  1. Now that I think about it I'll quit oatmeal too, It looks way too dead of a food. Its taste reminds me of the smell of mixtures my grandfather fed pigs with. I believe that most healthy diets can be made Instinctually, and my Instinct is telling me that I don't want to eat oatmeal everyday.
  2. That's why I blend my oatmeal with fruit and protein powder, I had some bad reactions to it when I was eating it In It's raw form.
  3. Season it Sprinkle a bit of sugar over her clit
  4. Pro tip: Don't wear headphones/earphones outside of your house, not even in boring and long public transport. People will automatically drown you out, even on the street. You won't get as many spontaneous interactions or looks of interest. All technology use is unsurprisingly Interaction killing.
  5. Dude why do you allow yourself to be so bias for this one random bald guy you see on the Internet It just doesn't make sense, finding all the ways you can defend him on this forum like you're his digital attorney.
  6. Cracker Island by Gorillaz just for the Irony of being a cracker on an deserted Island, It's also pretty decent.
  7. +1 on this as I also consume vivo life daily Nobody in their right mind would actually eat 100 grams of protein powder a day so It's not really going to be 61mcg. If you need protein you should consider eggs, chicken, turkey, tempeh and lentils or protein powerhouses like edamame pasta
  8. What I love about him is his acknowledgement and focus on mercury and heavy metals in our environment and food, he does have some interesting and odd ball takes like wifi radiation causing cancer, bit questionable.
  9. Go suck on a snail integral my list is better than yours I would also like to add Sadhguru, Richard feynman, and Xi Jinping to my Mini Cooper bus while I'm at it
  10. Fixed it for ya I'd like to go on a road trip across Japan with Steve Jobs, Einstein, and Genghis Khan in a Mini Cooper, I would drive.
  11. These two keep coming up, whether It's ice cream, coconut milk or yogurt. Xanthan gum E435 (Polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monostearate) Are these chemicals problematic?
  12. Also a bias for exercise with high energy but personally I haven't gained any weight since I stopped moving around. But I was naturally walking a few kilometres everyday without thinking about it (prior to getting a job). But even today when I go on a trip e.i Paris I don't take the metro a lot even though I should, I walked 20 kilometres everyday for 7 days without eating much, came home and my dick couldn't get hard at all, completely excused myself without realising.
  13. I think that many skinny people just forget about food, have a distaste for meat & oily foods and feeling stuffed.
  14. As a skinny guy I feel like losing weight is the easiest thing in the world, and I'm so mind fucked as to how so many people find it difficult. How hard is it, truly... to eat just vegetables and meet your caloric intake at 1000-1200 calories a day?
  15. On the topic of teaching @Leo Gura how does Actualized.org feel after burning yourself out, It's kinda a sweet and sorrow blog post IMO. Does it feel less worth it now? Was there a different way of doing it all along? or perhaps a different way now that we live in 2023 for us starters. You also said you're making your own video game so doesn't that just add more weight to this 'burning out' thing? You're saying this in the midst of me rethinking how I'm gonna live my life and whether or not I should start my own company, and even though it was obvious that you worked hard I'm thinking of people who built unicorns and billion dollar companies, wasn't it much worse for them? e.i Disney, Jensen Huang, Larry page. What I'm trying to say is that If it was so bad for you then how bad was it for them? Something tells me that many of these people didn't necessarily have to be on the same burn out level as you are on right now. It really seems that none of these successful people ever expressed any regret in what they did with their lives. If I recall correctly Steve Jobs said "This was the most fun thing I ever did" in his thank you/goodbye letter. It's Interesting to see how life works, a balance of killing yourself and healing it back. you had to build a business and If you didn't you'd suffer, but now you're suffering because you built it, for a completely different reason. I'm sure you'd experience burn out even if you worked at McDonalds up to this point.
  16. I get headaches and eye pain from driving a car for more than one hour Maybe you are too tense
  17. It's crazy how human centered religion is when it really doesn't have to be.
  18. Such a shame. I could use some dark chocolate in my diet
  19. Molly is what you're looking for young traveller
  20. So what was the conclusion to this thread, should we all just eat dark chocolate under 'safer choices' like Mast and Ghirardelli or what? Is there a way to make dark chocolate ourselves without as much lead and cadmium?
  21. Alright, I'll try to make a shake, cut the oats to 50g, and throw out the greek yogurt. I'll try to improve with including Quinoa, buckwheat, millet, couscous, lentils, beans, chickpeas
  22. I used this tool https://cronometer.com/#diary to calculate how much vitamins, lipids, minerals and proteins each food has. And I was surprised at how much food it actually takes to meet all of your nutritional needs. I made 2 experimental diets just to see which foods contain the most nutrients. Despite these 2 insanely big diets that nobody would actually eat, they still wouldn't provide enough nutrients necessary. Everything encircled in red is IMO lacking, everything outlined with blue seems way too high What am I doing wrong? should I just up all my vegetable intake past to 150-200g ??? up my intake overall? Diet #1 Nutrients from diet #1 Diet #2 Nutrients from diet #2
  23. I tried Implementing a high calorie breakfast (overnight oats) to eat daily so that I can gain more weight and optimally reach 70kg. But It didn't work out, my body felt fine including my stomach, I wasn't bloated but I did experience minor head discomfort and brain fog (not necessary a headache) I experienced the same thing on peanut butter. I think my body has a hard time processing all this combined food instantly. I'm definitely going to cut out the oats entirely and keep the chia seeds and nuts. - 350ml Water - 100g greek yogurt - 100g rolled oats - 30g / 1 oz almonds / hazelnuts / walnuts - 30g / 1 oz chia seeds - 30g / 1 oz vivo life protein powder - 1 big banana (added after) comes to around 1000 calories, a very dense cereal. I have to say I have an extremely hard time hitting my caloric intake and especially my carbs, I have to eat 2230 calories daily to reach my ideal weight and I just find it insane. I can barely get to 1000
