  1. I see. So if you're not going to take the video evidence then, what about all of the ex-members speaking out against her about what they went through? Are they all just bitter? The teachings are just too high for them? They're jealous? Misogynistic? Is every single person speaking out against her just part of a big conspiracy against her? If you look at the comments on her videos you'll see comments, one of which I posted, from even people labelling themselves a teal follower, who has massive issues with some of the things she is doing. She my post previously. Sorry but too much of the evidence just screams cult, and you're not even bothering to look at the evidence, you're just like "it's probably bullshit propaganda, I can tell".
  2. I highly doubt any of you have even watched her responses or the documentaries in detail, you've all probably just seen that she's responded, and have faith that "well its teal, she must have debunked everything". Even @integral proved in their posts that they didn't even watch the docs before assuming it was some stage orange attack against her, before "skim watching" and assuming "nah actually lol it was stage green shit". I don't get the impression than any of you have actually looked into this in detail, you're assuming she's just being unfairly attacked, and there's a vendetta against her. I'm not saying she's not at all being unfairly attacked, as I've said above, at the very least she's either a cult leader that is continuously getting exposed, or she's a fool to have allowed that documentary to happen, or both. Maybe there's some unfairness towards her, but there's also likely cult shit going on about her. It's NOT just the documentaries, it's many ex-members speaking out also. Are we just going to assume it's all just a collaborative effort to bring her down... just because this world is just not ready for her? LOL.
  3. There are 4 episodes. I'm not talking about 1 particular episode. Here's a post from one of her followers who actually likes Teal, which was made on one her videos defending herself -
  4. At the end of the day I'm surprised she allowed there to be a documentary in the first place. If her and her followers are that bothered about her works being misunderstood, why the fuck would you allow some crew to come in and do one? I personally believe she is a cult leader, but on the off chance she's just misunderstood, then allowing a documentary crew in to your HQ with all your most devout followers sounds like a bad idea. Considering how choosy she's been at times with who interviews her, you'd have thought she'd make sure the doc crew would be on the same page as her. As many of the commenters on reddit have said, maybe her desire for attention/narcissism got the better of her here. It's either a documentary that simply exposes her or she was a fool to allow to happen in the first place.
  5. Sorry you're defensive. At the end of the day it's not just about the documentary, what about all the people that used to be part of her congregation, knew her personally and expose her for the messed up stuff she does? Are they are lying? All just misunderstanding her behaviour? All jealous and trying to tear her down? And I don't consider Leo and Teal the same. Teal is a self professed spiritual teacher, has her own IRL congregation and has been accused of far worse things than Leo has.
  6. Sorry if you're attached to her. You probably wont want to ever admit it because she means something to you and has probably helped you. I don't think you should be ok with her because she helped some people. Most cults do help others to a certain degree, they need to to be successful.
  7. So are you saying people who are cheated on should consider themselves to blame? You do realise that some people will cheat simply because they have options right? It's not always due to unmet needs, it's down to one person or two simply having more options.
  8. I love how people make this point about worrying about nutritional deficiencies while being vegan, as if the average person would have a clue about nutrition whether they be a vegan, vegetarian or meat eater. Have you looked at the average person? Do you think the average person is meeting all of their nutritional requirements? You need to know what you're doing regardless of whether or not you are vegan. Most people aren't healthy vegan, veggie or meat eater.
  9. world health organisations.
  10. You have literally no idea what you're talking about. You people literally don't do a shred of research, and just look a cases like these of deficient vegans and assume veganism is to blame. You're right, you didn't create the rules, and you are wrong. And people's personal choices can impact their health. There is LITERALLY a plant based on option for everything the body needs. I don't know how to explain it more clearer than that.
  11. I've been vegan for over 6 years. I'm not deficient. You can literally meet all of your needs as a vegan, however, if you are living in a country where plant based foods are limited, then I understand it may be a necessity for you. I probably wouldn't have gone vegan 20 years ago. If there environment allows it though, veganism isn't that hard.
  12. No it isn't. You do realise people can go deficient because of their own poor choices right? The guy has an obvious anti-vegan agenda, and is just looking for particular vegans who have gone deficient on their lifestyles. You can literally do this on any lifestyle. Search for people who are unhealthy and say it's the lifestyle that's wrong, but no, it's their own personal choices!!
  13. I think the main problem is that disrespect bothers you so much. Get over yourself. You're not entitled to respect.
  14. Why did you have to go on a rant before you left? "Hey guys, I'm leaving, but first I'm gonna tell you how much this place sucks" No one cares, just leave.
  15. Did she give you permission to check her phone? If not, then I have no sympathy for you. That's pathetic. Get professional help because you're breaking boundaries for no good reason and causing others harm because of your issues.
  16. Caffeine is also responsible for a lot of mental health problems. Be careful. In my country one of the first things they ask for when you go for therapy is - "do you drink coffee, tea, energy drinks with caffeine?. It increases cortisol. My anxiety has improved well since avoiding caffeine.
  17. I find when I stop playing video games, watching TV regularly, watching porn, and watching videos online, after about 1-2 weeks after I stop doing this, I feel much better. I have less anxiety, less depression etc. I focus now on - Research, investigation, hiking, music, sport. Even if I just use these things for 2 hours a day or something, it makes me feel worse. I will only watch an occasional movie/sporting event now when I really care about it.
  18. So basically experience your way into learning?
  19. All bullshit. It's just a lie they tell you to scare you away from doing it. They have no way of confirming this is real. The likely reality is that you are basically what you were before you were born. In absolute nothingness. But the best option is not to kill yourself at all and try and make your life better.
  20. You may not be able to completely stop caring, but what helps is how much satisfaction in life you can create for yourself, and this may help you value what other people think less and less as you realise you need their approval less. Challenge why you think what they have to say is so important.
  21. Actually, it a diagnosable disorder that involves professionals prescribing medications, diet and lifestyle adjustments to help improve the symptoms. It is a scientifically proven, neurobiological disorder. Don't go around telling people it isn't, it literally stops people from being able to function properly, which is why it is a genuine disorder. I'm sorry but you need to know what you're talking about before telling people stuff like this.
  22. Did you have a gun? Do you think many guns would help you in an attack? What happened exactly? Just curious, thanks.
  23. Or should we force them to live regardless? I personally think it should be your right to end your life, so long as you're not doing it in a way that puts others in danger, like doing it in public. Preferably there'd be a place you could go to to do it, and you'd see a professional who could try and talk you out of it by showing you your other options, but if you still want to do it, it should be your decision. Outside of this scenario, we should physically prevent people from doing it, but until the above scenario is a professional practice, you should be able to do it on your own private property. If someone doesn't want to die of natural causes, that should be their right, especially if they are suffering and there's no strong reason to believe they'll get better. Making ending ones own life completely illegal is just as cruel as making putting dogs down illegal. Keeping living beings alive just to suffer miserable existences because we desire them to stay alive is selfishness. We should try to save them by offering them options that might change their life, but ultimately there should be a legal way to end your life IMO. It should be legal with restrictions. P.S. I am not going to do this, so don't worry I am not suicidal, I just take interest in this subject.
