  1. Is someone trying to argue that no vitamin A exists in a Vegan Diet. Have they heard of Sweet Potatoes at all? I consume sweet potato for that reason.
  2. I've just found my b12 levels from 2021, and they were 281 ng/l so slightly lower than my 2023 ones, although it's only serum b12 which isn't, apparently, a good way to test if your b12 levels are sufficient.
  3. Hi. So recently I've been getting these symptoms - Whenever I do any form of exercising, I sometimes get lightheaded, and I have been feeling very depressed and irritable after exercising, as well as more anxious. These symptoms are associated with Pernicious Anemia, which is linked to b12 intake. My B12 has always come back in acceptable ranges, and the docs showed no concerns, but I shared my results with others and they said my levels are not optimal. I had two tests recently - One test came back - 44.1 pmol/L (Recommended range is 37.5-150) On another it was 292ng/l Recommend range on test- [150.0 - 1000.0] I've heard that Pernicious Anemia is associated with poor b12 intake. I've sometimes supplemented but not always, as my fortified foods seemed to be giving me enough, and doctors showed no concerns. I've just started taking a high strength B12 supplement, and will see what happens. Advice?
  4. I am beginning to take a b12 supp and see how it goes. Thank you for your input my friend. Below are my red blood cells part of my tests.
  5. Basically just open a nutritional planner like cronometer.com and formulate a meal plan that meets your daily requirements and try to focus on whole foods with minimal processed food, eliminate alochol, drugs and cigarettes, and stay physically active and you should be fine barring any health conditions that may be genetic or whatever.
  6. I am vegan, so understand that non-heme iron is absorbed less, but I consume 20mg per day, which is over 200% of daily RDA. I consume, Cashews, almonds, chia seeds, tofu, oats pretty much every day.
  7. Why would you say mildy anemic bro?
  8. Did you put a great deal of effort into making sure you met your nutritional requirements?
  9. I remember months ago I had this thing were the sides of my hands were very sensitive to cold surfaces. It went away though eventually.
  10. HAEMOGLOBIN 159g/L HAEMATOCRIT 0.475 L/L
  11. What sort of iron rich foods does she consume?
  12. "if you only ever get rejected by the one thing that you think will make you whole, it is as devastating as losing a child" Have you ever lost a child in such a brutal way? If not, how the fuck can you compare the two? That's the point! What I'm saying is if you're not a parent who's lost a child in such a horrible way, don't compare the grief you don't understand with grief of something obviously far less tragic. I'm not invalidating your grief, I'm saying you're comparing your grief to a form of grief you couldn't even begin to fathom. I'm not dismissing anything, I'm saying your comparison is stupid. You talk like someone who tries to make themselves sound a lot smarter than they actually hard. My point is hardly difficult to grasp. How could you possibly know that your grief of not being able to get laid is comparable to losing a child to a horrible accident and seeing the remains of their corpse? And by the way, your belief that getting laid or finding a relationship will make you whole is a massive assumption. You don't know this, there are plenty of people with good families, relationships, kids, sex/romantic lives that still kill themselves because of underlying problems. You don't know that acquiring a partner will make you as happy as you think it will.
  13. TBH that seems like such a huge switch in such a small period of time. I'd definitely just try and resolve these things yourself and use a therapist if need be. You're in a similar situation to what I was in around your age if not a bit younger. First of all get a porn blocker on your computer and quit porn, and get a blocker that also allows you to select which websites to block as well. A big pointer - Find things to do outside. One of the biggest challenges in disciplining yourself away from things like porn/social media is being stuck indoors all day with the option. Spend more time outside hiking, exercising, socialising or just anything. Keep yourself busy with other things. It will feel difficult at first but remind yourself why you're doing it, and accept delayed gratification. Immediately make peace with the fact that you may not feel good for a long time but it may be worth it for you. Sell your games consoles, downgrade smart phone if you can, you need to rid yourself of these distracting options.
  14. No. Only drug I've ever consumed is alcohol and caffeine, and I haven't really consumed much of either in several years. Unfortunately previous alcohol or caffeine consumption may have contributed. I was no addict because I consumed alcohol twice a week at one point, along with caffeine.
  15. I have this issue with physical activity. Whenever I exercise now, even if it's just for a 30-60 min walk, I feel irritable, depressed, restless afterwards. My calories are fine, I've had bloods done a few times, some very complex and nothing is showing as deficient. I've had - Complex blood tests, although gonna try and do more. Blood tests are coming back fine. ECG's Blood pressure monitors Used a blood glucose monitor - Not hypo or diabetic No drugs, alcohol. I eat a healthy diet, I'm eating enough calories. What can you guys suggest? THanks.
  16. The fact that you're comparing the grief of a mother after losing her child to a horrible accident and seeing her daughters corpse to the grief of being an incel is kind of ridiculous.
  17. Can you please just summarize what he says? I heard him starting to talk about CBT but I cannot be bothered to watch the entire video.
  18. I've been experiencing these symptoms since September. I've not done any high intensity exercise for a while, and I've been going on no longer than 1 hour walks, and even 1 hour walks trigger symptoms. This has been going on for 4 months now. It doesn't matter how intense the exercise is, even just walking brings it on. I have to limit it to 7k steps a day, which is 1 hour walking, and even then I'm uncomfortable and doing it partially because I am concerned about becoming sedentary. It's never happened to me before. I remember even in 2020 I had a period of about 6 months where I was almost completely sedentary playing video games not doing much exercise, and when I got back outside I had no issues. It's incredibly strange.
  19. I've had issues with low appetite, so I started consuming medjool dates and nuts. Easy way to get calories without effort.
  20. Yeah. But I've had bloods done which show normal cortisol levels, which was a bummer in a way as I was hoping that that would be the answer.
  21. No processed foods, no alcohol, no smoking or drugs of any kind, no meds, my sleep is ok 7-8 hours per night. I notice tightness arising in my body, irritability, sometimes the need to control my swallowing, sometimes a bit of light headedness. I've ruled out blood sugar as a cause through tests. My blood tests are showing everything seems to be ok.
  22. After a period of time of no exercise I get a reduction in the symptoms.
  23. Interested to hear people's responses because I often do this, sometimes for hours.
  24. I'd expect any forum male or female dominated to roast anyone looking for a partner purely for their wealth. That person should be roasted for be so materialistic. Are only female opinions on this subject valid to you?
  25. What are your results? How did you feel on it and what did you eat exactly?
