  1. It's definitely precognition. There are ways to develop it further (dream journaling, LDing, health is also a massive component and other stuff). It's kind off the same mechanism which makes it possible to see real events during astral projection even though astral projection is just a lucid dream.
  2. Dry fasting is a way to get into autophagy faster. I don't see how that has anything to do with heavy metals.
  3. Because classical enlightenment doesn't nesecarilly equal high ego development. There can even be enlightened people who are stage purple (shamans). Monks can be enlightened blue. And also of course Bible (and other holy books) were written by their (Jesus', Buddha's etc) followers / disciples. If you want someone classically enlightened who's at least orange there's Osho. Enlightenment is easier at the higher stages but they're not nessecary. I know (personally) people who have experienced insanely high levels of consciousness but are still blue / orange.
  4. If you are just assimilating information then yeah, you wont get anything out of it... The books are supposed to make your action more effective (guide it).
  5. Call me weird but I actually enjoy it. And it does get stronger with meditation too. The same sound actually turns to the sound I hear before astral projection when I'm attempting to AP.

  7. I couldn't agree more :-). How much stronger / weaker have psychadelics gotten for you after SE? Btw for dissolving the last solidity Frank recommends using guided meditation or at least a dharma talk while doing concentration work (body scanning, breath counting etc). I haven't managed to do that yet, but it really sped up my practice.
  8. I haven't worked as much as @Gesundheit2, but I always had a part time job at least during the summer (often during the school year too). My advice is don't sell yourself short by only trying shitty low qualifications-needed jobs. Try freelancing with skills you learn from sources like Udemy, YouTube, books etc. It's not that hard to learn (for example) web development & it's much better job than being a cashier. The only downside is that you have to have discipline as there will be no boss to tell you when you're not working enough. Keep in mind that in order to become a highly paid freelancer you have to learn A LOT. If you want to make it a career in the future (after you aren't s student) you will have to study on your own even more than you'd have in UNI.
  9. Philosophy school is kinda useless, unless you want to become a teacher. If you want to learn philosophy, do psychadelics :-).
  10. Definitely get at least a part time job. Even if you want to read a lot of books / travel / meditation retreats / or do a lot of psychadelics you still have to have a source of income, doubt your parents will want to give you money for books & psychadelics.
  11. Video games. I used to be heavily addicted now I don't them appealing at all. I play occasionally with friends but that's about it.

  13. The most important thing during meditation is how mindful you're. You could meditate for 10 hours a day but if you weren't mindful enough it would bring subpar results. Think of meditation as mindfulness training.
  14. 1.5h concentration meditation (breath counting etc) without back support. After a few days of it, you should notice a difference in your sleep need.
  15. If you're gonna take it anyway, I suggest you build up to it. Maybe a small dose of LSD and slowly build to one tab. Then when you're very familiar with LSD you can try DMT. At a small dose of course.
  16. Meditation after weed is awesome. Try a guided meditation, it will blow your mind.
  17. Are you tired during the day? Some people just sleep every other day, because they simply can't bring themselves to sleep more.
  18. I mean ... there are other ways to reset your dopamine sensitivity lol. It obviously works but doing a 2 day fast every week or two seems way more favorable to me.
  19. Try to understand the sensation you're focusing on. It may help you to think about the three characteristics a few times during the session / observe the three characteristics while you watch the sensation.
