  1. Video games. I used to be heavily addicted now I don't them appealing at all. I play occasionally with friends but that's about it.

  3. The most important thing during meditation is how mindful you're. You could meditate for 10 hours a day but if you weren't mindful enough it would bring subpar results. Think of meditation as mindfulness training.
  4. 1.5h concentration meditation (breath counting etc) without back support. After a few days of it, you should notice a difference in your sleep need.
  5. If you're gonna take it anyway, I suggest you build up to it. Maybe a small dose of LSD and slowly build to one tab. Then when you're very familiar with LSD you can try DMT. At a small dose of course.

  11. Yeah it would likely work. Idk about about mexico but my country (Czech Republic) has a pretty good standard of living and the average salary here is 1 - 1.5k USD / month. So probably consider a European country where people have lower salaries but the same standard of living. It probably wouldn't work in Germany because they have higher salaries (probably similar to the US).
  12. I was in a similar situation when I drank a lot of coffee. Switching to tea for my caffeine boost worked great. In my case it might've had something to do with consuming 200 - 500mg l-theanine every day without pausing though.
  13. Take some modafinil and work on your business after you come back from work... It won't be easy (10 - 16 hours of work daily), but it will be worth it...

  16. There's nothing wrong with being a bit less sexually active. I'd be worried about having stage blue thinking limiting your spiritual development. But yeah, if you don't like it due to your upbringing it's perfectly fine. Just please don't judge people who like casual sex.

  18. The main thing is how fast it gets you into autophagy. 1 day dry fast is equivalent to 3 day water fast, autophagy-wise. Most dry fasts are one to two days. So if your goal is healing / to have more energy after the fast is over - this is the fastest way.

Obviously it's A, B, A, B, so every week looks a bit different. And find a good stretching routine to do after the workout! Edit: I didn't realize those were only 5 kg weights, sorry. In that case focus mainly on calisthenics and use them to make the calisthenics weighted (even then it won't me enough on most excersises)
  20. IF it is dopamine related then a few dry fasts could fix it. It could be a sign that you're wasting dopamine the whole day and porn is the final nail in the coffin. It did for me. Giving up YouTube / video games etc. should have a better effect on your motivation than no fap (sexual repression).
