@Adrija Reprogram your subconscious mind? You cannot. You are aware now when you are lazy or negative, that`s the start. Just continue and train yourself in this awareness, you`ll make progress. Not forcing, but gently and natural.

THE way is doing selfless service to others without YOU expecting anything in return. You`ll develop your heart chakra within months if you do it on a daily base and you`ll notice the changing attitude from people towards you. The key then is to continue this process and to not make it part of your ego!! This is essential. The heart makes the mind to shut up and is much more powerful including the minds of other people. Next to this you can cultivate devotion towards a deity, guru or whatever. Listen to devotional music. Develop your heart, follow bhakti yoga and intellectually learn the chakra psychology. The idea behind is that you are undeveloped in the heart chakra compared to other chakras. The key is to develop this heart of yours and you will become the most beautiful person in your family because they all quit developing it after their 14 birthday. Especially in the west. @Algi

Depends, if you have learned some kind of technique you can easily deepen it in 10 days by yourself. When you just have learned something out of a book, that can be great too, but with a bigger chance of disappointment. The most normal stuff you have learned in life was by a teacher. To my opinion that counts for exploring the mysteries of life also.

Hi Falk, the 3 body workout is from Integral Institute, so I guess it`s good. I am a fan of Wilber. I know about the `Vedanta Society` which you can find also in Germany. My own practice is with The Art Of Living, widely spread in Germany where it is known as `Kuenst von Leben`. Highly recommendable. @Falk

In the Hindu Advaita tradition they speak about the different Kosha`s (bodies). They all need to be prepared for the ultimate enlightenment. Lots of people fail there. There is much more to it then the average meditating guy or girl believes.
