  1. Well, likely not in (probably) anyone's baseline consciousness. Maybe Jesus / Buddha level would be needed. But stuff like kundalini transmissions could be considered that & most people are conscious enough to experience them. You can still get a shit load of knowledge from Astral Projections etc. and those don't need that much consciousness to work.
  2. If they're invented they'll probably have side effects as severe as steroids & take many years off your life span.
  3. Maybe it's just that you already have a lot of energy naturally. Then it would make sense to drink herbal teas for their health benefits, since they have no caffeine. Or green tea, which has caffeine but the l-theanine in it removes the negative effects of it. Maybe buy l-theanine and put 50 mg to your black tea. Or if you ever want to drink coffee again use 200 mg.
  4. Destroying innocent people's property is a low consciousness activity, no matter how good the cause is. Liberals are mostly above average when it comes to consciousness but come on. If you think this is ok try to imagine yourself in the position of the people whose shops were burned down. The cause is good, the people looting are idiots.
  5. If you are sensitive enough to feel the effects then you should take it. But next time buy the separate ingredients and use the recommended (higher) amounts. Most people can feel tea, so you should be able to get benefits from this supplements. I wouldn't be surprised if it was more helpful than tea.
  6. I mean on the third day you should have pretty frequent periods where you are more way energetic than normally. I would just drink black coffee / teas if you are sensitive to caffeine.
  7. What about coffee? If you drink it what happens? Either you're super sensitive to caffeine or something weird is going on.
  8. What's up with that profile picture xddd
  9. The thing with adaptogens is that you can take them everyday and they become stronger the longer you use them. Even if you read somewhere on the internet than you should take breaks - don't. My personal favorites are ashwagandha and rhodiola rosea.
  10. There are 2 kinds of communism when it comes to consciousness. Stage blue/red communism & stage green communism. Of course the communism in north korea is not the same thing that leftists have in mind nowadays. Fascism, on the other hand, doesn't exist at the higher stages.
  11. Breath counting. 1 inhale 2 exhale ... to 10 and then back to 1. Go back to 1 if you forget the number. Increase the number by 10 when the it stops being challenging to do it for an hour. I read somewhere that zen monks say that when you can count from 1 to 100 and back many times in a row, while being focused on the breath you should be concentrated enough to achieve anything in life. About a month ago I found out that you're actually supposed to increase the number instead of always counting to 10 and back, and since then I managed to build up to 90 (but I've been training concentration for quite a long time, accessed jhãnas etc., so I think it will take longer for most people). Also, learn about jhãnas.
  12. Try plant based. You will still get all the benefits, but you don't need to be strict. Like 90% vegan & eat animal products sometimes. There's no need to be dogmatic about a diet & it never hurts to experiment.
  13. I've been training for ~7 years naturally, achieved most of my goals. So I guess we're on the same page skill wise, except with opposing views. Do you know Jeff Nippard's channel ? If you do what do you think about his training style?
  14. Ok, thanks for the vid. I'll watch it to see your POV. Yeah, AD doesn't have a single video that explains his whole training philosophy, but there's a lot of depth if you watch enough of his videos (I'm not asking you to, just saying). Also it depends if you trust Mike Thurston to be natural. Since, as you probably know, workout plans work way different for roiders than for naturals. Not saying that Mike's on steroids nessecarily.
  15. It all comes down to whether you're getting really strong at excersises you care about. If you're - your program is good. If you aren't - your program is bad.
  16. Btw I recommend you watch Alphadestiny's videos on Full body.
  17. I think he misunderstood. Of course you shouldn't do full body every day. But most serious lifters agree that full body is way better than bro splits. Not saying everyday. You'd have to be really skilled at creating programs for yourself for that to work. I think everyone should do a novice program until they hit a 225 lbs bench, 315 squat and 405 deadlift. (Strength for natural lifters = muscle gain) Which should take 6 to 12 months if you follow the program I linked to OP in a previous post. The program is full body 3x a week. I recommend Alphadestiny on YouTube to everyone, since he is one of the best channels for people who don't use steroids.
  18. https://www.thecandidadiet.com/contrast-showers/ It will reduce soreness by about 80 %.
  19. Alphadestiny novice program. Google it. Also learn about post workout stretching, proper warmup sets (again, Alphadestiny YouTube channel) and do contrast showers post workout - they're extremely helpful for regeneration.
  20. The thing is that with AP (in the real time zone) you see things as they are in physical world. You can even visit places you never visited before and verify the experience IRL.
  21. Depends on how much the talented person works. If he doesn't put in any effort then hard work will beat him most of the time. But I'm not sure if it can be categorized like that, since there are different degrees of talent and hard / smart work. I'd say smart work with the right mindset beats both.
