  1. Anonymous mate, I have no clue about any of this. Similarly, I am christian and raised by the following. There's a disconnect between people and dogma. There's a disconnect between God and what people do. I value conservative and traditional Christian values. I love women. Not in love but... Promiscuity is hardwired in our world. The older I get, the more I understand "walking with God." I understand Sodom destruction and the flood. There's evil in the world. Please, check the psychological significance of the biblical series by Dr Peterson. Its unreal. There's a significant amount of self hate. Furthermore, a psychologist could help you navigate. There's cognitive dissonance between sexuality gay and what you deem as a sin or bad. We all sin and miss the mark. I am bombarded with sexuality, stretchy pants, girls, and a number of other things. Its not evil or bad but there's better alternative routes in life. Find peace brother.
  2. Voltaire posted a video on WHO making it offensive to suggest a no fly zone to China despite the virus outbreak. There's too much stupid these days. Its not as bad as SARS. There's conspiracy theories that its man made. We're not getting out of life alive. Exercise caution but don't lose sleep. Worry and stress will kill you before this will.
  3. It's a super food no doubt. Still, it metabolizes as a carb. You won't get shredded on it. There's better alternative routes IMHO. Leafy greens, fasting, hardcore training, and legit means for recovery. There's a lot of junk science and crap out today. There's Mikayala Peterson on the carnivore diet. Formerly had awful RA and hip replacements at 16. Swears by a carnivore diet. Its likely anti inflammatory and a cash grab.

  9. I picked up a girl with her mom and dad are a football game. I couldn't help myself. I seriously wouldn't forgive myself if I didn't make a pass. There's tell tale signs. There's a football game going. The crowd is insane. There's noise and beautiful girls everywhere but, I was enamored by the girl behind me. I could feel it in my breathing. The game is up front but I was drawn to her. She was bubbly, enthusiastic, energetic, and physically attractive. We chatted. I flirted. She asked for me to take pics. I had her jump into pics with me. Her mom laughed. Her dad went along with it. She was smitten. Her dad was huge. Again, I wouldn't forgive myself if I didn't go get her. If I was a father, I'd want my daughter to avoid cowards and to get with a winner. There's evidence that that winner effect and go getter mindset bleeds into other areas of life. The same man ballsy to get a girl with be father will go get resources.
  10. People are dumb. There's SARs before and swine flu not long ago. Its mostly compromised immune systems who are affected severely. Don't worry. Exercise common sense. Look at the mass panic and items selling out. The stock market is similar. BTC skyrocketed then plummeted. Why? Speculation. People chase the spike and get emotional. They panic buy and panic sell.
  11. Pro tip. If I don't buy it, I can't eat it. I downloaded the Wim Hoff app. I started doing the breathing tactics and exercises. Its super.
  12. I am getting deezed. Mucking 5x5 strength training sessions. I do HITT (high intensity interval training) and skipping. I fast and do keto. Come spring, I am going full blown super sayain mode. Switching from strength training to calis (dips, muscle ups, pull ups, bar work, levers, kettlebells, gymnastic rings). There's nothing like outdoor workouts and vitamin d. I can't wait.
  13. Inject You into the equation. Behave as you normally would. I date a lot. Its good practice but, its never the super bowl. There's more girls. I know I'll meet more so, I don't lose sleep. I don't walk on egg shells. I am outspoken, opinionated, and abrupt. Conventional wisdom suggest to avoid topics like religion, politics, and anything too serious. I couldn't disagree more. If we don't click, if we have extremely contrasting world views, it won't workout beyond a short term fling. I rather kick it off ASAP then prolong the inevitable. Good luck. Update date night.
  14. I can't relate. Younger has always resonated to me. I met one recently in stretchy pant. She was dolled up, nails done, and hair. Another at the gym, again in stretchy pants. Being under 18, you likely lack swag and life experience. I just spit game. Don't make it more than it is. Its likely your surroundings. Also, older to me and older to you isn't the same thing. Get some swag. Development core confidence, date, have a sex life, and see what's out there. Its more nonsense in the mind. As time passes, its about the experience for me. I want to live. There's nothing like being a free spirit. There's a lot of peer pressure as a kid. Don't let it control you.
  15. You need to man up. Embrace the trauma and circumstances. Live the serenity prayer. Change what you can. Accept what you can not fix. Aim for a better life. The key being, "became a man." You are a man now. You are no longer a child. You arent a little boy anymore. You can do the work. Seek therapy. Deal with trauma.
  16. That's been my experience. I sleep more because I avoid food and the workouts are intense. Its 8-9hrs of deep sleep. I noticed that my dreams were vivid. I just noticed my bed time came sooner and most times, I didn't remember passing out.
  17. Check bb.com. I 'd go 16hr fast. 8hr window. A few meals per day. Skip breakfast. Doing cardio workout is rough but, Its manageable. Start small. Build up. Weight loss is cals in/out. Fasting should equate to less cals in. Furthermore, since you have a 8hr window to eat, it limits the alternative junk food or snacks you can eat. There's adding in keto and doing longer fasts. 72hrs is full blown ketosis. You begin shredding weight like crazy.

  19. Its called stupid. You get tossed in jail for not paying 1) taxes 2) child support. I watched American history X. I would recommend seeking out a better hobby. I am pro libertarian. I want smaller government. There's far too much corruption in government. I still pay my taxes. A wise man was discussing why people follow the laws. He argued its due to violence.   22. Different strokes for different folks. There's power vs force scale. There's several others. While I can guarantee I am ahead of some people, there's lots more ahead of me. If I was to disregard anybody not on my level, I think it would destroy the way and life I am building. There's toxicity and people who should be sacked or best avoided. I do think it would destroy the very thing attempted to build. If I decided to only be around attractive people like me or enlightened individuals, how much would I miss out on?
