@Esoteric GG No Re my man!
-
@Esoteric I guess the best thing i can say is everything i wrote is up to your intepretation and immagination. I don't think you are interested in the topic, but ofc i can be wrong with my FlAweD logic. And yes what do we have here - a vaegue attempt to expose my flaws in logic again. Good job i guess. Well you didn't expose me for this but you did try expose me, ofc what else you will do, this is so comical and predictible. And i suggest, try being a vegetarian if you really care to see the change if there is one, don't take my word of my FlAwEd logic. And sure this is a trigger to test if i am acctually angry or not, this may not be note to you because why would you give a fuck, but for others to see the mind games of the ego of both of us. And i would have to an elaborate explanation to how that "less anger" works, but i get a sense you wouldn't care less, that you would even wouldn't try to go vegetarian, so i guess i am wasting my time.

@Esoteric No, you made too many assumptions here, ironically. I love the phrase "wonderful logic", your logic always changes by the information and experiences exposed to you, and we usually tend to think we are really logical and that the other is stupid. If you think i am flaud, we are both ignorant here. However, lets adress the "question" here. First of all, good for you. However it could be meat, yes, why would you just exlude it and attempt to praise it like a gift of god or smth. But so it can be so much more other factors, i can't monitor what you do, but i can share what worked for me, and got this result. So i can continune to be a devil and reply you back with the same pretentions and silly sarcastic question: I said that i stopped eating meat and didn't get sick for a long while, so that HAS to be the only factor that helped me into not getting sick, besides nutrition alone, not even touching what else i ate/did and do. WoNdErFuL LoGiC, RiGhT? But now you are going to point out i mentioned that i also did meditation and took some breaks after eating so my whole fallacy has failed, nooo, my precious logic has failed me, (and you probably are the prefect being of god who can't be illogical, right)? Of course i don't think that, but the blatant "logical" attack is a bit too far, and you kinda did assume a bit more than you might want to. Why could and couldn't meat be the reason? Or part of the factors? It did some things to me when i stopped i can recall clearly - less need for sleep, lighter stomach/body, less anger and restlesness and suddenly my spiritual practices become so much easier to do and there was so much more bliss. Before that meditation was a exausting chore and i was waiting for it to end. And in this case, yes i think i was the meat.

@Leo Gura Yes, of course, it is/can be a dangerous assumption (and it is my assumption), however my intuition (if there ever was one) tells me, its going to be ok, and that also equates "even if i die part" as i feel. There is just sense of completeness. Isn't the non-duality counter-intuitive... This sense of intuition is bold but i don't know if it is naive. But i will leave it at this statement - happiness and bliss = optimal function of the body, which does all the work and does make the differnece so i do disagree to an extent. However, it will probably still be something unpredictably bad that i have not experienced yet when thinking about going trough it. I mean its not nearly as bad as rabies which hijacks and disables your motor function.
-
@Leo Gura For sure! Meanwhile if people really meditate and be blissfull, eat lightly and not so frequently, you will be ok for the most part. I can tell you this because when i became vegetarian, even with the whole sweet tooth thing i have going on + good amound of meditation and bliss - for these 4-5 years i maybe have been sick for 2 days mildly. Otherwise i had like the worst flu in march of 2015. Never got really sick after that. Of course virus will do its thing but you really can make the diffrence.

Ok, i will proceed to ask you what Spirituality and Enlightenment means, you don't have to reply to me this, just sit with yourself. Anyhow with being sarcastic and arrogant, no one is immune to devilry and you souldn't bother about my projections of you or that other guy, if you feel you have something important to ask, ask it, whats the problem. Yes i am choosing to react this or that way, very obvious of me, this is no issue to you acctually, just like i should not bother about criticism and people who wish me bad. Me thinking something is silly or being arrogant - well our cognition is very sophisticted and predictably unpredictable, invisible at the point you don't really want to see it deep inside. Yeah, you pointed kinda one of the basic hypocrisies or whatever, it can be a good reminder to me however, but its just like that for all of us, one day you feel one way, i will laugh at somebody because i want to even at the expense of the other, and this massive collision will rise, "you must be not spiritual or smth", and the next moment i will feel extreme compassion for even my biggest enemies and willingness to share and contribute to the world. Yes it's easy to be sarcastic, is it wrong to choose it tho? Just by choosing who you say hello to, you are as big as a hypocrite as me, thats just how it is with the ego, even when you are now being defensive about it. How are you denying this one group of people wanting to be in your life and choosing to invite the other? Thats the definition of discrimination by default. Still we can awaken and are on the spectrum of this from ego to nobody thing. About Eminem - how am i supposed to know what level of consciousness he has, i don't even care, but i find it funny. Is this wrong again? And a very "devils advocate kind of a question" Is laughing at other's expense bad? Should and can you not feel bad when somebody is laughing at your expense? My results are quite mixed and i am beginning to see that its not my business what people think about me whatsoever, but i will be wrong if i say i don't care what people think of me and in many ways, because some people are more valuable to me than others and some things are more intimate to me than others that i wuldn'w want people to know. If you want to ask, ask, no mater what i say. I hope this brings clarity to you. Even if i laughed, i don't feel like i am smarter than you or that you deserve to be laughed at, but at the same time i did laugh at your expense. AND THE MILLION DOLAR QUESTION Does bothering who is enlightenment or who had a glimpse of enlightenment lead you to the experience? Or help you, in what way? Is it enough to pay attention to? How cost-effective is it? Does it help at all?

I got a.... slight chuckle out of this. Thank you.

@Javfly33 Yes, i am looking foward to the death of the physical body. There is not much thinking about it, it just feels good. Very good. Pulling energies up from your crown center good. -

Basically tjose subtle fears keep eroding after time and you will be more established in yourself, notice that the unpleasantness comes and goes; everything will die, except you. Yes i am going trough the same thing, few times, however the depth of the awakening is getting more significant, no matter how big the confusion. Let me tell you something - remember - no matter how you feel, you are the ultimate, shiva, all knowing, all powerfull. You are just god feeling all this, see and laugh at it. -
@Rilles I know there is a way to live that feels liberating, for me, especially at work, i just take whatever responsilities i have to do and discard looking at time, time passes in completion and it passes really fast, day to day.

However being blissfull as a result of meditation and the relaxation promotes immune system functions. This is my first hand experience and is augmented by a light diet and fasting sometimes. -
Its very good for you, i did it for a while, remember the difference today.

I can really relate retty well with you! Painfully well, in fact. Depends on what you want to do -- do you want to better your external circumstances, underestand, you will have to go many strivings and suffer to get into comfortable place, which is for indefinate amount of time, and will pass after some time, as you know life tends to change in unexpected ways. If you want to focus on innerwork, its a rabbithole, but it leads to freedom, mostly only suffering worth to going trough. How can you feel better? Use your suffering to inspire action for transformation, underestand that without action towards the change, there will be no change, just recognize that. Its ok, and just try try try alot of spiritual stuff out, follow your intuition, keep reining your consclusions, let your minds die, no matter what. Do i relate? I am in the process of dropping everything and just keeping my job, which is unfullfilling, rest is based on enlightenment work/ lifestyle advancment. Please, hang in there! You will thank yourself later.

I guess this is why yoga works (for example, if you put your body into basic siddhasana but pick one foot and place the back of the foot under the root chakra so it presses, the middle point between genitals and anus; this also keeps me aware, and reduces the feeling of hunger and sexual toughts), also this is why strong determination sitting reduces toughts and shifts your awareness away from the body - because you are just not even attempting to move it. Yeah, its crazy how far one can go in this! I wanna pick up some traditional form of yoga.

Yes, i have noticed it also, it brigns me phantom pain in the navel center sometimes, when i do straighten out. But keeping the spine relatively straight is a benficial thing, as i also temd to slouch.

HAHAHA, in Latvia, aka, poor Europe, you are well of if you even make over 10k. -
This statement implies his ferociousness on stagnant people, circumstances, enviroments. He wants to do more of what he is already doing and give you less tolerance for your ignorance.
-
@TruthandPurpose Dude i could make such a funny parody of that, with some sad violins, however great work dude!

I am thinking alot about facing alot of meaningless and purposless work which produces poisons to society and acctually reduces the quality of consciousness, rather than improving it - alot of people in the woking enviroment also seem to be avoiding contact and as many responsibilities as they can, god forbid they have to take some extra. So people up in the hierarchies kinda force themselves there or get lucky and then their the blue collars suffer for it and its their (the blue collars) fault for being blue collars, as if society works magically somehow that there is no competition (and everyone can become a white collar or smth) and standartization of people in terms of education and instaling beliefs in them, so others get good treatment and recognition by their way of underestanding life and family situation, while others who don't, get penalized, however its just that their way of learning is different. So you get this mentality: "If you are excelling more than average, you get praised and idolized but if you are below the average in status, appearance, impression, no matter what intelligence lies in you, you are disregarded, even sometimes by attempting something you are disregarded" - so you get to a point, if nobody picks you up, you have to. Or you are lost and become a product of that very apparatus. This signals to me that this is not high consciousness civilization, even knowledge and true info about many topics are being hidden, not even purchasable. I am not saying white collars are the problem but our collective irresponsibility makes those enviroments like a very modern version of survival of the fittest. I don't want to support this, but i do have to work there, so i will donate a significant chunk, maybe even 50% of my wage and tax return to various charities for many reasons, but especially as a protest to the current "personal finance" stage orange narrative. What do you think? When i will have time i might paticipate even in some volunteer organizations, first i have to finish school.

Unless you have some respiratory problem, you will be fine! -
@electroBeam Very well said, i always felt some dimension of predestination and me tapping into collective, for example i randomly think about something and relatively quickly someone says what i tought or that problem gets randomly solved! There is sentience for life for sure! Every night you try to wish for the same thing for a year or smth if you are total skeptic and then see how it happens!
