Very good question. To be honest, I don't know. I'd say it's a matter of respect. If you get overly disrespected, that might indicate a low quality woman. I disagree with Leo and think it happens after sex too. Whenever a girl needs to test your frame, to see if you walk the talk, she will test you. Not tolerating disrespect is ironically one way of passing the test - being butthurt about it, though, just shows you're actually just pretending to be a high value man. I personally think this is an useful dynamic. Also, it seems to me that most tests are not deliberate.

I've been reflecting on this and I get what you mean about not tolerating some things. It may be even healthier than forbearance and becoming unphased/accepting through resilience. It's very easy to fall into the trap of overly protecting yourself, though. Most strong boundaries are out of fear, which is effectively giving up your power. The only boundaries that are not like this are the simple ones, the ones that feel so pure in their clarity and simplicity - knowing what you want, and a thought of "i dont want this". No fear. It's a boundary of love.

Missed networking opportunities

Good and informative thread. Thank you for asking. Being very passionate about coffee and now 40+ days sober, I can tell you the difference in quality of sleep is day and night, no matter the time of day of consumption of coffee. Since there are both amazing pros and some cons, if one wants to avoid the downsides it would be best to consume sporadically, when one needs a cognitive/physical/motivational boost to get a certain task done, but still consume it often enough so that one doesn't get "swept away" by the intensity of the stimulant, but instead knows how to ride the energy boost. Personally it's so very easy to use coffee and caffeine to "plug holes" in fundamental issues with health and lifestyle. It can be used to mask a bad diet, bad sleep, health problems, mental/emotional problems, etc. I would advise solving these first before engaging with any substance, otherwise one often ends up in addiction. Much love to y'all and thanks for the elaborate responses.

It is difficult to separate quality posts and threads from the low quality, true. This effect compounds into people (including myself) browsing the forum less and less, which in turn reduces the quality of posts.
