@Michal__ where could we learn about jhanas? -
Will follow the thread Just watched it Dunno what to say, really Deep stuff what do u mean by "she makes some big intuitive leaps?"
-
I've just starting with journalling Got the very same question but finally got to watch leo's video on it and since then i am using OneNote application I'd rather handwrite for some parts of my journal (parts regarding thoughts, meditations, visualizations..) but seems it's handy to get it all in one with this application. Will report..

regarding that last question i use the "ask as if" approach Act as if you were a high self steemed person...and once you get into that mindset u'll see kinda everything "flow" accordingly if i focus very much on this it works but sometimes if i am sad or tired or something it does not it's law of attraction i guess, basically do not need to cultive this i assume, just apply

Yes. I out your point and i support I've been a regular "goer" and watched and researched all that competition/bodybuilding/superficial stuff as an experiment BUT for me a balanced physique goes beyond a physique itself. It's a mental thing. Dunno if i express my point accurately. Not need to get shredded to death or too big sized, just a body which shows that you care of it..that you eat well and train consistently as a lifestyle that you can maintain (see...importart to fit your training in your lifestyle and not the other way around). A mental thing that shows outside. That's my point and what i value. Goes beyond a physique. It's effort, discipline, commitment, self-care, long term happiness and reward. You got to love the struggle, not the reward itself.

Cannot agree more! if they value the work behind a nice body and therefore..the lifestyle, they'll see that being any stylism I do tbh

About to start today with it Need something to start with Via this forum i read Leo recommended Young's stuff for understanding that "do nothing" concept or labelling (can't remember well...have to say..too much concepts going on). Any advise ON HOW TO START READING? Apart from all this material in actualized.org which is PURE GOLD

Meditation on LOA?

In the last pages of the book it suggest beginners to start with Hatha Yoga to prepare the body and also "Fourteen Lessons in Yogi Philosophy" Any inputs on that?

Well i understand u mean style and not physique I am a female and have to say i got attracted to a personality showed through an particular style (if it makes any sense)...but not a particular style or pattern. It reflects a lifestyle so %90 guys i got attracted have "sporty" looks. You attract what you are, they say.. I also put so much attention on manners, posture and behavior. Still trying to get signals of having come across an spiritual person in my day to day life..

Definately Gym is a great place to test social skills believe it or not I used to wear headphones because i love my playlist and the boost it mason my training but i feel that if i wanna get approached need to take them off It's kinda a universal sign that u do not want to get disturbed
-
Cannot agree more I aim to find or approach quality men in those too
-
True but... what if the only goal is training social skills? any bad about it?
-
@kras same here in comparison with other women
-
exactly it's not about leagues in here perhaps u are out of their leagues actually too much actualizing and inner work hard to find someone to appreciate that
-
Happens to me with males I am considering that making it simplier and "stop thinking star doing" approach goes better than my constant thinking an planning and...and..and..notdoinganything. I¡ve been ghosted too by guys not made for me..

@Byun Sean What would you advice to a female? It's not for for free...for sure I think 10000x times before approaching a nice/attactive guy My thought are: 1.- I feel needy. 2. i feel easy.3. i feel old for this playtime 4. he probably taken So yes! it's mentally tiring Wish to reprogram this thing into the subconscious so i get more effortless and automatic

Self actualizers ideas/tips needed I am seriously considering starting a personal journal to keep track/ commit/ improve the areas I'd currently like to focus on.. Which are: SOCIAL/FRIENDSHIPS/DATING Yeah, in these pandemic times... and due to my lack of social interests in the last years i would like to make safe improvements in those aspects FITNESS IMPROVEMENTS Gym/ sportperson for years. Part of my identity to be honest. I would like to focus on gain a bit more muscle and committing to scheduled and specific trains/diet to meet my goal. *Also, i wanna make this hobbie to meet the previous social goal i explained before in this post. MEDITATION Checking out all the available material in here. Thanks @Leo Gura and ACTUALIZERS over here. It's being on invaluable help..but have to say i sometimes get overwhelmed with so much content! SELF ACTUALIZING Glad to be here. To share, to learn and to contribute in my recently started path. One of the best things i've done in 2020 is joining you after reading the forum threads from time to time. SO.... 3 big areas which i think they are interconnected in my life. I've seen there's a video about journalling posted by Leo. I will check it out for sure but apart from that...: Any ideas on how to put these ideas and thought on a paper? do you journal? has it been useful to you? Thank you..

@Byun Sean Regarding the struggle of the cold approach i guess same applies to women I feel akcward approaching. Even if i try to be as a "sister"(e.g gym) and be open and friendly with everyone and make it as as natural state and not something forced...it's weird when u start an interaction with someone new. I feel judged by the very same criteria guys might got around girls who approach.
-
Totally. I am considering starting journaling and that's gone be one of my "fields" of goals to achieve. Approaching. For the moment i am committing myself to at least 1 new approach/chit chat/ whenever the situation and the pandemic environment allows...a day. lET'S SEE HOW IT GOES But feels weird when u never ever put ur attention on this. I hope to gt used to it after 21 days

i like to experiment and approach but feels weird tbh
