  1. Three types of enquiry: 1.I am prepared to believe in God but I’ll keep searching until he gives me sufficient evidence to believe in him. 2.I believe in God and so I don’t need to search at all.Any revelations that come about as as result of my enquires I will give credit to God for. 3.I don’t believe in God at all.Forget that.Any revelations that my enquiring produce,I will give myself sole credit for.
  2. Thanks for your detailed response. Thanks also for your honesty.I personally do believe that there is God who does reveal things. The way he does it is a complete mystery to me.I suppose he truely doesn't reveal things to those who don’t believe in him.I can accept that.Peace to you...I mean that.
  3. @Prevailer Nahm...Can I ask you something with the greatest of respect...as I do appreciate all you comments honestly. What are you searching for? there has to be an end goal to our searching or else what is the point of searching? Are you searching in order to disprove God or to confirm that you are God maybe or do tyou care either way?Again, with the greatest of respect you appear to be neutralising yourself with all your reasonings. What is the point of fighting yourself ?I.e.thinking of something and then immediately coming up with a counter argument for it.This is why I say the computers are insane and if you are tangled up within their reasonings they tie you up in knots..I use the two off biological computers as an analogy for the brain which again from my experiences is split in two and again in my experiences has two separate consciousness states. What is interesting is that neuroscience is slowly moving in this direction as accepted theory.Other scientist disagree and say that consciousness is outside of the brain..I do find both these theories as very interesting as these theories tie in very well with my view as well and my personal experiences.
  4. @Nahm All that I can say is that it works for me.I am able to neutralise the reasoning you go on about.I don’t know why this is.When you bring yourself into the moment have you mastered being in the moment fully? I.e are you able to think conscious thoughts in the moment or do you experience the in the moment state but then drift back into the subconscious state to think? I struggled with this for a long time.If this is the case then this is mind movement which you don’t want.
  5. @Nahm In answer to your question...how aware are we when we are asleep? ...how aware are we when we are driving home with our head in the clouds?...how aware are we when we CONSCIOUSLY bring ourselves more in synch/in the moment mentally?...In which of these states do we feel more aware of what we are doing? There is a difference between these states of awareness. Our presence is aware of any decision we make.Once again,I know that you are going to refer to the dual mind but ......we do have a spirit and a soul that communicate with each other ....as well as the 2 off biological computers that communicate carnal thoughts.
  6. @Nahm I know that we can tie ourselves up in knots with this stuff and I do understand where you are coming from....but only to a point. If the awareness of the individual remains the same then I would agree with you but the awareness of the individual does change and change for the better when the individual transitions from the auto-pilot to the manual. There may still be a form of DUALITY, however the individual is no longer constrained by it in the same way. This is my experience anyway. The individual can then utilize the dualistic processes of the 2 off biological computers to his/her advantage hence why I said in my previous post that I have a choice to agree or disagree with what I see/hear from the 2 off biological computers OR I can refuse to accept any of it. I'm then only interested with the awareness that comes out of this decision. You see if we make a decision we take sides. We are conditioned to make a decision i.e. to choose.....that's the problem. We should always mirror image exactly the left and the right side of our minds...never take sides.
  7. Thoughts...what are they? apart from the Electrical signals that flow through the brain etc etc etc...what are they? What are you really aware of when it comes to thoughts that come into your head and what is the nature of our interaction with them? Ok I’ll go first and make some bold statements. There two types of thought outward and inward.Outward are what are generated by YOU in either the unconscious (sleep);subconscious (autopilot);consciousness (manual) or heightened consciousness (neutral) states...Your thoughts are a constant throughout this transition. You are not a thought...you just have thoughts which originate from the i am.Man struggles to tune into these spiritual thoughts.Inward thoughts originate from the two off biological computers within your head....these are your carnal thoughts. These thoughts can come in from nowhere and take you by surprise. It is important that we try to distinguish between these inward/outward thoughts. We are better able to distinguish between them if our consciousness state is united in the CONSCIOUS (manual) state rather than the YOU having transitioned back into the split subconscious (autopilot) inferior DUAL MIND state.
  8. @Nahm I’m not sure where you are coming from....you have to think...God has given us all the ability to do just that. Why are you trying to do away with thinking? Surely you are looking for truth? When I say I’m not interested in Dual mind debates...I don’t mean this in the context of discussions with you guys...I mean this in the context of when I walk in the flesh I.e when I transition back from the manual United consciousness state back into the flesh and into the autopilot split consciousness state.i.e when I become embroiled up again with the two off biological computers within my head listening to their debates...hence the dual mind. You need God to split/cut away your soul from your flesh so that you can walk in the spirit and not the flesh.
  9. You see I'm not interested in the DUAL mind debates.....
  10. Personally, I couldn't care less whether it's fact or fiction.....I'm only interested in any awakening state that results by refusing to accept either.
  11. @Serotoninluv Lets call it fact then.
  12. My view is that prior to thinking/meditation all that's left is the "i am"....the i am in my present limited capacity to understand it is just a presence in a sill/silent mind. It is important in my opinion to find the i am...this is a major landmark. Once you have found this state of personal awareness you will then realize that thinking/meditation come from the i am. You will then realize that you are spirit...you have a soul ... and you live within a body.
  13. @Nahm Do you mean prior to thinking/meditation?
  14. @Nahm Please explain more?
  15. @Nahm This is my theory......if I am understanding your question correctly we can all shut our eyes and mediate on anything we want...We can spend years trying to think about what goes on beyond the observable universe or we can try to think about the smallest thing in the universe. We can try to think how this all relates to our own mind/body. From my experience of doing this you will experience "mirror imaging" which ties in with the dual mind...and is thus tied in with the 2 off biological computers within your head. What has happened here IN MY OPINION is that the real YOU has simply engaged with the physical bodies 2 off biological computers (in your head) thus splitting your consciousness state from the united consciousness state i.e. MANUAL or the "in the moment state" .You will have then disappeared within your mind (head) and into the AUTOPILOT consciousness state.Best to stay where you are in the moment and just do a few reccy;s into your mind (gorilla warfare I call it) that will assist you to go in completely the opposite direction i.e. in order to try and unravel/untangle the YOU from the "i am" i.e. whilst the YOU stays primarily in MANUAL.
  16. @ttm Having given up on the creation/evolution debate...well not given up, but lets say its been put on the back burner. I have re-focused my attention on trying to understand how the mind works. Another passion of mine. I'm presently having some fascinating debates on other forums with Neuroscientists/Psychologist etc about the workings of the mind and how our understanding of how our mind works affects our overall view of the world;universe;quantum theories;belief systems;evolution/creationism etc. Absolutely fascinating stuff that puts a completely different angle on the way we see things generally. The secrets are within us.
  17. @ttm Hi, the conversations in this post have evolved somewhat and therefore have probably gone off track a bit. The debate about evolution/creationism is a never ending argument. I'm personally tired of these debates but I'm more convinced by the counter arguments against evolution. This is just my stance/opinion. All will be revealed in the end I suppose. I don't mean to preach, so sorry if it comes a cross that way. As far as the biological computers are concerned ..it is my personal experience from a mental health view point that these biological computers are insane. That is the conclusion that I have come to. I'm glad that I can put some rational to them. It is my opinion that we are not these biological computers i.e. our soul....the real YOU, I mean. It is just my opinion that we should be dictating to them rather than the other way around. We haven't even got on to the i am yet. Then it gets interesting.
  18. This is my opinion/theory...There was once a time when the 2 off biological computers in our head were quite happy in their subconscious state.Then....one day one of the computers discovers a new state of consciousness. It calls this new consciousness state manual or the in the moment state. The 2 off computers then get into conflict about which consciousness state is the most relevant..They can’t decide, so agree it is probably best to share both these states between them. They both do like manual though. They reason that as one of them has been able to find manual,it should be possible for the other one to find it also.
  19. @ttm Just plug in answers in Genesis, the web site will come up. This is just my opinion. My experiences have now convinced me that all is not what it seems. I'm now convinced that our brains are just 2 off interlinked biological computers. They are at the very least quantum computers...who knows they may be more...Either way, they are the most complex things known to man.You can’t get away from them. These machines are insane because they don’t know the diffrence between right or wrong...How can they.they are just machines. Therefore they will compute that right is wrong and wrong is right. If you know anything about the consciousness states (or awareness states) then you will know that there is the autopilot;manual;neutral states of consciousness.Im now convinced that if you are in the autopilot state your consciousness is split between these 2 off biological computers. You are less aware in this state.I call it the gone missing or stuck in your head state. You are totally embroiled within these machines (trapped). Most people spend their whole lives in this state and then die.If you learn to bring yourself out of this consciousness state and into the manual consciousness state (the more in synch with yourself/more in the moment state) what you have done is UNITE your consciousnesses state to one point.Im now convinced that when we are in this consciousness state we are no longer trapped within these computers and therefore we’re less influenced by them. You are able to retrain/reprogramme the computers in this state. You then start controlling them rather than them controlling/influencing you. This state of awareness puts a whole new perspective on how we view things.Leaning about the differing consciousness states is the key to unlocking your mind and definitely affects our perspectives about Evolution/God in my opinion.
  20. If you plug only half the possibilities into these 2 off biological computers (brain) you get rubbish out.It is wiser to plug in both possibilities to stand any chance of getting any sense out of them. These 2off biological computers couldn’t care less what you key in, their lifeless pieces of meat.
  21. @ttm This just my opinion. 1.There is no evidence for evolution that convinces me at all.Not a single thing thing.Man is being deceived, but can’t see it.Can I suggest that you read some of the counter arguments on the Answers in Genesis web site to get a more balanced view of things. 2.Ok,more of a statement than a question. 3.Ok,more of a statement than a question.
  22. God says that there will be those that will see spiritual truths and those that won’t because they have no genuine interest in them.Only God reveals true things to those he chooses.Man makes up his own truth.
  23. It is an instruction from God to be still. If your experience mind movement then this is not a still mind.
  24. @Gnosis @Gnosis @Prevailer God says...Be still and know that I am GOD.... Drifting is a problem...yes... because it is tiring having to consciously move your awareness state to Manual all the time.
  25. @Prevailer God says...Be still and know that I am GOD....
