You can hit 225 bench, 315 squat and 405 deadlift that way within a year. If you do full body at least twice a week with compound lifts and a few assistance lifts.... Search alphadestiny novice program. This is considered just intermediate.. Its all about progressive overload until you are intermediate, then periodization comes into play.
