  1. You are right, you wont lock in psychadelic states. For baseline LOC meditation/mindfulness during the day/ kundalini etc. are more important. Regarding the dreams - get a dream journal and never miss a day.
  2. Realizing you may not be there tomorrow could be used as general success advice. You could probably create lectures where you say it in a way that motivates people to get off their ass and finally start working on their dreams. Consciousness work would obviously help, since insight help you become a better thinker (and speaker, in turn) and God is synonymous with death.

  12. Limit it to once a week or so. Everything should be done in moderation, even nofap. And yes I have gone longer than a month without it and experienced increase in energy, however it has also its downsides since it is suppresion. Your sexual desire decreases too much after you do it for a month+. I reccommend to do nofap long term only if you have a GF.

People get into spirituality either because they experienced a legitimate mystical experience before they were interested in it, or because they want a better life (pop mindfulness, which eventually develops into a serious practice). Both can eventually lead to enlinghtenment, the first reason probably more often. Curiosity (Leo Gura type of people) leads you to get your first mystical experience without really striving for it and start taking spirituality seriously (whih is the same as the first reason). You could sum it up as insight vs liberation. Of course those intersect, and most people care about both.

  18. Search Leo's advice on heavy metals detox and consider it. Get on some adaptogenic herbs. Namely rhodiola rosea in the morning/during the day & ashwagandha before sleep. Clean up your diet. Doesn't have to be complicated, just eat whole foods that you make yourself & follow common sense. It wouldn't hurt to read a book or two about healthy food though. Get a reverse osmosis water filter. That should do wonders for your energy levels & allow you to be way more effective.
  19. 20m to spend on whatever my heart desires (read: waste 20m on things that won't fullfil me) 50m on my LP. 30m invested in a way so I don't have to work for the rest for my life. Which would be easy as my country's average salary is 1k a month. So even a few percent above inflation is good enough. 10m charity. If I don't spend all that on my LP I'd donate it to help some ecological cause.
  20. Good idea if you take a low to medium dose most of the time and reserve the high doses for a more appropriate time. Every time when you feel like you're starting to develop tolerance switch to a different substance.
