I would say life purpose; you will by default spend more time working than picking up or are already. Every hour in your work you will feel dragged if its hostile, meaningless and will cause boredom. Meaninglesness will eat every corner of your being and no pleasure will fill that. But providing value and being creative, innovative, sharp in your making a living thing is superb IMO. And i think you will learn alot from both regardless, however life purpose for sure. It's just such a big part of your life - that what you are doing.

I think i just had a bruh moment thinking about this topic...

Avoid contacting people who died by suicide is a good general rule of thumb. -
I think what he meant in general is that its not compatible with the body''s biochemistry in a very subtle ways, as MANY preservatives and food additives will be after years of study. If i have learned one thing about nutritional studies, it's that it's a conflicting black hole that traces back to human history and alot of out of ass assumptions about how a human being should eat. The masses use this as an excuse to eat poorly and justifying their diet. I love that the healthy lifestyle is such a cliche, while very few people are acctually helthy, and do follow some not ordinary stuff, like @Vipassana with his long term juicing, vegans like @LfcCharlie4 and so on. If i ask my work collegues if what i eat is ok, they will say its unhealthy, because i don't eat meat and eat too small. And so many other things. But you go and ask, how many people have taken refined sugars out of their diet, almost nobody. How many people have fasted even for a day... You get the drift. I don't want to insult you, however i don't think lab grown foods, concentrates and so on are body friendly in the long term. The nutritional issues in my assumption can be traced back to selection, trying to intentionally combine spiecies to get the maximum starch for exmple out of a potato for example, or make seeds go away from bananas. But its MANY times worse with agriculture and food production. In my opinion, if you really want to look at what healthy nutrition is, its important to monitor what the elites are eating/doing, or independednt people with their own views are eating, Leo for example, vegans, vegetarians, yogis, meditators and so on. Wishing you best of luck in your nutrition journeys!

@ivankiss I mean yeah sure, almost all the readers have told me that i have a tendency to want to share my joy of playing music, my skills and knowledge has gone pretty fucked up, for the relatively little time i happened to put effort into this. Yes i have immense creative juices flowing and i am passionate for hearing and creating sounds. When i stopped playing for a while, i got so numb in the body, like i could almost feel physically that that desire lingers strongly in my body. And i remember from very early childhood, i was always fascinated by sound, not just music, even the shit you hear at work from machines. And just about every time, i play something random on guitar, riff or set of chords or improv ovet backing track, i feel really happy. And i play better for what, practicing like 5-10 hours a week maybe, sometimes without a practice schedule. That being said... you already know. I am trying to hang on and live like i wanted when i decided that i wanna be a musician. That doesn't quite work... because i am not a machine. But a deluded human being. I don't even have the persitence to practice my parts to record them because i don't see the vision. Everything happens somehow. I would like to release something very juicy and well arranged and tought out. That takes years of effort. Very mundane years in which you have to preserve your sanity to not burn out and harm yourself even more and cause real problems and make really bad big life decisions. My heart is so full and i haven't really said anything. I know you feel the same way. It was really inspiring to interact. Thanks again. -

@ivankiss yeah, its saddening, but i really do feel the love from you and i do have some to spare. Really made me genuinely smile. Thank you. I hope to hear the proper release of yours and whatever else you will have to share. -

To continune a bit -- i feel like i don't have anything and haven't achieved any of my vision, i feel cheated by my external circumstances. However i put all my effort so that i be blissfull and unclutch from everything. It throws me into that little bit of expanded state of consciousness, or that nothingness. I don't know if my life will get better to the point that i can be more creative and suffer mundane bullshit less. Honestly i am slowly considering just putting more and more time and energy on my awareness by dropping pleasures and hobbies after work and then just hopefully getting enlightened and finding a way to leave the body. This is not the only realm also, but whats the point of all realms if you don't feel free. It feels so radical that inwouldn't tell this to my dearest friends but, if i had a chance to leave now and not come back, this instant, i would do it without looking back. Everything reaks mediocrity and gain/loss suffering and pleasure dynamic. -
Applegarden replied to ivankiss's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@ivankiss you know, me too. Musically is a giant poop of little practicing and still getting some results, while not being sure if the suffering is worth pushing trough and "being successfull". The external situation is kinda garbage but internally i have to accept and move on, i have no other choice but to choose intensity. Most of my free time, the little that i have left goes to meditation and eblightenment work to bear my circumstances. I think you can relate. Hang on! -
I am so following this, since i want to do it too, however i tried 1-2 small meals a day after alot of physical work, i felt worse, however if i don't do much physical activity its ok. I also occasionally take Haritaki and Curcum. What results did you get, would you like to elaborate?

@ivankiss wohohoho, look at that fucking guitar... There are a bunch of ways, but to do it relatively fast, you might want to do or discover what the mainstream is. Creative challenges, minute shreds, covers, 10 ways to garbage content (imo), legit sound production toturials or a musicians video diary. Some people vlog how they play guitar e.c.t., memes also. Bahh... There are many exausting ways, but the one true i would like is to post what i want to post.

Can i ask how did you do it? And how long it took you? What did you do to get it? -
@liamnewsom202 I think what you are looking for is the feeling that you have to show the best of you or that you have to score the best impression. You know we all know that when we tell a lie or smth just to make our story bigger or appear to be better. Or yeah what was ment earlier, dependency. There is a social bar of engagement and if you cross that, then you can have genuine interractions between the sexes. But yeah that first phase is complicated, but then again failure is not bad at all, but a part of the process of whatever you are doing.

@Zigzag Idiot Getting bullied helps, and all i did was just playing guitar.... not intentional at all. But it did ground me to such an extent i felt so detached from people around me i didn't go to a graduation meeting and wanted to focus on what i really wanted to do. Spirituality definately helps, if you meditate, you do emit bliss, and you can really not just play cool but be very timelessly chill person when interracting with people. I noticed that some girls in my university were reacting to me, it could also be because they felt bliss when they tought about me, however its subtle. But i got some attention, some sielent stares with interest and at times even moments of owerwhelming questuons and effort to keep the conversation going.

@Nahm Its okay, i don't want to be too much of an idiolouge either... still whatever i said is my projection about these cliche phrases i mentioned earlier, so it was kinda my subjective rant. -
Applegarden replied to Spiral Wizard's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I simply don't think "those direct statements that make you stop and be" don't really help much to the discussions about the possibilities of various topics which people want to explore and get other inputs and therefore by knowledge or some organization of tought and different perspective achieve the same empowerment without having a subtle sense that it is wrong to spend time wandering about universe and some topic in the universe which people find interesting and are passionate about, as enlightenment is not the only purpose, but the very exploration of all the posibilities is the purpose or it is the purposleness including enlightenment. However liberation is important, yes. What works for me i found is that some part of renounciation helps however if want to be active in the world, this has not helped me, so i am also spending time being involved in the maya intensly, (playing, researching about music) and combination of that works best for me, while i have this body. It might be a dead end in the context that its a dead end for people's desire to be creative, wanting to know something, rather than discarding it and putting what they wanted to do aside and therefore making them miserable for not achieving anything while they could, meanwhile being blissful that they achieved what they wanted for lifetimes. The dark night of the soul comes later if the spiritual work is not done, and this approach HELPS FOR THAT DESPERATION THO. -

@Nahm I have noticed these statements as a dead end on this forum to any topic, almost to the point it makes me think that there is nothing worth exploring other than keeping yourself quiet. It creatives a narrative, at least in my mind, that the individual identity i carry is bad and HAS TO BE ELIMINATED ASAP and that these topics shouldn't be mentioned, discussed about even, because they are useless, because everything percieved comes and goes... I would like to hear your perspective on what makes you say that what i might be misunderestanding. I also immediately know you are wanting to respond me with, no, it is not bad, nothing is good or bad, its just the projection of your ego. I don't know, my projection is that it is a cheap, desperate spiritual solution "Mooji kinda teaching" and various other teachers too, don't dwelve into this fucking garbage "Maya", but somehow enjoy your responsibilities and maybe even manifest what you want (god forbid) while getting enlightened?? without becoming a monk? shocking ((yeye, no need to go anywhere, i am you and you are I, so lets do.... what exactly??)) Sorry for my rant, but this was on my heart. -
Applegarden replied to Spiral Wizard's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Spiral Wizard Yes, and i also tend to think that, the main force is the consciousness which translates to the energies and energies translate to the body, making the secretion of chemicals responsible for the casual bliss that every meditator experiences. But to access these states maybe the body needs to be very healthy, however again, after some point it has nothing to do with biology. I always wonder, why doesn't chopped legs/arms grow. The intelligence certainly is there because it made it grow when you were little, i am really prone to belive that you can access it to really heal yourself. -

@Leo Gura But what if you get to the point of activating certin parts of you that makes you into a powerhouse, for example what you say becomes true and really intense things like that, or maybe manipulation of your elemental setup or smth, that1% gets to 100% very fast, but i am just speculating and have no idea how to get there. But i have had some weird experiences completely sober, where i for the first time felt that my energies from heart chakra is realy flowing somewhere in a way/where i never experienced before. Really beautiful and altering experience, however it was very short. Tho i haven't tried any phychedelics and i don't have a grasp on what it is that they do. -
@Kiko I suck with women too, but i don't care i guess, why would you too?

@KingCrimson i will check out, thank you!

Hello, I would like to connect with people or find a community with people that share the passion about modular synthesis. I am willing to learn this aspect of music production and integrate it to my musical projects. Please share everything you want toshare about this topic. I am a complete beginner, so every resource is ok.
-
@JessiChell i could use some help eating plant based and varying my diet. All i eat is buckwheat with shrooms. If you could some send some easy to make recepies or give advice on nutrients to check up. I already feel healthier but i feel like something is still missing as i am trying out veganism.
-
Thank you, i will check out that when i come from work. I am also thinking rwplacing beatstep for keystep, since you can do more with that! And i recomend andrew huang's channel on youtube, he has great content on what modulars can do!
-
@Soulbass Sorry for slow response! Thank you for the video and the video of your projects prior to that! I am trying to find everything i can find, and i already figured i am going for aturia beatstep pro/ableton and erica synths pico III desktop as a good beginning. What i am looking for is a microtonal synthesis and odd time signatures, also i would like to get a signal into these from my soundcard and ability to get all that into my DAW. Later i would buy korg prolouge 16 and line 6 helix foot pad to get a solid fx on my guitar and its like i am set for life with studio sounding fx, of course i would upgrade modular to eurorack or smth and get a better computer but this is what i am up to currently.
