  1. Emotion is Love disguised by ego. Love isn't an emotion, nor is it invented.
  2. No. Up from the belly. Don't force it too much. Obviously you will use your chest mostly, that's where your lungs are lol. Just release tension in your stomach, let it expand a bit, then fill your lungs. Trying to 'fill up' your stomach with air might make it tense or just be generally uncomfortable.
  3. Good on you for being sceptical towards non-dual theory, yet also being sceptical enough to consider it. Leave no stone unturned.
  4. Shrooms are generally pretty indigestible, especially raw. There are plenty of other ways to consume them.
  5. It is a coincidence that the song played, but the fact that you were so aware of it and it gave you goosebumps is in essence the law of attraction.
  6. I feel very 'involved' in the trip, like I want to explore and observe things, not just lie there and dissolve. It is more ego-friendly than shrooms I think. Imo, a high dose of LSD makes little difference to its spiritual potential, considering confusion and length of the trip increases dramatically.
  7. Yes. The fact that you are searching for objective proof, and not looking inward. Hehe
  8. If it excluded anything, would it be infinity? No. By 'limit', you mean, create the illusion of limits
  9. "impossible" - " Infinity" Huge contradiction
  10. Having set goals for your first trip already shows you are making assumptions of what is to come. The goal should be to simply observe / feel the change in consciousness. Definitely meditate, bond with animals if you have them, be in nature.
  11. You are connecting dots that are not there pal.
  12. You have an extremely relative perspective on the implications of infinity. Time is a perception, happening, happened, happen, are one.
  13. Well said. If you actually want to know, make your own post about it and I, and more importantly others will answer. No point in hijacking someone else's post.
  14. No, my experience is not limited to thinking. Yours doesn't have to be either. Are you open to that possibility? AND if I had no experience - thinking it is possible is not equal to being open to possibility Nothing wrong with having doubt about all this, but blatantly saying experiencing non-duality is impossible is an extremely closed minded and baseless argument, and a quick jump to conclusion.
  15. You are closing many doors of opportunity by submitting to this belief. You think it is impossible. Stay open-minded.
  16. The human experience is ego, we are not limited to it. Everyone has a soul, soul is consciousness.
  17. @Preety_India Read this. It will give you a awesome new perspective. https://www.amazon.com.au/Nature-Consciousness-Essays-Unity-Matter/dp/1684030005
  18. What if you are directly experiencing everything that is? What if there is nothing outside of direct experience because it encompasses everything? The screen on which you are typing is infinity , absolutely equal to the dust particle that is sitting between the keys on your keyboard, equal to you. One might say it is merely a part of you. But you have no 'parts'. Indivisibility!
  19. Good intuition. I will try to explain how they are one. Consciousness creates the form of body, through which the perspective of mind is taken. The body exists as one with the 'environment', the white noise you speak of, which is colloquially known as the universe. It needs this 'somewhere' to be in order to be what it is - to be known. This environment is also an inkling of the infinite creative potential of consciousness. "A physicist is just an atom's way of looking at itself." Mind is body, is universe, is Universe. Separating them like this can be dangerous, but a distinction should be made to explain it as long as it isn't taken as truth. There is no order in which this happens. I am just trying to explain it as best as I can without telling you to do psychedelics, or just tell you that you are wrong.
  20. See it this way. Maybe there is! But thought will not give you the answer. All we know of reality is mind, and it is a complete illusion. The 'other' will only ever be an assumption. The only way to know the truth is to realise what is true: that there is only THIS. Everything else is a concept / belief / thought. But even THIS, your experience now, is much more than you realise. It is all NOW. Not before, after, there. Those are all thoughts that are happening now. Here and now.
  21. By " mars " , I mean anything I am not experiencing. This is a tricky one as I have only recently started to figure it out myself, and I have only have had glimpses of infinity so I'm not exactly talking from experience. I have managed to completely quench my sceptic thirst though with similar questions, so maybe I can answer in a way that makes sense to you. Colours, objects, etc, have form. Consciousness is formless, infinite potential. It creates the illusion of form. Just because the mind isn't creating colour, doesn't mean that it doesn't 'exist'. Infinite potential implies that all those things 'exist' now, however, like I said before, those things are only relative. People have reported seeing new colours, impossible shapes, unexplainable dimensions during different states of consciousness. You probably have had similar psychedelic experiences. Infinity implies, well, infinity. More than you could even imagine. Which is why Leo, understandably, tells you to smoke 5MeO. Remember - Time makes things seem as if they come and go, which is why you are asking this question.
  22. Should I write Enlightenment on a dream board? Or something like that?
