A while ago I posted this: A while ago I posted this: I'm a student at a University, one that I regret going as it was not my top choice at all. I figured it was okay because "it was all going to be over soon", as I'm transferring as a Junior, meaning I have this year, than next, and what's the problem? Well it turns out that when I transferred from Community College, I more likely transferred in as a Sophomore, or even as a Freshman. Only half of all of my Community College credits transferred into this new school, which is devastating because it took me three years to complete Community College instead of the normal two. I'm majoring in a B.S. in Physics, and in Community College, I took Physics I and Physics II. Neither Physics courses transferred as they were not "Calculus based physics courses". I'm only now taking Physics I. I could have taken it last semester, but they required for me to go through a "virtual advising appointment", and did not allow me to register for courses until I did this appointment, and the time slot was only late into the month after everyone else already did theirs. So by the time it was my turn, all the Physics courses were taken. I only took a Precalculus course in Community College because I at the time did not know at all what I wanted to major in, and so i didn't take Calculus courses. I emailed my professor about realistically, how much time do I have left in this college, and he wrote my back that realistically it will take until Spring 2027 until I'm finally able to finish this stupid B.S. . *realistically Spring or Fall 2026, as the professor did not factor in me taking summer classes. I'm so unbelievably frustrated as it seems that nothing academic wise is going my way. I wanted to get into another University, I got into this one instead. I want to pass my exams, I'm flunking each one again. I wanted to get a good SAT score, I get less than a thousand again. I want good grades, but finished with a D grade in my required CHEM 101 class. I wanted to have to spend on this and next year at this college, it's going to take my until Spring 2027. It seems that nothing in college is going my way and I'm extremely frustrated. I'm not just frustrated academically, but also romantically and intimately. I'm 21 years old, meaning I'm going to be older than most of the students here. I don't want to be creepy and hit on younger students. "So why don't you branch outside of your college?" Thats not an option, as my University is a commuter school. The school is an island surrounded by highways, meaning that there is no college bar or town. This school as well has no social life and is completely dead on the weekends, as its a commuter school where everyone drives home on the weekends. And! I tried looking for internships and research opportunities, but I was so busy with school work that i kept postponing it. I just missed the deadline and now I have to wait for next year to do undergraduate research and internships. You will lose most of your credits upon transferring and it will take you longer to graduate. If you truly have to go to Community College, please stay only for one year and then GTFO.

@Leo Gura You don't want to have children, don't you feel as if you're missing out? Isn't raising children the happiest thing one can experience? Plus, Jordan Peterson says the wanting and not wanting children is the clear distinction between a mature and immature person.

@Leo Gura In regards to sex, if it’s so low conscious, then why are there tantric gurus, such as Osho, who teach indulging in sex consciously? Osho literally wrote a book called, “From sex to superconsciousness”. Further more, why does the GREEN value system, promote openers towards sex and love? If this is the case, then why does every generic normie get involved in relationships? If it’s so mainstream, then surely it has to be rather low consciousness. If I’m having a hard time forming a serious intimate relationship, does that mean there’s something wrong with me or that I’m low in consciousness?

Does this also apply to intimate relationships? Is falling in love with a boy/girlfriend and getting married with them as well a “low-consciousness” activity that we’re biologically programmed to want to do?

I come from a Muslim background (I’m an ex-Muslim), and we’re taught that the Kafir (disbelievers) and the shirk (polytheistic idol worshipers) go to jahannam (hell) after death unless they bear witness that Muhammad was God’s messenger and that there is no God but God. But the Palestinians were offered a two state solution from the very begging of this conflict and each time they turned it down and resorted to violence. Doesn't this prove that its the Palestinians who refuse a two state solution? Even when Ehud Barak offered the entire West Bank, Yasser Arafat refused to negotiate, rejected the offer, and launched an intifada (uprising). Even today Netanyahu is the only one who offers the most reasonable and tangible solution to the conflict, that being the Palestinians be given an autonomous region instead of a full state.

So a while ago I posted this thread: In the thread, I alluded that the reason I was writing it was because I acted selfishly, and it blew up in my face. Here’s the story: I was in this group called the Arab Student Club in my local college. I meet this very nice girl and I ask her out. She informs me that she’s cannot because she is a religious Muslim. But little does she know that I am a religious Muslim as well. I ask her out again, with the intention of telling her that I am also a religious Muslim. But when I do that, I forgot the “I am also a Muslim” part. So After the second rejection, I shoot her a text message clarifying what I forgot to tell her. At this point, she tells me that I’m making her uncomfortable and to leave her alone. Then the Arab club bans me due to complaints from this member.I as well wrote in another discord server that “I only go to the Arab club for the women” (which was a joke) and the club leaders found this and used it as evidence to banish me. Btw I’m not a Muslim, pretty much all of my friends and these people I go to college with think I’m a practicing Muslim because that’s what I keep telling them. Why do I keep up this lie? Because all of my friends are Muslim/Arabs and I’m trying to fit in with them. I even debated whether or not I should accept that this woman’s religion prevents her from being with me, or should I continue to lie about being in a religion that I’m not. I chose lying. But keeping up this lie, and even partially believing it myself, ended up backfiring and I lost a lot of my friends. I feel terrible because these kind people even took me out for dinner on Christmas.
