Adodd replied to Adodd's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura but surely learning from an awakened teacher will help lead to awakening. What are your suggestions for awakening without the teachings of an awakened teacher? Genuine question. -

Q. Who is responsible for bad actions? Illusory me or Life (God)? A. YES. So hold yourself accountable. -

Why can who not find yourself? Did you say "I"? There ya go. That "I" that you speak of is responsible for its own actions. Regardless of if YOU can "find a direct experience of self". You're confusing yourself with theory. -

See a professional. Make sure it won't reoccur and know how to handle it if it does. -

This. @Muhammad Jawad ALSO. You as an ego still chooses to do things. You as an ego is creating a seperation between good and bad acts. If your talking about the Absolute Self you wouldn't be calling acts bad or sinful because those separations are biases of you as an ego. YOU as an absolute isnt doing these deeds sure. But you as an ego are so you as an ego should take responsibility for these things so you as an ego can make what you as an ego consider "good" actions. And you as an ego will reap the benefits. You as an ego not worrying about your "immoral"actions just because "there is no seperate self" will likely not bring you any of those benefits but instead make life, what you as an ego would call, "worse". ✌ -
Love Mike. Inspiring guy.

I understand Leo. Maybe take it off youtube leave it up on the blog/patreon(even with a disclaimer if neccecary.) All the people who are ready for the deeper teachings could get a lot from it. Dont let them hold back your teachings. Edit: Of course I'm completely and blindly assuming that I have any idea of why you deleted it to begin with. Hope there were no legal or youtube issues or anything for you. -
Squats, deadlifts, benchpress, overhead raises, sit ups and planks, curls. Will be adding pull ups when I get a bar. All every other day and using a weight that I can rep 6-12 times max. -------------------------------------------- Daily- Omega 3 supplement, b12, Creatine, maca, lots of water. 4 or 5 medium size meals instead of 3 large meals to help get enough food. Protien smoothie with maltodextrin and tart cherry juice after workouts
-
Ok fair enough. Thats solid advice. I should look deeper into that . Thanks for the advice man.

That makes sense I like that idea. Might that also help avoid plateaus you think? Also what's wrong with maltodextrin following work outs? From.my research it seems pretty beneficial.

@7thLetter @aurum So ive been torn between which split to use but after doing a lot of research it seems to me that most experts and studies show that full body is most effective. Maybe I'm not aware of something though. How would I know for sure that I've fully recovered from a workout? I feel good and strong again with 1 day in between. Is that a good sign that ive recovered? I also might take longer to recover once I increase my weight and drop the reps. Have to see. https://youtu.be/9O8mOtdKr44
-
I do 3 or 4 sets depending on how im feeling after the 3rd. I will go ahead amd lower my reps and do more weight. Thanks.

I primarily eat plant based foods. High carb and protien diet. Fruits, veggies, grains, nuts and seeds. Very occasional eggs or seafood but I have cut put seafood a month ago due to heavy metal contaminations.
-
Potatoes. Jackfruit meals. Nuts and nut butter. Smoothies. Oatmeal. Vegan lentil chili. Check out Ezekiel bread, the cinnamon raisin is great. Tons of options with rice. Ton of options if you Dont forget about grains and your willing to spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing food. Just fruits and veggies probably wont be enough.

@itachi uchiha elaborate?
-
@Noahsteelers34 yes but id switch to creatine monohydrate. Totaly safe and very healthy. Even people who dont workout get benefits from it. @Gianna sounds like he taking a creatine preworkout? Different than just taking pur creatine. Creatine isnt a stimulant by itself. (I dont think.)

@goldpower123 in my experiences lsd has been much better for helping with creativity and deep thinking than it has been for spiritual states while mushrooms and dmt have been very spiritually powerful @halfknots What are you doong on lsd to have these life altering experiences? Meditating? And how much were you using? Asking for a friend? -
Seems important.
