I've read a study that reports that noticeable atrophy starts after 7 weeks of no training, and that maintenance will happen on a regime of training once a week.

@Forza21 A year or so of rest helped me integrate. Wish you all the best.

Healthy Gamer is the best thing to happen to Twitch. Amazing example of what a strong vision and LP can do. Not therapy. Doesn't quack like a duck. He is a streamer. -
I'm glad. A good way to keep it long-term is to start valuing your fitness more than ciggies. I love to smoke, but I love being able to run a half-marathon and train with full capacity way more

I've been thinking about this. It seems that growth does not simply fall into your lap - there is a growth that happens purely as living life( ie- as a factor of time) but intuition tells me that growth is determined by your approach to life. Now I am curious about how exactly, what change of heart, perspective or approach is needed to start relating to life in a different way that manifests as growth. I'm reminded of Leo's episode on acing life here, I guess that something like that could be a good maxim to live a good life (choose what is more emotionally difficult). I'm partially writing this because I feel constricted by my current way of relating to life - which is, upon closer examination, governed by fear in many respects. I want to transcend.

I feel this emotional/energetic dirt/filth that blocks resonating with this statement. At least I don't have a resounding "NO!" or "impossible" as a reaction to something like this anymore. Regarding conditioning, there is definitely something about the "deserving" and "can have" part. Firstly, it's like the "deserve" is always around the corner, very conditional, a carrot on a stick of my perfectionism where I will never live up to my standards and then start deserving something. Regarding the "can have" is a feeling of impotence of simply being unable to manifest what I want. It also feels like a play with oneself, the masculine ego basking in the beauty of the struggle and thus blocking the actualisation of desires. The two interpretations are from different perspectives, so let me know what you think.

How do I actually start feeling like this?

Thanks for the interesting idea would've never occurred to me.

I think all of these aspects can be transformed into their "more conscious" parts. As you get more conscious, bodybuilding activities start becoming more conscious as well. Some activities will naturally fall apart. I say go for it

There exist cheap/free travel options. If crossing a border doesn't cost anything, that means you can travel for free. Also, this - - is an internal problem, not external.

Relatively true but also a limiting belief.

Move to a bigger city. Come to the capital - all the cool people are here I wouldn't waste time dating in a 200k city - especially since province culture is such that when you hit 18, you go to the big city to study. You have already probably extinguished all your potential encounters there.

Why is there God? Can this be understood through contemplation? -
@Raze I just want to express my appreciation and thanks for such a quality thread.

Notice the distinction between masculine-feminine and man-woman. Also, try to notice the feeling that arises that gives birth to the reply.

@Bojan Why do you assume your body needs it? Try not eating animal products for 6 months or a year, see how you feel, compare the two.

I also felt like the dude isn´t very well versed in communicating, bait claims aside. If he knew how to get his point across I feel like this would of have been a way more productive discussion. Useful to see nonetheless. I come from a European country and the age of consent here is 14 -
Hope he inspires you

@Leo Gura I think it's useful to game after a drink or two every now and then to test how rigid you are/see what's possible and then work on it. I always get an ego-check when I see how much more loose I am when drunk and get very humbled knowing that I have much more to work on.

This is the "shadow" part of your post. This is what you should work on. I also partly share your feelings and I think this is a huge insight regarding redpill communities. After contemplating about this a lot, it seems to me that men are deeply hurt because of the belief that a woman cannot love a man the same way a man does, yet the man craves it. @Roy is right on the money here. Thank you so much for the post.
