  1. Interacting with people is first and foremost about expressing yourself. Your behavior unfolds from how you see the world and if you are self-reflective you can use your interactions to challenge your own perceptions and narrative about the world until your behavior evolves naturally. Interaction with others and people you are interested in particular is much more about learning about yourself than learning about others. Its a journey of calibration to true self-expression.
  2. I hope everyone is doing well in these hard times, if you miss social interactions, check this one out, (was filmed before this whole mess)
  3. How many times did I not talk to someone because I was not sure what to say? I used to think that if only I knew what to say, then I would be able to talk to anyone but frustration got me thinking. What do my best interactions have in comon? is it a topic of conversation? Definetely not, what they have in comon is that I am relaxed, at ease, present and ready to react to the situation wherever it goes. The truth is that when you are in the moment, everything takes care of itself. You never think about to say when you run into a friends. This is not a problem of knowing the right answer, this is a mental exercise of being present, you already know how to talk to people, you have been doing it all your life! Good luck out there
  4. checkout this channel about social interactions, there are all sorts of random social interactions, including talking to attractive women, you will enjoy it https://www.youtube.com/socialanimal here are some example:
  5. Thanks, Bill, yea the channel is really about social interaction, the dating being just one branch of the tree. Thank you for the kind words, its very encouraging
  6. When we think of rejection we often imagine a very painful experience but its important to remind yourself that this is just your imagination and that its better to be present, curious and see for yourself. Personally I was amazed at the variety of reaction you can get and it's important to realize that at the end of the day, everyone around you is a human being, you can talk to them and however they react, as long as you are polite and well-intentioned, they are no reason to censor yourself. You can and will learn from every situation. I made a short video showcasing various kind of vibes and reactions, enjoy
  7. Check out this fun and genuine interaction that started on a scooter
  8. Whether you want to be more social, make new friends, find the love of your life, I found that focusing on small moments, situations, when you want to express yourself is key. Life happens now and is it now that one must be self-aware and take action. checkout this video in a bus after work
  9. Discussion with Dr. Juliana Schroeder , the psychologist behind the BBC article: "The surprising benefits of talking to strangers".
  10. It feels that generally speaking, many people find these videos cringy, weird, not polite as if they are so scared of something bad happening that they'll rather do nothing. Why do you think people are so weirded out by this type of content?
  11. I guess the point of the video is to show that rudeness is how you talk, like if you see a friend on the phone in the street, wouldn't you still say hello? At the end of the day, as long as you are polite, what's the point in making an assumption, the girl seemed quite happy to talk to him, you never know really...
