  1. Leo already has lots of great advice. Imo u should write a lot of stuff in your journal about the struggles of studying,write down if you are having laziness to study, write down ur stresses ur going through and generally write down what do u want to earn from school. Just put more time into studying. Its suffering but it always ends. Just try not to think and just sit down to study, school is only a few years, it'll end. It might sound weird but just accept suffering coming from school. There were times when i sat down to study at my desk and i just felt like shit and suffered a lot. After few weeks i realized studying is fine and comfortable,it can actually be relaxing. Fix ur basic needs, fix ur mental health then it will be so much easier to study
  2. @JohnnyAb @Carl-Richard @Michael569 It wont solve the main tiredness, maybe after school i will feel a little bit better... F.e. in summer break i used to eat so much more and exercise like 40minutes while i was on the sun. I was still tired and depressed. I felt better afterwards for like 1hr but it didnt solve nothing. @Gregory1 Yes. I do know it would be benefical to take d3. I feel so much more hyped, i feel feelings, im feeling more creative and extrovert but how much chestpain it does its scary. But also after taking it i feel brainfog and i can forget things. I always take 1 pill D3 and k2, which isnt that much- 3000IU and 100µg. How much should i take? @undeather Ok. I think my testosterone is low i have very bad beard like lot of bald spots. I have beard since 6th grade but still there are bald spots and my beard is not full. Idk i asked a lot from my mom, i told her about my tiredness. I built a diet what i want to eat specifically 1 week but my mom doesnt care about it at all. She always say after i get home from school study and i always say im tired(no im not a lazy person once again). I asked her can we go to psychologist, can i get checked my hormones and vitamins get a broader bloodtest but she says im just imagining in myself the tiredness and just already go to my desk and do the stuff. @Michael569 @Gregory1 i took it 3 times last week, just D3 and everytime i got chestpain for that day. This week i took it with K2 on tuesday i had chestpain again for that day.
  3. @Michael569 thank you i will do it tomorrow morning. But i only eat this on weekdays tho. I eat so much more on weekends and im still tired those days. Maybe i wont be that tired after school but my fatigue is still remains everyday. I can still feel it on weekends where i eat a lot more and a lot more healthier, lot more fruits
  4. @Michael569 80 kg 170 cm. Also i dont have high body fat %. I have around 25% I cant give you the exact number, i dont have an exact paper about my test but my doc said its a little bit lower. BUT few months back i had higher levels of iron back then i took 1 pill which contains 0,35 mg iron. My doc said to stop taking it then. No. No. But i dont think i have problem with it. I dont feel nothing at my thyroid. Few months back i did another test. There was nothing with T3 and T4. Yes they are good A typical school day: morning 1 banana and 2 glasses of water [around 7:00] then in school i drink like 0.5 liter water and eat nothing till i get home [14:30] I eat vegetable soup(its very typical with lots of yellow carrots, white carrots) and for the second meal its 1 chicken leg and pea pottage. But its mixed what i get for lunch. I get my lunch from the hospital thats for celiac people. I think its enough, i dont feel full but its not that little. I drink water. For dinner [18:30] 3 eggs with paprika and no gluten bread (its not healthy tho, lot of ingredients in it) but sometimes theres nothing around in the kitchen and i dont eat that much lets say i eat a cheap fruit flavoured yoghurt. Maybe i drink some cacao i bought from market, im somewhat addicted to them. Thats it. I drink more than 2 liter water a day, i go to pee around 10 times or more. I have stool everyday. Right now i just take multivitamin and c vitamin nothing else. I run few circles in my garden it takes up more than 20m. I do bodyweight exercises like pushups, sit ups, i also use dumbbells for my arms,stretch etc. 10. No i dont. There isnt stuff that make me energized. I listen to a lot of music but i think its just simply addiction. Yea i agree with you. But people at my school eat like shit, they constantly seek dopamine, they have addictions somehow they are not depressed. What should i ask from my doc then what to do?
  5. Just try it bro. In the end everybody has a different opinion. Try it for 30 days. Experience it yourself, then u will know. For me it gave me confidence, i can better socialize etc
  6. There so much content about dating and tips how to get a girlfriend, how to be better looking etc. There are people feeling bad for being virgin and being single at 30 or at older. Like i get it ofc if you have no friends it can solve your loneliness and get a little bit of romance in your life but why do u put so much energy in it? People go to courses, learn from different pickup teachers and dating coaches etc. but why? Maybe you get into pickup and after idk how many tries you get 1 girl and you have sex with her and thats it, was it good? There are people f.e. on Twitch who donate money to streamers to get attention from her and then they feel good... And teens too they want to be so popular, cool they do everything to get attention. Girls do literally everything to be beatiful and get attention from the opposite sex its a joke. I open tiktok and theres just girls doing the same thing for attention. Theres so much importance put on virginity too. People literally laugh and make fun of a person who havent had sex for their life, whats the logic? I cant understand my peers they try so hard to get a girl like as though it would solve the emptiness within. Maybe i have different sexuality but why go for a girl if you have no strong emotional connection with each other?
  7. I was just thinking about this and i came to realization i just need to switch to stage green. Lot of things like numbness, being boring would go away. Emotion is what really missing. I just watched leos nihilism and dangers with spiritual work vid and its really helpful. I struggle with depression and anxiety and i dont have bad thoughts or generally bad life(from the outside) Idk depression just comes. Although im 16 i resonate a lot with being a doomer idk life has no meaning, im just living on addictions and i hate school. Video games, porn, anime, rap metal 24/7 and i have no motivation and i dont care about self-help no more. I've tried to get on a bigger break but no matter how much i try to have fun i just cant. Basically for 6 months i havent done nothing with my life. Everyday go to school->come home dead-tired. Why people say teens dont realize how much energy they have? No we dont have energy at all. Somehow it became so much more easy to socialize at school and with friends but why? The more unconscious i am the more friends i get? Anyways this is just me talking about random things... What im saying that I cant see no meaning. I just want to be left alone in nature for weeks. All these people around me so boring and talking about meaningless, material things. Idk how the hell im going to get to green... Maybe i will try blue and become religious and create meaning that way. Anyone doomer here? What did u do?
  8. Yes you can change your beliefs, change a bit but can you actually do a 180° turn? Can you actually change your personality? Like fake it till you make it? Or its just creates problems? How much do you change when you are in your teens? Is it hard when u've grown up? What is personality anyways? My traits: Who am I: loner, quiet, passive, irritable, numb, unemotional, neurotic, uncreative, no strong personality no style, sometimes serious sometimes just depressed, thoughtless, honest, practical, calm, openminded, loyal, a bit hopeful, a bit selfish idk else. What i value: improvement, freedom, creativity, concern for others, kindness, knowledge, love, resourcefulness, truth,achievement,curiosity, feelings, purpose,spontaneity,individuality Idk its weird, why do i value these things? Why i dont have none of those then? When did u guys experience huge personality change? A huge dose of dmt would feel really good, maybe my personality would change ...
  9. @mandyjw thank you The problem is that when theres so much stress and sh*t in your life you go through life as a blind person. Theres so much distraction, unconsciousness that u lost who you are, u cant remember ur values. @Raptorsin7 yeah ik psychedelics are not an answer but it seems easy. I just smoke it and i just get an aha moment... @DIDego yes i know about chakras they can be helpful. Thank you for ur kindness.   11. @Leo Gura Yeah that will help but its hard to meet people here in my town and at my school i dont want to cringe at myself and i dont want to get to know other students idk the whole conversation and the chat would be about petty stuff. Idk how to get attention, how to be interesting... Nobody starts a conversation with me and im usually carrying the whole chat... But the reason why i dont want to go out because i feel like i couldnt hold a conversation, i would go blank, i have nothing to say... What now? Would it be good if i start with typing online then go out? @WaveInTheOcean Why? It would show how i would behave if i had no social anxiety and all of these stuff? That stuff is easily addicting, how can i become so relaxed in other way? @7thLetter Well that sucks. I dont know where are the parents when the kid plays hrs of video games and stay at home etc. and they can clearly see that the kid has no social life(ok u had few friends but still). Imo many adults shouldnt have children, they would have to go through a really hard exam to have children. Or they should create like a f*cking tax or idk xD. Seriously so many parents fk up their child. Anyways thx then i have to convince myself to work at a job where i have to interact with people a lot.
  15. This book is basically tells you to be people pleaser, be a fake person, be agreeable to everybody etc. Full of manipulation. Why do people recommend this book so much, why do people like it?? Its very very baad. Whats ur opinion about this book? Can you recommend good books about social skills?
  16. @Finax i dont have a fix personality type. I used to be istj. As im doing tests now sometimes i get intp, intj, istj. Problem is that theres a 50 50, like on s-n and sometimes on j-p. But i will check the carrers thanks Yes i can easily get better but first i want to just make a decision what carrer i want.
  17. I've been thinking about what job i want, I looked at different jobs lists and I found nothing. All of them boring 9-5 and dont do nothing meaningful. Im interested in philosophy, psychology, spirituality but there is no "trodden path", there are no traditional jobs just psychologist,counselor,psychiatrist etc. But i dont like interacting with people and helping is not necesseraly my value. I like knowledge, truth, excitement(idk its actually my value, my whole day is usually very boring probably thats why i wrote it, im insensitive person so i guess i need more excitement), learning, working hard, consciousness. My strenghts: i love learning,im openminded,disciplined,optimist. Where do i find jobs that are not traditional and are kinda new? Can someone link me these kind of list of jobs? Everywhere i just find traditional jobs and I dont like none of those. So i guess i only have business. So how do i find things i can make business out of? Where should i start learning business?

  22. Update: i spent some time learning programming and i dont like at all. It just makes me tired and im not passionate about it. I will probably study Psychology and become a counseling psychologist. It will be good at college, I will finally study something i care about. The only thing that sucks is that im not a very social person and I'll contact with people 24/7 when i get the job. If you ask why i havent chose this carrer already, its because i always felt like im not a social person, my family,friends and at school they would laugh at me, i thought it would be cringe if i choose this carrer as a man(almost everyone who go learn psychology at college is a girl) and i thought to be a psychologist you have to be emotional and im not that type.
