemade legume tofu, does that mean I just turned my healthy beans into an unhealthy processed food simply by boiling it and frying it in some olive oil? What changed?
  5. She must've tasted your political analysis and got turned off Well add that to your arsenal of "Questions to never ask women"
  6. Yes, there's Darth Vader and then there's love.
  7. "Images, video of war taking a toll on mental health" says CNN, the media company providing people with all those images and videos. Don't just stay away from doomsday people, stay away from the news.
  8. Try cocaine, fits the description.
  9. They stole your money and you won't get your $750 back because you probably paid them in cryptocurrency, either way you won't get it back. Anyone who falls for scams like these doesn't really understand how money is made, stop trying to get something for nothing. You are offering no value and expecting money in return. I've lost some money to scams years ago too, but it was a small amount and the scam was way cleverer than this. It's a scam because there's no reliable monetary mechanism, business or strategy in existence that could turn your $750 into $22,500 in that short amount of time. Understand that at the very least. Go get a job or go to collage.
  10. Stop making these threads for fuck's sake Stop asking the forum questions about what you should do with your life. You are handing this "I'm bored" energy over to others in your life by insistently repeating it. https://www.actualized.org/insights/the-danger-of-using-weak-words You need to straighten up.
  11. World ruling positions require leaders before peace makers and men are generally better in that area Look at Kim Jong un’s sister and tell me she’s a good leader for world peace.

  13. This is the first thing I tried to optimize my health and I can vouch! A very very hard diet to maintain. In the end I settled with not consuming any type of wheat and dairy products. Just homemade egg whites, lean beef and lean chicken. Keep it mostly <200mg cholesterol and <20g of saturated fat. However after hearing about the low polyunsaturated, high saturated fat diet I'm willing to try it out in the future for a week or two. Many people say that saturated fat is actually good for heart health although I'm not sure (vice versa). There are many people who say that your saturated fat intake should be as high as possible while not consuming any type of polyunsaturated fats and vegetable oils, not sure where this mindset comes from.
  14. Everybody can write paragraphs about the shortcomings of their country, according to Google and YouTube pretty much every country in the world is collapsing. This is the toxic side of the Internet, It's size is It's biggest problem. To name a few: You live where you choose to live, and deal with the consequences of your choice. I wouldn't live in Scandinavia personally because It lacks in population and strong cultural expression I feel when I'm in the US and Britain. specifically New York, Cali and London. But yes many Scandinavian countries have healthier policies than the rest of the world, on par with some developed US states. But I don't think any of these countries are far more or far less happier than the rest of them. France China Japan
  15. US Dietary guidelines along with other studies say that we should limit saturated fat to 10% of total calories and honestly I was quite surprised how high they set the bar. If my math is correct that is about 22g of saturated fat or 200 calories in 2000 calories. My highest days of saturated fat are hitting 17g when I'm including beef with my regular everyday breakfast which contains lots of nuts and seeds. Also because they're measuring it in % per total calories, it makes me think that consuming more calories helps negate the bad effects of high saturated fat intake (or maybe polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats do that instead). I'm seeing a lot of carnivore/frugivore content on YouTube and It really seems like the main argument against these guys is: If it makes you feel good now, it doesn't mean it will be beneficial long term. And I agree that subscribing to any diet philosophy is not the smartest thing to do for the average person. Eating 150g of protein and looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger comes at the price of longterm health. Following seemingly the smartest people I know the advice is: Eat lots of vegetables including legumes, nuts, some fruit and a moderate amount meat and eggs. Rotate beef, eggs, chicken and fish everyday. https://www.dietaryguidelines.gov/2020-2025-dietary-guidelines-online-materials/top-10-things-you-need-know#:~:text=Limiting saturated fat to less, less a day for women. So, the bodybuilders say that gaining muscle is only possible in a calorie surplus and high protein intake which is definitely not possible eating mostly plants, you'll struggle to get to 100g. Is there any way to be ripped eating mostly plants? Sources: US dietary guidelines, Nutrition made simple (Gil Carvalho) & Chris MacAskill
  16. Here it is, chia pudding. Make sure chia seeds are organic as non organic ones caused me stool problems.
  17. This is true, I tried to make lentils countless times with water instead of oil, included curry powder, black pepper, salt, coriander and still failed to make it taste nice enough to the point I would eat it all. I'm set on cooking with avocado oil and spices as It's simply unrealistic not to. But I wouldn't ignore lentils and legumes as they're quite helpful. My diet basically begins with 1 daily breakfast I have every day. Breakfast: 50g Chia seeds, 300ml of any nut milk, 30g macadamia nuts, 20g walnuts, 10g pecan nuts and 1 brazil nut as well as a banana, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon and blueberries. refrigerate for 1-3 hours and done. Wouldn't recommend blending anything or adding protein powder as it tastes worse and chewing the nuts is better. I'll post how It looks like tomorrow If I remember. Lunch: legumes and whole-grains, vegetables and 150g of any meat like lean beef or chicken & fish. Dinner: 200-500g of egg whites w/o any saturated fat or cholesterol cuz I'm trying to gain weight/muscle, It's about 5-15 eggs a day (again, without the yolk) 1 apple, and done. About 2300-2500 calories. I made this example of Lunch a couple of days ago (Don't mind the obnoxious music It was for a friend group) https://imgur.com/a/4Xn1ST4
  18. I haven’t seen any evidence that consuming meat in small amounts is harmful, I think it has it’s place in a balanced diet. Why would I trust you over a reputable medical institution? Not only are they reputable but they also have more evidence. These people are not even denying that eating a meat dominated diet will make you feel better than a plant dominated one, they agree. But what they also mention is that something that makes you feel good now might be worse long term. specifically for meat, they say that all that saturated fat you consume over the years will come down to bite you in the ass decades later. Probably something heart related Will do.
  19. I've been dieting for a couple of weeks witnessing just how much 2000/2500 calories worth of food looks like. There's no way somebody has a natural inclination to ever eat this much. So what is it really? Junk food? Sugar? added sugar? trans-fats? oils? bread & wheat? You really have to be racing against time to eat 2000 calories in 24 hours, IMO.
  20. Just barely 5'8, 121 lbs So far I found that sleep deprivation decreases my appetite significantly and body weight exercises (the only thing I can do right now) increase my appetite but It still isn't enough for me to eat 2000 calories daily. Certain foods are easier for me to eat than others and I'm thinking of switching up my diet for the ones that I can eat more of. I meal prep 3 days worth of food. I don't like cheese or milk This is one out of 2-3 diets I have, I'm probably going to change it dramatically once I have the time, I don't have a lot of rules. Lots of vegetables, whole-grains and nuts with either eggs, beef, lean chicken or sardines. Rice is a lot easier to eat than beans or lentils but it contains very little nutrients comparatively.
  21. If you have to take a multi vitamin that means that you are not eating nowhere near the amount of food that you should be eating, which comes along with several problems because supplements are not absorbed the same way food is. Don't eat so many beans and drop the tortillas. It takes 1 brazil nut a day to meet your selenium intake, have a brazil nut everyday when you're not having meat
