So we cant talk about heroin here?

I agree 100%. The therapeutic benefits with the right set/setting can be better than from anything else. I cant say 100% because there is not enough data and studies, but i cant imagine anything being more therapeutic than a good mushroom trip. Scientist etc. should really study this subject, but its hard to get the funding because of the bad reputation labeled to psychedelics.

cool, thanks for replying.

Would be intresting to hear what is youre background? You basically just put yourself above people who do/teach consciousness work. Im not hating, but there is some pretty strong words in youre post. Doing this stuff without any guidance is in my opinion same as learning to play soccer or tennis by myself. It can be done, but the learning curve is way longer without any coaching or mentoring. I do agree thought that most selp-help is not very helpfull, because the people who teach have not themselves mastered the inner work. But there are great people who go beyond self-help

They can be called "spiritual" because they can temporarily show you a state of satori, enlightenment or whatever.. You can be in completely "egoless" state under the influence of psychedelic. I´ve been doing yoga, meditation for few years and i have to say mushrooms has opened my mind the most. You can say anything you want, but you can take away peoples experiences. Listen for example Ram Dass first trip report (YouTube)

Quitting is great for body, sleep and energy levels. I took a 2 year break from being drunk. Drinked maybe total of 15-20 glasses of beer/redwine in those 2 years, so almost nothing. Now i been drinking like 2-3 times a year. Do what you like, but unless it really bothers you, i dont think there is a need to quit forever or go the extreme. If you are an addict type, then its good to quit. I dont enjoy drinking that much anymore so i dont drink. But if i happen to go out im going to have a beer if i feel like it. Youre asshole friends will look at you weird for the next 6-12 months and you´ll probably lose some of them. They will resist chance, they dont want to see you chance.

true. I had a lot of hard time figuring out what my real values / strengths / purpose are . Still not 100% sure. Most of youre/mine thinking comes from social conditioning / other people / environment, so they are not "youre".

I like all those "hippie" values you posted above, i consider myself "semi-hippie" and can relate to many of the values you mentioned. Im sure hippies who has passion are very happy on average. The problem with a lot of hippies are thought that they are passive insted of passion.

Yes, buy it, there is definetly ton of value in it. I have to admit i have been slacking of the course for a while now, due to work and other shit. Be prepared that the course will take a month, 2 or 3 months if you have work/hobbies/family etc. It is probably best that you put into youre calender what videos and exercises you do and when. Dont even try to take all the information at once.

thanks. Im on holidays now, and today have just read and meditated. And walked outside like 30min. Bored out of tits, but had a good meditation session about an hour ago. Yea, i think boredom isnt something we should be afraid or avoid, it is common feeling in our everyday life.- 15 replies
