  1. Ok, not many will take it seriously, but this is life changing advice. Learn about food combinatorics. Your digestion time can go from 24 hours+ to an hour.

  3. Sounds good. I bet that works really well. You've got plenty of adaptogens there, which should balance the negative effects of things like modafinil. So it should be healthy too.
  4. Yeah, you can. Either buy a udemy course or search for free wordpress course on youtube. The hard task at the beginning will be actually to only reply to gigs you can complete succesfully with your skill level. And also - create a website based on the tutorial(s), don't just watch them.
  5. You can learn to make websites. Watch a few tutorials. The easy tasks are usually creating a new website, while the hard tasks are modifying existing ones.

  11. Hi. I am doing a solo meditation retreat assisted by modafinil. The technique is fire kasina. The aim is 8 - 20 hours a day. So far today I have done 2 hours. Its 13:37 here.

  13. I really want to smoke some weed to make up for the lost hours but my parents are at home.
  14. I woke up late and feel like I've got a cold. I don't know if today's gonna be good.
  15. 8 hours done, my vision went white 2 times (when I added some holotrophic breath work instead of a mantra). For the last hour I also listened to the Bible because it gives a strong transmission haha.
  16. Visions, a voice and jhanas .. Multiple people doing the retreat would be better. I just wanna check my phone all the time because sitting is hard.
  17. I plan to continue for 4 hours a day once the retreat is over. Combined with psychedelics and weed (which is a psychedelic for me) I should be turning people to frogs within a year.
  18. Ahh the good old basic health kundalini explosion - body scanning can lead to tripping 24/7. It's not a basic health technique. I know your point was something simpler. It's just that basically all you need to experience insane states of consciousness is "basic" body awareness.

  20. I guess it has been 8 hours. I did not keep track, but besides eating I've been meditating from 9:00 - 20:00. Today was pretty hard. I also had some beer and did some witchcraft (at the end of the day).
