I wouldn't even think about using them either, but if you use any acne medication you will get burned in less than 30 minutes just standing in the winter sun, that's literally what happened to me. It doesn't sting, but the feeling is equivalent to having 4 hours of sleep. Then again I have very weird skin, It's very resistant to drying from usually very drying chemicals like benzoyl peroxide and retinol/adapalene but very sensitive to sun burns, shampoo, fragrances, perfumes, and shaving cream. I'll probably get that one, do you have any shampoo products too?

Limit yourself to only a few fruits you are allowed to eat, high-fiber ones optimally. Or don't, limit your sugar intake to only fruits because as long as you're not a diabetic you don't have to restrain yourself too much. Some things including fruits are so sweet I don't need any discipline to resist them, like dates, everytime I see one of those I feel my teeth falling out. I don't believe in the idea of cheat meals, A bowl of ice cream will have the same effect on you regardless of how clean you usually eat, so these comments are somewhat dumb IMO. Because health is asymmetric, If you get it wrong you will suffer many consequences, but If you get it right you won't get many benefits. Not to mention that allowing yourself legroom means you will be less serious about this, degrading your discipline in the process. You won't experience guilt if you never allow yourself to indulge. I use an instant pot for everything, you don't have to worry about sticking, and most importantly you have a lot of room to cook more than a day's worth of food which is the problem I have with pans, they're too small. So I would invest in an instant pot before buying a pan. Your profile picture gives me the creeps without sticking 😀

My plate after not eating meat or dairy because of saturated fat and cholesterol, eliminating all vegetables because of defense chemicals, and all seed oils because they cause cancer and diabetes. (All of this is backed up by science and research)

I transitioned to what most would call a healthy diet, I don't ever cheat on it besides when I go out, and even then I'm resistant. This food is just so far from palatable, and this really caught my attention today when a friend of mine said he couldn't finish the pizza he ordered but finished a huge bowl of ice cream and fruit because It's just that palatable. Popular bodybuilders today like Sam Sulek eat shitty foods only because they're hyper-palatable and easy to eat, not because they're higher in calories, you can eat the same amount of calories and macronutrients of healthy food in theory, but It's much harder. My appetite is killing me because It's so bad It's causing me malnutrition, some days It's not bad some days It's downright terrible like I'm living in Africa. Bad sleep causes my appetite to plummet, but I just can't control my sleep quantity at this time of my life. It doesn't help that I removed all forms of sugar besides blueberries and other types of berries, no bananas, apples or other forms of fruit. Now I'm second-guessing this decision. I accidentally posted this in the wrong section.

Men and young men especially need to understand that not only is fulfillment not found on the internet, but also qualities they are looking to develop like resourcefulness, discipline, and social skills. Serious reply: Influence from US culture through the internet, dropping testosterone rates, toxic chemicals and shitty diets, maybe abuse and drugs = Lack of basic achievements, class clown behavior, cognitive conditions, anti-social behavior = hopelessness, depression, anger + gun = mass shooting Speaking as a potential mass shooter in my high school years, I can very vividly recall the peak of my depression and anger back then, lucky I didn’t have any guns. Europe is better of than most countries because if you’re resourceful enough to obtain a gun in Europe you’re most likely not so depressed and angry to do something about it, if you look are school shooters anywhere in the world especially America you will notice that these teens are complete losers, lazy and unarchiving. Lacking in any basic qualities they can be proud of and that build up their self-worth. You might think that dropping testosterone rates will result in fewer people shooting up schools and malls but It's actually the opposite (counter-intuitive). And by calling them losers and underachieving, I don't mean it in a derogatory or in any disrespectful way, I mean it literally, from a place of understanding and study and not dumb generalization and guessing. Reading a book puts me to sleep in 10-15 minutes, I don't know of any reasons why fasting would improve your insomnia because It seems to me that Insomnia is very rarely a dietary issue. It's more likely that insomnia will cause diet issues because lack of sleep causes skinny people to lose appetite and fat people an increase in appetite generally, It's not actually tied to being fat or skinny It's just that your body seems to be biased towards one or the other (skinny or fat). I don't have insomnia but I had and still have massive sleep problems. Been struggling with it for 5+ years. If you're skinny eat lots of high fat mostly vegetarian foods, if you're fat eat a basic diet of one meal a day like 200g very lean chicken, 30g chia seeds, 200g broccoli, 50g lentils, and 1 avocado, 2g ginger, 50g blueberries, avoid sugary foods including most fruits NOT including berries, don't ever dry juice or anything that has sugar in it, run 5-10km every day you're gonna lose weight. Unfortunately, diet, exercise, and fasting are not the first pillars of health, more like the 2nd 3rd, and 4th behind sleep which is number 1.

If only you can use wireless earbuds without people noticing because I strongly prefer my playlists over whatever the club has going on, sometimes you just wanna let go and put yourself in a positive/naturally intoxicated mood, leave the girl chasing shit for later. however my experience is that people won’t talk / approach you if you have headphones on/in no matter where you are. Loop earbuds is pretty popular here in Europe, I found 10s while sleeping in hostels.
