The taste is pure and light. No smell. It's a bit pricey, but well worth it.

  3. I get used to my Alkaline Water Pitcher. My tap water is hard, so to buy a water pitcher to get rid of heavy metals, chlorine and fluoride was an ideal option for me. I think the pitcher gives a better taste to my water and eventually makes it healthier for drinking, adding the essencial elements to it.
  4. I get used to eat something before going to bed, because this is one of the ways to fall asleep faster. I can't just fall asleep hungry, with an empty stomach.
  5. Before going to bed I usually put aside my phone and read a book. This tip has always helped me to fall asleep faster. Also, I try to eat beforehand, to go to bed full, because hunger just drives me crazy and I have insomnia because of it. Moreover I changed my mattress not so long ago and I have already felt the difference it terms of sleep. it's very comfortable and adapts to your body shape, so you can relax and sleep well.
