I did muay thai for years. Never competed though, never went in the ring. It's a little wish of mine to get in the ring and fight - it will happen soon Let me know what you want to talk about.

The way of the superior man - pinnacle of healthy, high green relating to life and masculinity, emerging tier 2 I would say, the fact that it's written from a place of a certain spiritual realisation doesn't make it turquoise in my eyes, but I don't know anything about turquoise anyway.

I would very much like a reading on the question of : What do I need to know in order to overcome the obstacles to giving my greatest gifts? -

Yeah. No. If you cherish the friendship, make an effort to communicate your needs, wants, and life trajectory better. If not, just eject. Also, there is a difference between trying to convince you and guilt tripping you. Lastly, do not externalise the feelings arisen in regard to the situation. They do them, you do you. I wouldn't want a friend that doesn't support me. Someone pushing me into playing games, in my current system, equals to not understanding what I want and/or not supporting me. This is either caused by me not communicating well enough, them currently not being compatible with me, or both. You are going to lose friends on this path. It's okay to let them go. Much luck

Oof! Thanks for sharing hahahahaha, I had the same experience but sober. Really threw me off. Funny thing is I called the police too but then I realised that I was being foolish and went to the forest to meditate

Yeah! Not that it's just impermanent, it's also without any substance. Can you bring up the appreciation for the work you already did and the mileage crossed? If you try this, you will probably come to understand that you did good, and also have a HUGE head-start in any "worldly" endeavour you might want to partake in. Having degrees of spiritual realisations strips away all the bullshit from life - leaving room for authenticity, genuine experiencing, being more human actually. You can change everything completely, starting today. Want to relate and connect to people more? Workable. Feeling that you have "nothing to show for" seems to me like you have an upcoming need for tangible work, productivity and results. Also, your being and presence might just be what you have to show for but cannot see it yourself - the virtues that get cultivated with spiritual work are so precious. Compassion is a huge grind and wisdom as well. And it's priceless. I think it's a way better position to work on spirituality first, then do anything worldly, even though it might be a more bumpy and less secure road, it allows to experience life with a truly open heart. Wish you the best of luck with all of this, fellow 22-year old

I offer myself to approach the same volume you approach, or whatever you might want to do/ need.

I wish you weren't going through this. It might be what you need to grow, though. Trauma needs to be released and integrated. You are acknowledging the problem, which is great! Do you perhaps need an approach accountability partner?
-
so maybe you want the qualities for which famous people become famous and not fame itself.

@amanen Are you sure? For me it came with the realisation that I'm not going to die, which means there is no escape. It can be pretty claustrophobic, as OP described. Plus the sheer rawness of Being. -
Doesn't matter, you already won by approaching. Rejoice! Soon you will "increase your work capacity" (speaking in fitness terms ) by being able to handle intimacy as well. For now, we think of the opener. Every opening is a win and is to be celebrated like Rocky on top of the staircase.

Maybe better to stack habits, ie when you get prompted (being outside and see girl you like) you approach. This is how you make it your natural reaction (of course, it assumes you already go outside on a consistent basis). If this doesn't work, then think of deliberate going outside to approach. The trick to making it stick is to make it as easy for yourself as possible. Then you "add more weight". Best of luck

I think it's the usual consequence of realising this particular aspect of reality, at least it's what happened to me - awe and fear. Love and relief too, but a lot of fear. If you're practicing meditation, check out the vipashyana jñanas - there is a stage of insight called the Bhaya-ñana (knowledge of fear) and the next couple of stages can be quite miserable. Judging from your post I think you're somewhere around there. Don't give up the practice. Fear is an excellent fuel to practice courage and fearlessness. Feel free to PM me whenever. -

IQ is a measure of test performance, it's a good predictor but a poor basis for a construct. Also most conceptions of intelligence are tightly related to "academic intelligence" and disregard other perspectives. -

Smoke is mind. Thoughts are mind. Fear is mind. Anger is mind. Practice.

I mean, is it like "regular" sleep in terms of bodily rest. I love your sleep yoga post by the way. Thank you very much for writing on this forum.

Do you rest adequately practicing it?

Sun signs are just a tiny part of the natal chart. Combine all of your planet placements in signs, the houses, degrees of planet placement and movement of the planets (direct, retrograde stationary) at the moment of birth and you get a fuller picture. At the end of the day it's just another system. But very useful.
