Good idea if you take a low to medium dose most of the time and reserve the high doses for a more appropriate time. Every time when you feel like you're starting to develop tolerance switch to a different substance. -
You should decrease time spent on YT gradually. While watching YT ask yourself why are you doing it. You can use short answers, but they have to be genuine.
-
I'm not really sure if I am doing it correctly - I am certain when I hit the first 2 jhãnas but when I get to experience 4th (well, what I think is 4th) it doesn't feel correct, even though it dramatically decreases my sleep need for that day (from 8 -9 hours to 4 - 5). It's kind of like the experience is growing in intensity but stops just before it should get interesting. Do you go smoothly from one jhãna to another or do you go in & out of them?
-
Which jhãnas do you have access to? Also do you notice that there's a difference in strength session to session? I think it's called "soft jhãnas" but they always make me unsure of whether I practice correctly when I experience the soft versions.

Feels similar to synesthesia? Like the "glow's flavor" changes depending on how high & different their consciousness is? That's how I perceive the differences between teachers/teachings. I think it's kundalini related. -

Can you sit on a chair? Or a couch? You don't have to sit cross legged. Or maybe walking meditation. That does wonders for keeping you aware the whole time. -
This is a really nice description. I see them as two different flavors of increasing consciousness. Introspection is more intellectual, yet it increases mindfulness. Mindfulness is more technical and it helps you get more introspective "power". I'd define introspection as using mindfulness to arrive at an answer to internal questions. Mindfulness as increasing your ability to notice without getting lost in stories. You don't need both, it's just better to do both if you want to life fully.

Actualized.org counts as a yellow & turquoise business. Mental health workers who use psychadelics correctly are mostly yellow. I consider wikipedia yellow-ish (mix of orange & yellow).

All consciousness work is accelerated during a fast. Make sure to do more of it than you do normally.

Good & bad exists only from a relative/finite POV. It's as real as you shopping for food. -
45m to 1h meditation a day, trying to stay mindful during daily activities & shaktipath. There's a channel named "SIDDHANTA YOGA" on YT. I'd recommend watching transmission number 3 once a day, the video is 3 minutes long. And maybe read one book about awakening, spirituality etc. once a month. If you do it right your daily AVERAGE would be about an hour. If has to take exactly 1 hour every day then choose between meditation or shamanic breathing.

I'd go all out on meditation. At least on your first retreat. I recommend that first day your first session is 45m long, second 1h and then 1.5h and then 1.5h sessions. It will permanently supercharge your meditation. Then you can experiment with different stuff. -
True contemplation forces you to be more mindful in order to answer the question. You ask the question and observe.

They usually use old meat, otherwise it would be quite healthy - you get a lot of micro nutrients from the vegetables, protein from the meat and it has a lot of calories (which I see as a benefit). People who are into health & fitness often have this strange mentality that tells them less calories is better. If you're not overweight there's no reason to fear calories. What's even more funny is that all the zero calorie products are branded as a health food. If it has zero calories it literally just means that you're consuming nothing but flavor (which is usually cheap chemicals). The only "zero" calorie products you should use are vitamin supplements, nootropics etc.

Adaptogens, meditation, moderate excersise & a healthy diet. Anything that helps you digest food better is great for energy - intermittent fasting or maybe once a week 36 hr water fasting, learning correct food combinations, not drinking while eating (either 0.5h before food or 1h after)... Also many people don't realise they have problems with gluten or lactose, so maybe experiment with that. A lot of illnesses start in the gut.

That's completely normal & healthy. Many women have such fantasies.

Nice. That's what I am planning to do. Thanks for sharing.

Obviously you should trust your own opinion more than what random people on the internet say. If you still want to make some progress towards your LP while doing everything else you want to do you can just spend 30 minutes a day contemplating LP, that way it doesn't affect other aspects of your life in a bad way & you work towards making better decisions in the future.

Online dating works if you are handsome or muscular with decent face and professional photos. If you get good with women irl you can get away even with being ugly.

Perphaps studying & experimenting with the occult for a year would help answer that question -

Tbh I'm pretty sure he has had very intense experiences just from the 40 day fast alone. Fasting for 40 days can be as intense as a 40 day retreat. And the video of him meditating is like 8 hours long. There's no way he hasn't had very deep experiences. So maybe his realizations are deeper than what he can make sense of. I remember my first awakening was so intense that I thought I became schizophrenic or some shit. And now I can see clearly that I just wasn't mature enough to handle awakenings as intense as the one I experienced. Since then I've had some deeper experiences but they don't seem scary anymore because I am much more emotionally developed now. There's a shit ton of stories about people who've had kundalini awakenings and then they thought they were enlightened/the second coming of Jesus/physical god or whatever for some period of time before things went back to normal. Some awakenings are so intense that they force your mind to create complex stories to explain wtf is even happening to you. Keep in mind he meditates, does breath work, tantra and practices law of attraction at the same time while having the financial means to pursue it as much as he wants. No wonder he feels they way he does. -

That would explain why dark night comes before a cessation, which will eventually lead to Liberation in the traditional sense of the word(when you experience enough cessations). (You find literally everything disgusting during dark night) Basically - you're right. -

If Truth is Love then pursuing the Truth eventually tells you what you need to know about Love. -
