  1. Yeah that's how it goes. You have to find the one(s) that aligns with what you want on the spectrum from super tactical to motivational or even philosophical, and avoid the shallow ones, which usually can be smelt from the book description alone. The truth is that no one person has a complete perspective on business in a monolithic way. Each guru has achieved success in a very specific way that was personal to them. Sample a bunch while contemplating your own ambitions would be my advice.
  2. Cool book review channel I found recently: Interesting Books Reviewed
  3. I would add to that list the Youtube channel Gearside. Good vids: Your escape plan (side hustle basics) If I were 18 again (I’d do this) Thinking of starting a business? (start here) And he released a book recommendation video recently: 9 books that will make Young Australians rich Books mentioned: • The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss • The Innovators by Walter Isaacson • DotCom Secrets by Russell Brunson • Influence by Robert Cialdini • Zero to One bye Peter Thiel • The Almanack of Naval Ravikant • The Boy from Nowhere – Kerry Stokes’ biography • The Obstacle Is The Way by Ryan Holiday • How to Get Rich by Felix Dennis
  4. From the man himself, hah! Oh well, I could have confabulated that, maybe that quote was actually about another episode.
  5. I swear there's one where he says "check out this episode, which is really a part 2 to the episode about understanding relativism", or something like that. It's not the one Yimpa posted even though it qualifies. Anyway you can junk this useless thread
  6. Real quick: I remember Leo mentioning in some video that some video is like a part 2 to Understanding Relativism - Part 1. Which one was that? Was it Understanding Paradox?
  7. I would be surprised if the videos, with their audio and video effects and transitions, were cut together by an AI alone.
  8. Uhm actually I'm a member of that club, and I'll let you into the secret meaning of Leo's comment: From Leo's blog post: Strange Loop Cat It's a psychedelic vision of Leo's putting an image to the situation you find yourself in when you seek ultimate holistic understanding of reality. I suspect he was secretly eluding to this post as an answer to this thread's inquiry.
  9. Well, put simply like this, yeah, but love devoid of any object is so abstract. As a human with material needs, just "love" seems like an unattainable intellectual abstraction. The material things I want seem really necessary for happiness from my pov.
  10. Thanks @Lyubov for this simple, but deep and important question. I want to Become healthy and clear minded; Overcome excessive shyness and make friends to have fun with and get laid god damnit; Not be afraid of people anymore, to be able to enforce boundaries and command respect naturally, to be more grounded in my masculine side; Build my own thing professionally, based on creativity love and mastery, a one-man-shop like Leo; Become conscious of God, to have time for that; Own an architecturally beautiful house up in the hills (delusional).
  11. Compare apples to apples @Leo Gura. From the first inspirations to a finished film is counted in years too, especially for ambitious movies.
  12. Put them on ebay or smth
  13. @Boost Did you come here because your name is in the thread title?
