  1. I have heard estimations about morses success rate. But can you link me the studies and researches? Im not all about science guy, but scientific studies show the cold data / facts. Like i said, the problem with the holistic healing is that there is not much data. It's mostly hearsay and testimonials. Im not saying it does not work, but there is a reason why it is not taken too seriously, yet. Hopefully in the future. Like i said i want people to invest money to follow morse and a likes. All fruits and vegetables are not alkaline, some even highly acidic in ph. Plus nowadays you only want to buy organic because most of them include pesticides. Im pretty sure you have eaten acidic fruits and vegetables, wierd that it didnt cause the same reaction as other acidic foods if all acids cause you the same reaction like you said. Did i mention previously about the black and white? Yes we agree that you shouldnt eat too much acidic foods. More important is food combining.
  2. I have some of Morses herbs in my home. He definitely knows a lot but at the same time he is half a quack. I have read 5-6 years about nutrition and a lot of it about plant based. I prefer more plant based myself and of course i knew markus is a vegan. It´s not all that black and white as many vegans think. Im sure many people on paleo can also tell about it helping with IBS and acne. I have IBS myself and that´s one big reason why i have done research for the last 6 years. You didnt get the message in the video. forget about the water and watch the whole video. Acid = bad Alkaline = good IS FALSE. Vegans always throw that everything alkaline and no acids. the blood ph always tries to go back to homestatis no matter what you eat, 7.35-7.45 ph. You cant control blood ph much by eating only alkaline foods. If what you are doing works for you, great, keep going. I wouldnt recommend 100% raw diet for average Joe without a supervisor. Nd´s and naturopaths runs on testimonials so far, they have no science or studies to back up so far. They make false claims that everything is curable just by adjusting just diet. Diet is just one part. Of course bettering your diet helps. I really would hope that some scientist would do researches on Robert Morse and these guys practices. It would be great for humanity if we found out it´s legit.   4. I used a chair in all my meditations in vipassana retreat. I was quite newbie in meditation at the time (im not pro now either).Maybe somewhere between 100-200 hours before the retreat. It was only 6 days, but it kind of changed my life. It was about 1,5 year ago and after that i made a decision to meditate everyday. And i have, minus travelling days (maybe 10-15).
  5. Why cant you tell? So you got some sort of "freedom" experience but you have to hide it. How does that play out? It´s like i have a cure for aids, but it´s only my information and im not going to share it.
  6. Maybe i need to listen ummagumma album too on mushrooms. Have listened Pink Floyd all my life, but somehow missed the "genius" of that album, lol. I actually should probably do mushrooms, it has been probably 1,5 year the last time i did them.

  8. is a strong urge to be lonely necessaru bad? I would be more concerned if you cant spent time alone like a lot of people. I dont think we can ever be free unless we penetrate the loneliness, which we will anyway face when we are going to die. Most people wait to the deathbed. The sooner it is faced, the better.

  13. almost all the benefits you mentioned are false and they actually have the reverse influence. on general dairy products: add weight, get cancer, worsens astma and get sick from all the mucus from dairy, destroy colon. who the hell it can aid weight loss and on hiv patients reduce weight loss? What kind of backward logic is this? whey would have been thrown into garbage pin but someone thought that bodybuilders are so stupid that we can market it to them.

  15. Hi, it´s 4:13 am, i havent slept a minute this night i think. This is 100% legit and no jokes here. I feel energy ciculating in my upper body spine/neck/head and it has shot from my spine/neck to head multiple times and i felt like im about to explode. I felt very blissfull going to sleep. Did 1,5 yoga+meditation before that. I was very much focused on my breathing when i went to sleep and the "outside" world noises felt more intense than usually. i dranked decent amount of alcohol 48-64 hours, but i have been completely fine this day, riding a bike and doing 2 yoga session and meditations. I thought if this is some detox symptom first, but no alcohol should be in my blood. And i am very awake and alert, no possibility to sleep. If i go lie in my back, which i probably will soon, im sure the energy will start to shoot towards my head at some point. I got scared as hell in the first that im about to die. Almost called my parents who live close by. Now i feel better. I have heard and read kundalini quite a lot recently, but it´s not like a was planning to "do" this. But i think these symptoms fits there. Sorry i cant give u a better explanation, all i can say this is pretty intense. I should go to work in 3 hours and there is no way im going there if i dont get any sleep.
  16. well, im not so bothered about the chimps but i dont go to gym anymore. i do running, soccer, yoga etc on daily basis though. I never enjoyed gym that much. You are making completely unnatural movements for the most part and you dont move. the gym rats are the worst movers. gym is better than no exercise and you can get more strength in the gym. so there is a counter argument. i would prefer push ups, pull ups, dips and sprint, jump, throwing exercises over lifting iron.
  17. Just notice that there is no danger, really. It´s not like tiger and drug dealers are chasing you. You are not gonna die. Dont play with suicide when you are 19. Nothing lasts in this world, everything is changing constantly. If you feel like this 20 years from now, then you have my permission to cash out. But, now try to relax a little bit and then try every method. (shrink, meds, etc.)

  19. i would choose meat over dairy products (whey protein powder). pretty much all dairy products is bad for u. maybe some organic whey can be somewhat ok. but yeah, best thing to do is reduce meat intake and take best quality meat if you decide to eat meat.
  20. What is youre diet and exercise regime? If i were you the first thing i would do is detox, that could be the quickest help. contact josh macin from detox dudes, hes a good dude or doctor morse or somebody.

  22. I would do and have done them alone always. I dont know what the threath could be as long as you dont take too high dose. Just make sure you buy legit stuff, not from some dealer in the street
