science isnt studying those yogis who dont eat, drink or shit. i want to know what they are doing. I have tried Wim´s method little bit. I guess it works, i havent used a timer. I have a theory that any type of activity that puts youre body into a shock state gets similar style results, maybe not as good as wim´s. I have been lately doing this

Why do you worry shit like this? You could be enlightened right fucking now, but you want to be retarded and play stupid games

Adults Age 20 and Older2 More than two-thirds (68.8 percent) of adults are considered to be overweight or obese. More than one-third (35.7 percent) of adults are considered to be obese. More than 1 in 20 (6.3 percent) have extreme obesity. Almost 3 in 4 men (74 percent) are considered to be overweight or obese. The prevalence of obesity is similar for both men and women (about 36 percent). About 8 percent of women are considered to have extreme obesity. Hahhah. this is ín america.

true. your body can take a beating in ur 20s. but yea, the problem is that most people eat shit, drink beer on weekends and workout here and there and that will show in time, That´s why at least 50-60% start to be half-fat / fat closer to 30.

People should be peaking physically in their 30s if they know what a fuck they are doing. Lets say between 26-33. If you look at long distance runners or powerlifters, people on their 20s doesnt take titles much. Im 30, i am in better shape than i was between 18-25. I dont train superhard, but im much wiser on my training and nutrition. And i used to play soccer on national level at 17. I wish i had then known what to eat and how to build endurance and strength.

well, it is normal to get bored sometimes even to your passion. the motivation will come back at some point if it really is your passion

chill out, why do you think success would make you happy? I like the passion but you seem to be attached to success. If you have empty feeling inside no outside success will ever help. I thought like you for a decade. Always the next thing and when i get this, that and etc. then im happy. If you cant enjoy now, you cant enjoy. period.

i think there are people who teach self confidence and man/women chemistry (david deita etc). And then there is the pick-up people. Learn from the first group. most people who do pickup cant have authentic long term relationships. You probably wont start doing pickup anyways unless you come from a place of pain. Then you go out there, maybe have some success but the pain wont go away.

The urge to wank last probably on average about a minute. it will pass by if you dont always act on impulse. nowank is way easier than people think, after a week or two it gets easier just like any addiction.
