  1. Even I can see there is no problem on my side, I tend to stuck with a critics. I connects past incidents to that problems and the result is stuck in a loop. When I am in a group, someone in that group did some thing wrong, when investigation happens, I'm trying to control my body language to not to look suspicious. I do journaling and affirmations. It really helps. Also when I got to a bank, I also feel some kind of fear. Thinking that "Am I suspicious to security officers?" and tend think how suspicious person act in a that kind of situation. Try to control the facial expressions to not to look like a thief. What is going with me? Journaling and affirmations helps in short term. But I need to understand the root problem here. Sorry for bad English.
  2. I recently realized that when someone hears false judgments about him regularly (like "you are selfish, you don't respect others"), it make them to believe in those things. Also people use little faults and make them bigger. I think this is relevant me. Now I'm using affirmations and journaling to overcome this and it is working. But I still have doubts. And I need to learn more about this. But I don't know what are terms or how this situations are referred / called. My questions: 1. What are other techniques? 2. How this behavior called? (How to google this?) Very sorry for bad English.
