Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened.

I actually haven't eaten chicken for months now, just really spicy stir-fried ground beef.

What? That’s chicken not bread

Has Leo actually said he will make an episode on this? I think I see Leo more as a blogger than a YouTuber at this point.

I would make fun of him too but he gets mad, I guess being French is enough of a downside. Personally, I believe in diets that best optimize for key health biomarkers, like Bryan Johnson's blueprint, however, It's a vegan diet. I would personally get myself tested and see how I can improve from there. Visceral fat or any kind of fat that spills where fat isn't supposed to be, grip strength, muscle mass, VO2 max, ApoB, etc... you want to follow the science not bullshit. If you want to feel better every day, It's very likely that sun exposure, exercise, and sleep are going to be much much much more effective. Diet is simply there to support those 3 things. You can nail those 3 things and completely miss with your cheeseburger-based diet, and as long as you're getting enough calories to make up for that wasted energy from exercise, you'll feel good. Whereas if you get the best possible diet but completely miss any one of those things, you'll feel like a zombie. It's not a fancy answer, but a simple one at least. Any kind of diet should always start with throwing out the real killers, the highly processed foods, sausages, burgers, pizzas, kebaps, milkshakes, crackers, ice cream, chocolate, etc...

What does your diet look like today compared to before? I tried transitioning from a highly processed diet to a vegan diet and literally noticed no noticeable benefit in any shape or form. Although I ate lots of starch from starchy ‘vegetables’ for the calories. Now I’m just focused in reaching 3k calories not sticking to any specific diet besides no processed foods & no wheat. I’m interested in trying out a high saturated animal based diet but it doesn’t seem healthy, I trust the medical experts more.

Is this you finally admitting that you're gay, cuz that works for me 😘😘 @LoneWonderer Continue on your vegan journey my friend, cast away the cheeseburger's devilish allure! Choose, instead, the virtuous avocado's embrace. Resist the temptations of the unholy patty; opt for the path of verdant purity. Have any of you mf's heard about a mixed diet

ingredients: cocoa shell, palm oil, coconut oil, shea butter Herb lady!!!!!!!!

African black soap gave me headaches when I used it, only 3-4 ingredients, you smell like grass + it makes your skin very dry, when I used it at least. I still haven't used Dr. Bronners but I heard it's natural.

Apply for a job in sales, practice with the best.

I personally don't care, I know many people do.

You are 100% right about this. In other words, your internal state attracts women the most. 💀💀💀

I'm just going off people I know, there aren't many who are single for months or years, you can generally sense it when someone lacks social experience to the extent that they are unable to find themselves a girlfriend.
-
What? Where did you get that metric from? 80% of men have a girlfriend or wife, It’s the 20% that doesn’t.

I strongly feel like we get the concept of "genuine friendship" through childhood, and It gets more difficult because of responsibilities, developed trauma, and just problems in general that make a joyful friendship harder to achieve. A genuine friend is someone who you share a large part of your brain with sorta speak, I know my closest friendships were with people who literally thought and looked like me in many ways. We had our differences, but we had the same humor and pretty much laughed at the same things, we liked spending time with each other. Actually, my best-ever friendship was years ago with a pair of twins, we just seemed to get along so well. We grew apart eventually and I still regret that to this day to some degree, I know they regret it too. What I hope Is that I will be able to find a friend or a group of friends that resembles the relationship I had with them. This is exactly what it looks like: What? You don't like specific examples? What's the point of being so theoretical, this is it. This is the harmony of two friends singing together on a road trip and what a genuine friendship looks like. Prove me wrong.

I just noticed some redness on my face I realized It was probably because benzoyl peroxide made my skin more prone to sun damage, I think I heard before that sunscreens are usually full of toxins. Unfortunately, I don't know squat about sunscreen and I don't feel like I need to study every part of human physiology, nutrition, and chemistry. So what are some great options? I trust Bryan Jonhson's protocol more than anything and he uses this one: https://www.amazon.com/EltaMD-Acne-Prone-Mineral-Based-Dermatologist-Recommended/dp/B002MSN3QQ?crid=VXXF0PSO5VXB&keywords=ultra+md&qid=1685386618&s=beauty&sprefix=ultra+md,beauty,202&sr=1-1&linkCode=sl1&tag=blueprint03d-20&linkId=55281f927fdacab9793b39f1914dc9f6&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl But it's very expensive

For example, If we didn't have YouTube shorts we wouldn't have Andrew Tate

Definitely get sunscreen. I really don't know about spending $100+ on skincare products though, people like Jason for example clear out their face for free, while others spend hundreds to get the same result. I would definitely try to improve my skin with diet and exercise first If I was more patient and wiser. Everyone will agree that exercise and sun exposure are healthy, so definitely do that. As for diet, yeah It's important but which diet do you adopt? what do you eat? do eggs give you acne? or perhaps oats? Is something secretly making you tired and eating away at your energy? Since I moved to my current diet my acne hasn't really gotten better, even though it is full of "healthy fats" and less than 25g of sugar. I also use that hydrating cleanser by CeraVe

It sucks and yet I’d argue YouTube shorts is the least toxic of all short content platforms, Instagram doesn’t even filter their comments, you can expect the most disgusting and derogatory comments to always be on top without exceptions. I think it’s better to use these apps in the browser of your mobile search engine instead of using the app, Instagram is slower in the browser which makes it less convenient to scroll. There are paid safari extensions that promise to eliminate shorts if you use YouTube in your browser but they don’t actually work. But I found one that works, I don’t know for how long It’s going to work however. https://apps.apple.com/hr/app/shorts-blocker-for-youtube/id6451330524 Picture from my device, as for feed videos I have them blocked for almost 4 years now on all my devices

Ambivert, I was a class clown throughout middle & elementary school, so I was very extroverted. I actually educated myself on the "class clown" stereotype and there are many cons to it. Today I don't really get tired of conversing with others but I have this habit of not liking myself when I'm around certain people that bring that class clown out of me, which is why I sometimes hold myself back. On the other hand, one of my favorite things when traveling is meeting other people, this is the thing that 100% makes or breaks any trip for me. I don't take in any lessons or experience any change in perspective from walking around and taking pictures for Instagram, like most people.
