  1. @28 cm unbuffed My mother was more or less a coping borderline. She did what she knew best, we all do, sometimes that's not good enough and we get angry and frustrated because of that which is fine its important to process our feelings including doing so through the lens of helping us establish what was right about our upbringing and what was wrong about it so we can better orient ourselves towards good value generation. It's very important to get to the level of consciousness and well being where you're able to discriminate between and distinguish at the level of felt experience and conceptual experience concerning our past. For the former, we have emotional identification to processing to conscious shifting and generation. For the latter we slowly educate ourselves on subjects from child psychology and therefore identifying what we missed out on to both our own and our parents psychology so that we can accurately generate more creative answers and subsequent responses to our autobiographical history there. Feel free to checkout anything useful here for you, I recommend as noted the Wim Hof method because if you've got a good memory and therefore it has nothing to with your capacity to remember your insights about life and how you'd like to live along with good strategies on how to do that it more than likely has something to do with your nervous system.   3. @Pernani Simulate beforehand, experience the feelings, notice the patterns, determine the answer for yourself. Simulation will reveal the same answers likely as real life in this sense because social is so familiar to you. I shared this recently, it might be a useful tool for you in the context of learning about your emotions through the lens of social simulation, and of course, not social simulation to strategically win approval .   6. Transcendent Empathy - addendum to above post: Physical Prisons: Visiting every prison on planet Earth, as many as I'm aware of. All the prisoners, I can see them in my minds eye. Every single prisoner in solitary confinement, every single prisoner experiencing violence/suffering, every single prisoner forced to do drugs, deal drugs and steal drugs, along with changing the word "drugs" to any other seemingly unavoidable error in judgement like weapons and various other forms of contraband. Mental Prisons: All over the planet going to every single psychiatric institution, every psychologists office presently working, every form of negative group dynamics that compromise the sanity of individuals to every single lonely, ostracised and or just internally suffering person on the planet. Go to every human experiencing sadness, every human repressing their emotions, every human dissociating from their body, every human experiencing anger, every human experiencing literally any negative state of being. There are likely at least a billion people at any one time in the second category and there are over 10.3 million people across the planet presently incarcerated (the first category). How can they be helped? How do they help each other? What solutions did they come up with? What solutions can you come up with with the suffering's that they go through that you can somehow share in your local or internet space or even apply to your own life? By reading the previous post you'll understand what I'm doing here.

  11. @HERO_ Feedback loop I designed just for you (updated with steps 13, 14 and 15): 1. close your eyes 2. sink into your body 3. feel your emotions 4. label your emotions while staying contact with your body --- you mentioned failure, target that first then work down the list of "negative" emotions 5. recall a memory that links to that emotion (may just end up being association/s) 6. remember to keep your eyes closed and stay in any of those associations that come up 7. ask yourself, what is behind the feeling that I'm experiencing relating to this association 8. any other emotions, prepare yourself, experience them fully, the body is learning to understand these new commands you're providing it in doing so, its learning how to bring up emotions as you ask it to in response to your associational mind-body memory 9. focus on your breath for a few moments away from other associations and emotions while not blocking them out either 10. shift to the emotion of compassion on the experience you're going through, do this for 30 seconds as a practice run, as you get better and better at cycling through these steps, learn to transition between this state and love so that you learn to transmute that state to the level you've automatically learned to do, that you've developed a natural instinct for anticipating the amount of time you personally need to devote 11. notice any changes you're experiencing and now here's the step where I'd advise that you start a journal to help you encode the experiences you've had in this practice so you can recall the benefit of doing it, in doing, increase the likelihood of continue to do it 12. in this journal I want you to repeat the above exercise with/without the noted transitions but in doing so, I want you to mind map those associations in a more regimented manner, going back to the earlier question of asking yourself "what emotion is behind this emotion", taking that to the next set of associations and the emotions that are behind there In the beginning it'll be difficult to perform these steps but as you improve your proficiency your mastery over your emotional intelligence will become second to none. Go through the same process with your: - feelings of shame - family dependency or dependency in general, work through any feelings associated with the idea of independence 13. have trust in your intuitive intelligence to notice patterns you performed in step 12 and then translate those insights into actions you can take right now to begin repatterning those associations, for example as it concerns any associations relating to dependency, do the opposite of withdrawal that may have arisen when you say perhaps wanted to shy away at an independent move. The same can be done with shame, by focusing on say pride and performing a corresponding action that produces said pride you can train your relationship to pride and better transition naturally away from feelings of shame 14. before bed read your journal which would include your experiences in step 13 and remind yourself in the morning of those insights 15. remind yourself throughout the day of these insights you've uncovered, this will trigger dopamine (makes you feel good) and a positive progress feedback loop for yourself

So I want to produce a spiritual, life, experiential, thought, emotional, universal awakening in those that are capable of experiencing said awakening through a set of song that will transform their life directions for the better upon listening. It's been in my subconscious for a while now trying to figure out what the following improvisation meant to me but its strikingly obvious now when I compare it with the transition I've made since I created it in September of last year. The song, directed by subconscious realms I don't fully understand, was marking an awakening point, and in deed it was. Pattern here used in the title is meant to reflect of course the underlying truth pertaining to music in general and the affect it has on the directionality of unique consciousness (reflecting the individuality of all beings). We cannot continue on any path let alone transcend said path be it in spirituality or anything else if we, "see the situation with the same reasoning we did before", there must be a shift, and in the context of spirituality for lack of a better word, it has to be an Awakening Point, that's what this song was all about it makes total sense now. So this will essentially be the first of a series of songs that will mirror my own transition to higher Transcendence for lack of a better way of expressing it at this point. (have shared this song a couple of times already) For fuck sake, finally I know where to extend my creative energies without dissonance. It's perfect.

Whether people understand is up to their capacities, I'm not in the business of being people's school teacher nor am I here to make friends here with people who don't as you put it, fluidly understand (to replace read). I'll have a think about it and won't get back to you (feel free to ponder it for yourself though - its explorative at this stage). Whether psychopaths are violent depends on the psychopath, this is where environment comes into account. Convicted psychopaths are more likely to have had an upbringing that fostered said reality compared to psychopaths that didn't, other than say, being less intelligent than psychopaths that didn't get caught.

This poetry will naturally reflect my struggles, triumphs, questions and so on therein. + just any addendum to the book aka https://www.actualized.org/forum/topic/63753-existential-transcendence-important-questions/ Music will come as it comes, my instincts will change as they change (at least a few weeks). Those that are introspective enough are loyal and those that are not are disloyal, it's straight forward in that regard as a rule of thumb (unless they see something to gain, whether that thing is there in actual reality or not). When you evolve, not everyone is going to like it for various reasons, most of the time though through no malice of their own its simply because they really struggle with a term known as "object permanence", they create an image of you in their mind and instead of updating that image of you in real time they experience too much dissonance when they see you act differently that they're unable to reconceptualise the identity structure they've assigned to you. In these moments it'll take wisdom from you to work double time on the reconceptualisation where you're not only reconceptualising your own self structure but also there's based on those changes along with the fact that they're not yet showing signs to accept those changes. Sometimes there will be conflict, as a part of your progress I recommend you either (1) save your mental energy on that conceptualisation and just move on (2) do it as a part of your conceptualisation (3) number 1 and ignore until either they come around or for the betterment of you in this case, you've both moved on. Protect your growth at all costs, hold no guests who don't respect your territory, keep no prisoners and let the rest of the chips fall as they may. It will be an excellent opportunity for you to view the rawness of their reactions regardless, document the patterns and draw any appropriate intelligent boundaries to correspond to those patterns as a part of your training on foresight for future social interactions. Focus on your growth, let the rest of the world burn because the world needs your care towards growth more than your care towards it, the latter is consequential to ultimate growth not an intrinsic goal. We have a lot of fish to fry on this planet after-all. Consider your chaotic metamorphosis as chaos to peoples perception of you, it is, our psyche needs stable images of the world around us in order to cope, so there's empathy there but first and foremost boundaries on your part as another's inability shouldn't be your emotional disability in the use of your time. Let them figure it out themselves, its not your business anyhow how they view you, let the chips fall as they may outside of "intrinsic connections" (for lack of a better way of describing them), for example, there's much I wouldn't inform my father, friends and siblings simply because I understand where and what they can understand and where they can't, for everything else, its explorational. Here though, well, there's no social betting table here. I make the changes I want regardless of any social currency any other's wish to pretend exist, that only becomes an ongoing conversation with the universes changes if I've explicitly stated such, you know if I have, you know if I haven't. These things are earned of course, on both parts, this is the medium of exchange concerning relative respect, respect also here being the subtle framework for our ability to embrace universal chaos as a whole through the higher order we attempt to imbue ourselves with in our strive towards growth and development.

  25. @tatsumaru Pure psychopathy aka primary psychopathy is purely genetic. Environmental is what's known as a secondary psychopath a category in which both sociopathy and narcissism fall into. I'm what I could term a spiritual psychopath , so I can scare you inter-dimensionally as opposed to just merely physically. I neither fall into the category of either primary nor secondary psychopathy. But I am dangerous. Extremely. I just have no need to cause violence in areas where I don't see the necessity to do so, moreover violence has various connotations that fall outside the traditional survival reference frame of "physical" and even too, explicit forms of psychological forms of violence. I will neither cause purposeful physical nor psychological violence unless I see it as the right thing to do relative to my conscience, something that through traditional lenses a primary psychopath doesn't have, however "doesn't" is used fairly loosely. I'd much rather have creative discussions that extend my consciousness further than it was a second ago than to waste my time belting you with a bat or calling you names, I'm just not addicted to sadism in that sense, even if its mostly a lost cause relative to the population average I'm strategically manoeuvring myself to secure better social reinforcement here as my ties improve. I'm definitely a predator, there's no doubt about it. I'm just not the kind of predator you'd be expecting. We create names to describe a perceived context in reality relative to levels of differentiation we've made regarding said context, all three are often merely transitionary points to something more sophisticated. Psychology is a frame of reference / reference frame, that is, the manner in which you are framing reality relative to certain assumptions you're making about it, its not an absolute determination its a relative determination. There's all kinds of "psychopaths" that exist, variations though that need clear discrimination which the distinction between primary and secondary is good enough for a large subset of related forms.
