I think you will never know if the advice is good or not, but like everything else, it is a muscle we develop. Before I would force stuff on to people without thinking where they are on the spiral, how will they understand my advice, do I shut up and listen or slap them in the face with truth, do I give advice indirectly (im good at that hehe) etc. But after some practice it comes naturally automatic. You see their body language, how they hold themselves, can they handle it, or do you even give them one (sometimes they need to suffer before they can learn) etc. But I think the most important thing is for us to be conscious and self aware. To use our intuition of what this guy might need. I hope this helps <3 Love them, and they will find the way

Im sure that my Presence and Love allowed the space for my gf to exp. the things that I will shortly share It was amazing! This guy has a great potential for YELLOW! HAHAH When I reviewed my episode I noticed how Im jumping from perspective to perspective assuming that people will understand me. Even though this episode is spontaneous , sloppy and non structured I noticed how my brain was able to structure it by itself. I also noticed that I em communicating (constructing sentences) like im journaling in my lap top. It is interesting how we develop our thinking. I can see how I am dogmatic in many ways (orange,green). But I see how I can improve my style of communication only by observing it, and after that, set up a plan to improve it. Like reading, studying linguistics, working with systems and many many others! Our life is a Habit. But is it a good one? There you go!
