  5. UPDATE DAY 3 Same as day 2 Bit of a headache last night and during the day..but fields ok More vivid dermis during the last 2 nights. I never remembered my dreams in the morning and these last days feels kinda weird coming back to dream remembering Struggling with the worry and fear of this COVID thing as a first line responder. Terrified have to say. Very needed self control and peace to handle this. thank you all

UPDATE DAY 2 Work day Consumed the same tiny sips of coffee x2 morning-early afternoon ok at work now getting to my gym routine considering those caffeine pills which are much lower dose than my previous one of 200ml pure black coffee.. any advice on that @Username @Michal__ @dflores321 @mandyjw @Preety_India THANK YOU!
  7. @Username my problem is that it was a matter of nr. of cups but of the intensity of it Figure 200ml filtered coffee made of 200ml water+full coffee container filter of the machine. That was a dose. A full black intense 200ml take. Total craze. So..i will considering splitting into little sips throughout the day or use the right normal quantity of water for that quantity of coffee...
  8. update 5pm in my country time to my second huge dose.. tried to not no take any at all but i feel SO sleepy my plan was to follow my reading of "the mind illuminated" but cannot keep on with it so i made some coffee but only took a little sip i will postpone my reading and get to the street with some podcasts will report on the tomorrow on a normal working day thank you all!!!

  11. @dflores321 That's true.. I did not need it in the past and now i became a coffee junkie Will try to replace it with some other thing and then start by cutting it drinking only a tiny tiny tiny cup
  12. Understand ur point I feel a bit like you, but i want friends and a social network..but dunno why it feels ppl get "bored" of me if u do not support their biased lifestyle. Tried to fix in that but i do not live that lifestyle so they end up cutting all contact. I am not superior nor inferior to no one. I am just me..so i do not get the point on what's wrong. Also, being too intelectual does to help with most ppl trust me. You need to fix their level to even talk or socialize. Yeah, it's a pain But that's how i've seen it goes with unconscious ppl.
  13. @Michal__ Concentration for keeping away from caffeine? wish it worked trust me. I began driving tons of black coffee to concentrate on my intelectual tasks at work+long shifts. Now I am also trying to start a meditation habit @dflores321 Tht's the point. Just after waking up i feel i need that boost to get to leave the house and go to work.. however, that boost nowadays has minor effect due my tolerance to it

Will love to read that journal about ur journey with PCOS I have not been diagnosed with it (yet) but i struggle with tons of stress, works shifts, family issues...and it's been like this for years. Decided to change that and to take care of myself on this. Been an active person since my teens and i love training and caring of my diet BUT perhaps it's been not so balanced some times (not talking of eating disorders or any of that issues..) Myo or Chio inositol? heard the the perfect ratio is 40:1 or something like that

  21. I feel all that Mine has a serious issue too She even got no friends or hobbies or career and now it's throwing all her life anger on me and my dad but she does not acknowledge that she needs help. So diffcult

  23. Trainning abs you mean? Dunno really. Kind of weird feelings arouse when i listened to binaural beats some time ago. They were focuses on kundalini activation but never trusted those audios really
  24. Dunno if it's of any help but i experiencing some similar arousal after some meditation audios (binaural beats) female here they were about kundalini activation the thing is that it was not in that moment but days after i got random arousals any input is welcome
