  3. Not true. You will gain more muscle than a natural lifter on a well written program if you take steroids and don't do anything. It has already been proven. The study is all over the internet if you bother to look. Of course you'd gain even more if you combined both steroids and correct training.

  6. That is weird, maybe get one of those watches that tell you how much deep sleep have. I noticed that how many dreams I have is collerated with how much deep sleep my Mi Fit says I had. @Hulia

  8. You are right, you wont lock in psychadelic states. For baseline LOC meditation/mindfulness during the day/ kundalini etc. are more important. Regarding the dreams - get a dream journal and never miss a day.
  9. Realizing you may not be there tomorrow could be used as general success advice. You could probably create lectures where you say it in a way that motivates people to get off their ass and finally start working on their dreams. Consciousness work would obviously help, since insight help you become a better thinker (and speaker, in turn) and God is synonymous with death.

  13. No, you get permanent changes mainly from meditation / yoga etc. Never rely on psychadelics as your only tool.

  18. He got his discipline from weightlifting. Maybe do a 3 to 5 day fast, that is a sure way to increase discipline.
  19. Limit it to once a week or so. Everything should be done in moderation, even nofap. And yes I have gone longer than a month without it and experienced increase in energy, however it has also its downsides since it is suppresion. Your sexual desire decreases too much after you do it for a month+. I reccommend to do nofap long term only if you have a GF.
