  1. Whats better? To feel deeply your emotions, even if its very negative even if its positive vs when u have a negative emotion think about it, ask urself questions about it, etc.(u know what im talking about....) and generally make urself feel peaceful and happy always?
  2. I've tried to quit this addiction for like 4-5 times but i always went back because i was always tired and had kind of brainfog thing. Tbh it would be very easy to get off it for me but i get this weird tiredness and etc. I'm just addicted to the release, to the dopamine... What should i do? Btw can you get brainfog because of porn addiction?

I watched stories and interviews about ex pornstars, I just kept getting busy myself, if the cravings got up i asked myself whos experiencing this?: the false-self, and overall i just looked this as a challenge and an opportunity to increase my discipline. I think i got over it, thx all again

Thx I did a dopamine detox, it helped me a lot with this addiction.The problem is that i got something like a dopamine withdraval, sometimes i feel tired and lethargic,sluggish etc. Can i just go through this and maybe take a nap when its really needed? Btw i dont have urges, even if i have its very light
  5. @Elisabeth thx @bejapuskas Yes, we are @Adam M Yea, i've already watched like 80 vids from leo, i took notes. Watched the advice for highschool and college students too. The problem is that i've not taken this too seriously (i've started this at around 14) and i've just used this to mental masturbate, now im takin seriously and start to balance theory and practice.   11. @TrynaBeTurquoise yeah, i did not think before i committed myself with this thing, i could knew it that i would burn out. 4hrs of studying its not that excessive, i want to be better at it, i will have a bigger vision of why im doing it every single day, i have to train myself. I will. @Raptorsin7 I started changing few things now, im having much more fun. But few days ago nothing really, just like meditation. Not really. But when I read my notes, i can get few ideas. The problem is that i dont remind to myself these and these ideas are not that big so I often forget them(unintentionally).
  12. I've been really exhausted in the past 2 months bc i made some changes in my life. I quit porn, started exercising, i started studying everyday for 4 hrs, i dont listen to much music, i dont watch stupid videos on yt, i cleared everything i dont need, and i've become so much more disciplined. Every time i watched a video from leo and read my notes i feel so tired and.. The problem is that i dont have energy, my productivity is very low, i can easily fall asleep during the day, I woke up very tired every single morning, i often feel dizzy, have a headache. Can u give me some tips about lifestyle changing?what should i do?
  13. @Nahm I read it, only thing i could filter out is that I have too take life less seriously, slow down, go for quality instead of quality, be positive etc. Im a pessimist thats why i created for myself these emotions, and I dont have fun, i dont know how to rest. I couldnt get the energy from your story cz im a zombie, i dont have emotional reaction or idk. I might let go myself and have fun, relax and be back up after 1week. After that i ll try to read ur story again and try to find my vision and develop some good habits. Thanks again
  14. @Tightrope Walker I dont eat very crap foods, but I only eat proccesed foods. The problem is that my family isnt that rich, so i dont have much selection. I eat the same sheet food for over and over again. I dont have friends, i spend most of my time alone, but im not depressed or anything that can cause these symptoms.
  15. @crab12 yeah, that can be the problem...i dont have a concrete vision. I'll definetely try to find my vision, i was watching leo's video something like vision for the self actualized life before yesterday and i felt more energetic.
  16. @Nahm Should I reward myself after, like after 4hr study 1hr video game(or something i addicted to) and constantly reducing the time I spend with it day to day? Or should i relax more, not to tryhard, be in nature more, meditate more? I know its a weird question but how to have fun?
  17. Hello, so I want to change my diet because it is the root cause of a lot problems. I've followed my parents and I have a very bad diet, I've become celiac cause i used to eat pastry and all kinds of dairy products all day. Now I'm highly iron deficient and I cant do anything, I cant study etc. Can u give me some advices how to build up a diet? How u find good recipes? How can i build up a good diet on a low budget?
  18. I started dropping my addictions and bad habits where I used to relax and rest. I want to replace those with healthy forms of entertainment and relaxation, can you suggest some more? Here's what i found so far: - music - physical exercise, sport - Just being, or in nature

  21. After i meditate my eyes are very sensitive and i see little bit different for ~1min. Is it because it simply reduced blood pressure and heart rate? Have somebody ever been in this situation?
  22. Hello, im very new to this self actualization thing, I've started like 3 months ago. I've been taking some notes on Leo's videos and I've made some changes: quitting video games, quitting porn, quitting social media, i overcame depression and anxiety, started meditating, etc. I have a problem that i'm so exhausted every day, all-day I'm watching Leo's videos, concentrate so much on what he's speaking and after the journaling i still wanna study the whole thing that i wrote but that point im really tired and without getting distracted I'm getting tired continously... can u help me name some habits where i can relax, rest without getting distracted again? I know i get very tired because of my iron deficiency but I know i can do more with good habits where i can get energy. Sorry if i asked a dumb question and for my bad english.
