  4. Hi. I am doing a solo meditation retreat assisted by modafinil. The technique is fire kasina. The aim is 8 - 20 hours a day. So far today I have done 2 hours. Its 13:37 here.
  5. I probably wont be able to finish today but Ill order some LSD to compensate.
  6. I really want to smoke some weed to make up for the lost hours but my parents are at home.
  7. I woke up late and feel like I've got a cold. I don't know if today's gonna be good.
  8. 8 hours done, my vision went white 2 times (when I added some holotrophic breath work instead of a mantra). For the last hour I also listened to the Bible because it gives a strong transmission haha.
  9. Visions, a voice and jhanas .. Multiple people doing the retreat would be better. I just wanna check my phone all the time because sitting is hard.
  10. I plan to continue for 4 hours a day once the retreat is over. Combined with psychedelics and weed (which is a psychedelic for me) I should be turning people to frogs within a year.
  11. Ahh the good old basic health kundalini explosion - body scanning can lead to tripping 24/7. It's not a basic health technique. I know your point was something simpler. It's just that basically all you need to experience insane states of consciousness is "basic" body awareness.

  13. I guess it has been 8 hours. I did not keep track, but besides eating I've been meditating from 9:00 - 20:00. Today was pretty hard. I also had some beer and did some witchcraft (at the end of the day).
  14. Or Mohammed - he was technically sd red, yet his baseline consciousness was much higher than the people on this forum. His daily experience could have easily been what people experience when tripping.
  15. Nice. I was rejected from a Vipassana course because I was stupid enough to admit that I take antipsychotics. So I have to go solo. But I don't mind that much because fire kasina is a better technique.
  16. One hour a day will make you more succesful at other aspects of life.
  17. I have done Vipassana. Kasina is basically a mix between Vipassana and Samatha.
  18. It helps a lot to stay meditating, meditation reinforces modafinil and vice versa, its a loop It makes jhanas etc much easier. Also, I am not disciplined enough to meditate for this long without it.
