  1. Don't quote me on this one but I remember reading that productivity music shouldn't contain any human voice, as the brain tend to automatically focus on the human voice, rather than on the task. Lately I've been listening a lot to Daft Punk - Contact. It's great when visualizing or doing other creative work.
  2. I work constantly towards my morning routine. I usually do the following: -Wake up at 7AM -Heading to gym at 7:30 or morning run (one day gym, one day morning run) -8:30: Get back home and take a cold shower. -9:00: Green smoothie, meditation, and sometimes positive affirmations. 10:00: Start working (I work from home as a freelancer) My routine is quite simple and I'm planning on optimizing it a bit further. I'm thinking about reading 30 minutes in the morning, play guitar, and even do a bit of visualization. I usually tend to read after my daily work (5-6 hours) and it can be pretty tiresome. I may as well start waking up earlier, at 6:00AM or something like this. I usually meditate after my morning exercise, which can be quite though sometimes, as I'm pretty energized. I was thinking about meditating just after I wake up, but i might be sleepy and fall asleep. Do you guys have any suggestions?
