  1. I was talking to a psychiatrist every week, but no formal reevaluation as far as I know. Maybe once when a judge advocate came.
  2. I think my parents smeared me to someone who gave them information about "my mental state". I have no idea how this works internally.
  3. The court's order. It hugely depends what kind and degree of awakening we are talking about. Heavy kasina practice always causes hallucinations (although controlled) . The Buddha must've done some kasina too. High enough dose of Vipassana too. Specificially after you've already had fruitions weird shit is going to happen. Even something as low level as an OBE can get you a diagnosis. Just trip and come down? Sure, that won't get you a diagnosis. - My brother called them out of spite. - Daniel Ingram has probably had more hallucinations than me. The only reason he doesn't end up in a psych ward is that he surrounds himself with understanding people.
  4. I was commited for five months. I've been out for about 8 months.
  5. Erratic behavior like dissapearing for a day and not telling my parents where I was (I was actually tripping on LSD). I've had hallucinations but they had no knowledge of that, so it's irrelevant for the diagnosis. They also wrote nothing such like having hallucinations in the report. Imagine I told them I literally put my hand through a wall on acid (which I may or may not have done, it was in the dark so my depth perception might have been just altered). Other was just my parents telling them I thought I had siddhis (I used to be pretty open about the fact I have some since my parents are spiritual too and know that this is real). Basically, according to the symptoms they know of I should not have a diagnosis. Old, original Buddhism (according to the Vimmutimagga and Visudhimagga) was full of things like mind reading etc. And specificially the kasina practices they all have done is basically just a safe way to develop meaningful hallucinations mixed with high concentration. All these people would end up in psychiatrist "care" today.
  6. They literally said one of my symptoms was doing multi day fasts.
  7. A psychiatrist would diagnose the Buddha as a schizophrenic. Don't worry about it!
  8. I bought the book but I can't get it to my damn e-reader...
  9. I started reading that one not too long ago too.
  10. Usually loans only get approved for those who have a job. Do you have a job?
  11. If you are seriously psychotic psychiatrists will lobotomize you. I've seen it in my stay at the psychward. Even electro shock "therapy" is still legal.
  12. What's obvious is that it was written by a highly conscious individual if you read it while tripping.
  13. Unfortunately we don't know all the exact substances he used. I have shifted my assemblage point on lsd though. (I literally went to a different version of my city). His books are more like a tool to do what the old shamans did. Not everything is literal. I heard he did a shit ton of lsd too.
  14. ICE is shit though.
  15. OMAD. Eat in a 1 hour window.
  16. Just when I started reading meta rationality.
  17. Not really. I am trying to build some apps that fit the principles but so far I've only been a freelancer.
  18. I don't know about connor faking it, but I know 40 day fast is viable. Especially at the weight he was at.
  19. Yes. Many business logs here, including mine.
  20. I have read it. I am also on his forums. It's a great book.
  21. Yeah, what if someone used salvia often to have the experience of a hundred lives :PP
  22. One of the biggest it companies in my country did a huge rework using lots of AI, their SaaS is great. (their name is Freelo, kinda like Trello but better)
  23. I know you asked someone else, but I don't trip regularly because my parents are always home and it's impossible to fake being sober on 5 meo haha
