  1. @intotheblack I considered in the past and rejected the idea after having some issues to fix in my town. Now i got an stable job and a good income..the thing is that this city lacks of social activities or places to meet people.. that's why i considered dating apps or social networks.. but in my core i am of the thinking that high value ppl (males and females) do not need to use this apps as they got plenty of options in real life... so i feel as if i "sold" myself in a market which i'd not like to compete because i consider myself above all that stuff..(ego here)
  2. @Preety_India That's what they say "you women got it easier than men"... when i feel motivated to approach i find it easy to start a conversation and u realise of ur feminine power..but i got that feeling that if i interact to socialize i show needy but going cold has had not results so for I definitely play best my cards in real life..my problem is lack of social networks and female friends settled/married/e.g
  3. @Phyllis Wagner Female here I feel the same about the options we have now to date/meet new people. it's all about the dating app or social networks I tried them for a while but realized that you have to show urself or ur cool lifestyle to get any results. I train for years, got a beautiful body tbh and sorry but i think i am above average in looks than most girls on tinder or even on instagram. They work on their pictures, edit them, use tons of make up....BUT are soon below average in real person. I lack of those tricks to use on apps...so i cannot "compete"..and i dislike showing so fake. I've tested men on how they change their behavior when they see u got a six pack or an athlete body but all the mental, intellectual or spiritual stuff get overlooked beforehand... I fight against joining the crowd and get a fancy profile..but otherwise i am lost in meeting new people I tried cold approach and yes..men talk to me and all but during these times we lack of social interactions..
  4. @Leo Gura I tried to do it that way regarding the gym/ exercise thing. It's been part of my life for years now..but i struggle to make it work or an excuse to approach or improve in the areas i find myself with difficulties (e.g new friends, dating)
  5. I am taking it tomorrow will report..
  6. @Logan Thank you! will check Leo's video out haven't viewed it yet
  7. Hi During the last months i've been struggling to make up my mind on what to do on this issue. I am conscious of my future need of taking some language courses to secure my job in the upcoming years. Those courses are about 3hs a day monday to friday. I also work full time as a first line responder in this issue with the cover. A few years ago i managed to take the very same schedule in spite of being a total craze of a life..with no time for eating properly, resting and no social life at all. Now I just feel i am no capable of it again. I realized that i have barely any friends or social life and this extra effort makes it even worse. On the other hand, due to restrictions..there's no much going on socially over here..so i guess it would not make such big difference investing 80% my time on job related issues. I am really lost about what to prioritize right now. JOB-BASIC ECONOMIC NEEDS FULFILT IN THE FUTURE VS.SOCIAL INVESTMENT. I feel i cannot do both at the same time!!! Thanks for ur help.
  8. I am of the thought of not taking any stuff to balance my sleep. After listening to him i've not tried with the melatonin pills i ordered.
  9. @SvanteTheBeast will check out that book!! thx! @dflores321 let's see..ok for the moment the real test gonna be nightshifts
  10. Hi! Ok so this is my second post on this section Read some threads and comments regarding the topic and also watched Leo's inputs on these addictions in some of his videos. Read about sport-gurus guidelines to quit ....BUT never ever been capable of it I mean serious addiction with coffee in the morning just as i wake up I need to take a FULL GLASS OF BLACK COFFEE w/o milk or any added anything to wake up and get to work.. I do not want to spend the rest of my life like this honestly. I've been working on night shifts and day shifts for many years and coffee was the only thing that kept me alive to fulfill my obligations but i realized time ago it was an addiction...and also even increasing my intake HAD NO EFFECT sometimes. Plus my beautiful aligned teeth that probably are much darker now Today is day 1. Tomorrow i need to wake up at 6.30am to get to work. I do need that boost to be my day 2...and quit Any tips from you actualized ppl?
  11. @dflores321 red the daily dose by 75% and feels..OK but i miss the boost apart from that i am taking care of my health as usual
  12. No correct answer for the moment. One thing for sure. This COVID thing kills, and kills fast and destroys economies, society and corrupts peoples values. I am a first line responder in this thing and in the region i live many of us have not been vaccinated yet.. My concern now it's about the multiple vaccines there'll be running in the community and that they're not all made from the same technologies... stay safe u' all!!
  13. on to week 3 STRONG headache the last 3-4 days.
  14. For some women i think introverts can be sexy aswell. I personally am not attracted to extroverts-chatty men frequently. I find the quiet ones with brains and a well developt soul extremely attractive.
  15. Hi Many thanks for opening this thread and posting the video. I'll definitely give it a watch. Yesterday i ordered my first melatonin pills. I've been struggling with constant interruptions in my sleeps for years about 3-4 times during the night. Now that i do not work nightshifts i feel better in spite of those interruptions, but still. it is not normal to have SO MANY. I tried reading and working out. I fall asleep right ways when i got to bed but it gets interrupted about 3-4 times any advice @Twega?? thank u
  16. tomorrow it's 2 weeks OFF feels Ok for now yesterday i felt KO but i guess it was due to work reasons and lack of sleep during all this week i plan to train this morning..will report how i feels thank u!
  17. @Space Thanks for ur support! Yes! i considered green or black tea as a substitute for the little little "sip" i still take in the afternoon...but i do not want to get too much into black tea because i'm trying to take care of my teeth I still need to test myself going off any coffee at night shifts
  18. @aurum would u recommend? i am also interested in making some changes in my career
  19. @Espaim MANY thanks! will add it to my priority book list @Village Agree. Kills ur adrenals but i miss that boost..tbh Have to say it was way too much a dose in ever single cup. Used for years to concentrate and long shifts at work. Feeling ok for today. Little nap and heading to gym atm. Let's put some actualizing into practice (health, self-care, socializing, and also some audiobooks in my phone..all caffeine free ;)) Enough boost Thanks!
  20. We should open a PANDEMIC TIMES FLIRTING/GETTING LAID/WHATEVER..thread, shouldn't we?
  21. @dflores321 @Michal__ Onto my week 2 ..let's see For the moment i keep my daily dose of dark chocolate
  22. @dflores321 totally! saved lot of time in the morning tbh btw i've read coffee + dark chocolate is good for brain function so i kinda feel pity of deciding going totally OFF from it
  23. UPDATE 1 WEEK OFF %75 COFFEE INTAKE Ok for now I struggle to have good sleep the last 3 days due to stress and work issues i guess Yesterday morning i was totally asleep in my morning training at gym Also, i keep feeling a little headache everyday. not so strong but i wonder if it cased by the caffeine withdrawal Any inputs? @Village @Username @dflores321 @Michal__ @mandyjw @Preety_India Thanks for reading and ur support!
  24. Thanks for ur responses I eat a balanced clean diet but love the sweet taste of some chocolates, dairies, sugar free chewing gum and would like to get rid of those. Besides of that i do not eat any refined sugars or carbs...so i wonder if that herbs helps with that Leo states he used it when he was consuming very little carbs a day
