@Michael569 It's actually not easier...especially when we are at the point where we are calling family doctor's stupid. I'm not looking to become a nutrition expert, just to know what I can't go without (minimum nutrition/supplementation for optimal cognition) and what I definitely don't want to be consuming (foods that are more poisonous than other options, making my detox more or less effective). I already know which protein I like: grass-fed, organic meat.... Now if I just know which grains/potato if any, and then my favorite/best fruits and veggies, I'm set until any symptoms arise if they do, in that case then I'll dive deeper into nutritional information or more likely just ask the forum about those symptoms. You can't master everything. i'm hacking nutrition and health so that I can focus on my path, health isn't my path, I want health to be a seamless element in my life.

I literally think that I had both, I don't know which is which. I had a schitzo/psychosis/Paranoia symptoms yet was experiencing divine love and opening.

At what point, even if it's healthy food that works with your body, is it too much food just for the sake of keeping up with exercise? At what point is it too much exercise? Is it better to fuel up more and progress in physical fitness? Or to exercise moderately so that the body has to digest less? I'm not a "scientist". Let me know if y'all know anything scientific about this stuff.

We recently bought the type where you pour water into it for tap and then it drains through and you can dispense water out of it. the brand is PUR i dont know if anyone can comment on this brand. there is honestly a visible and taste difference in the water itself though so far.

I remember organic was one of the trusted labels in the healthy shopping video. Now with heavy metals being introduced organics took a hit lol. I'm wondering if organic is meaningless just in terms of heavy metals or if it has no weight to it at all in relation to a food being likely better for my health than a non-organic version of let's say a vegetable. @Leo Gura

I moreso concerned about heavy metals. in the heavy metal leo vid he says stop poisoning yourself before you detox and then says everything that's poison but doesn't say what's actually not full of heavy metals @Leo Gura

Try this: contemplate why you have problems with his behavior and try to release those. Realize his behavior is acceptable, then attempt to show him kindness again from your slightly elevated consciousness. Or just let it go. You're here to master your life, not someone elses'. Hard truths that we all must face right?

Imagine your dream life. Do it more than once and with a journal or something. If there's something that obviously needs radical change/shift in direction i'd say that's an issue of foundation. example: You're missing a degree, aren't working toward mastery in a necessary skill, are sticking badly in one aspect of life for example romance or work-life, you're unhealthy, you are paying a bill or living in a city or working a job that is sucking your energy or time or whatever way more than it's feeding you (and not a specific stepping stone toward your dream life), etc. the foundation is the vision i'd say.. and a strong mindset, and then basically praying hard for your vision and mindset to become clearer and more actualized. Good luck making decisions, experimenting, continuing to envision, challenging your negative beliefs/laziness/fear etc. time for massive action

Try just drinking water, no other drinks.....and drink a lot of water. Get some exercise that you enjoy, move around, shake your limbs, do deep breathing and yoga. Eat vegetables and fruit every day. Find out about your allergies, get labs etc. do some work. Exercise will help you sleep better too. Exercise, diet, sleep, yoga, and then try journaling and/or therapy and stuff....reevaluate your friends but try to watch your own bias/projections...reevaluate your career/job, where you live etc.... if your sex drive has been effected by drugs maybe try mindfully (or not, if you can't at first) jacking off instead of doing drugs (idk). And try to find more ways of expressing yourself whatever that means to you... decoration, design, style, creating paintings, pllaying instrument, organizing gettogethers or parties, blah blah blah... be more intentional basically. Creative = spiritual = INTENTIONAL... gotta want to be truly happy. You can do it. And maybe buy one of Leo's products: LP course/book list or try to seriously integrate one of his videos, like make a goal out of it. Good luck, i'm right here with you in my misery but at least start to know you are strong and "have a great vision for your personal life".
