I approached one woman today. It’s just small talk. But found out she was engaged. I learned to look and see if a woman has a ring on her finger before approaching.

I don’t drink alcohol so I will be doing both day and night game sober. I might try day game more because it seems less overwhelming than going into a bar with so many people and loud music. I am just socially awkward and have many quirks that I believe are from having Asperger’s Syndrome and ADHD. But now, I am tired of those excuses and want to work on them.

I’ve been socially shy my whole life. Doing magic tricks when I was in High School got me to feel more socially confident and popular. My issue is that I have used it as a crutch to make things interesting and to blow peoples minds. I had one girl tell me that if she didn’t have a boyfriend, she would’ve taken me home. You are right. I now want to be a man and learn how to attract without needing a deck of cards, just my conversation skills. My mind literally goes blank, and I feel overwhelmed from the crowd. One thing I do notice is that as I become more comfortable around people, my humor can shine through. But in front of a lot of strangers, my mind draws a blank. Thanks guys. Tonight, I went out solo. I approached one woman and asked her to play pool and we played 2 games of pool. I showed magic tricks to 3 women. I just find it difficult to know what to talk about in the moment. I am gonna keep going and working on my social confidence. This is my first time actually making the assertive decision in taking action towards my dating life/pick-up. It is tougher than I thought. The key though is to turn work into play. If you are using a lot of effort, struggle, force, and “work”, then you are probably doing it wrong. It’s important to act on your highest desire/passion to the best of your ability. Then, you will be able to dance more with life and with your purpose. When I am passionate about something, it doesn’t feel like work at all. You have to learn how to turn resistance into flow.

I hear you that it’s important to bust through limiting paradigms and BS and being arrogant and single-minded can help you do that. But it is also equally important to be humble to the fact that there are states of consciousness and understandings beyond your current understandings and states of consciousness, which I’m sure you are. But this emphasis on arrogance gives your followers a false idea that arrogance alone is good. But arrogance is only one side of the coin. You have to be closed minded to insights you have realized are false. But also need to be humble to realizations that are beyond your level of development. If states of consciousness are infinite, then you are never done with awakening and spiritual development. It’s a lifelong process.

Look up the Halo Effect. Just because someone is attractive doesn’t mean they have a good personality. There are many women who are physically attractive that get my hormones up. But they can be toxic women such as a Trump supporter, conservative, insecure, and etc. Just because someone is physically attractive doesn’t mean they are at my standards for a person I could fall in love with. But of course, I am not going to fall in love with a person who I don’t find physically attractive. I’m saying don’t let physical looks be the sole measure. The analogy for me is falling in love with a woman is like falling in love with a book. A lot of people just find the most attractive cover and buy the book. For me, I am more selective. The cover is what first attracts my attention. But the contents of the book is what makes me buy it. The same is with love. Think of the cover as the looks and the contents as personality. Looks get you in the door but it is the personality that sells for me.

Intuition isn’t about emotions strictly. Intuition is an inner wisdom and implicit understanding of something. Emotions can misguide us. But intuition doesn’t do that. You can tell intuition from biases because biases are automatic feelings and thoughts, whereas intuition is about a deeper understanding beyond reasoning and evidence. Think of it like feelings < logic < intuition (or what I like to call super-logic). Leo made a video on counter-intuition. But he really should’ve titled it counter-logical. Because in that video he said things go against how you think and feel. But he didn’t mention anything going against implicit understanding, which is what intuition is in my view. I can sense patterns I haven’t tested before and can understand them. Like how there are infinite states of consciousness. I mean think about it. Leo has his insights through intuition. Intuition is an insight. But insights into the implicit like awakening cannot be explicated. Leo hasn’t travel through all the states of consciousness. Leo hasn’t awakened through all states of consciousness. Leo may have “awoken” relative to a current state of consciousness and is asleep relative to a higher level. This is the spiritual game you can intuitively sense being played even without conscious reasoning. You can believe you reached the highest level of consciousness, but you haven’t. Everyone in the world thinks their level of consciousness is the highest one. Spirituality has taught me that there is no such thing as absolute awakening or enlightenment. Well, technically there is, it is called death. I don’t mean death of an ego while still breathing. I mean DEATH - the return to the emptiness from which you were created from.

You’d be surprised. People with BPD struggle with this severely. That’s why in therapy I work with BPD clients on integrating more logic through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I just feel like having sex with someone who is below my standards does me more harm. OP should consider socializing with women, going on dates, and use masturbation if needs aren’t being met. I think that’s kind of the whole point of masturbation is to provide ourselves with those sexual needs. Some people who have sex sometimes don’t even get all their sexual needs met when they could through masturbation. But masturbation is stigmatized so people start to stigmatize themselves for things they can’t control. I recommend focusing on socializing and building love and relationships. The sex is just the tip of the pyramid not the foundation.

Yes! ? Self-discipline is everything. You have to focus on going after your highest authentic desires. The desire to have sex just for sex sake is not my highest desire. I would bet it’s not OP’s either. I don’t deny that I have cravings too. I just don’t let them run my life because I know I have a bigger treasure to find and I am not looking into fools gold. One of my highest desires is to find and fall in love with the woman of my dreams. Sex for just sex itself is fools gold.

Right. True meditation is not repression but expression and self-exploration. By meditation I don’t mean sitting on your ass all day. I mean being meditative and mindful while you still do what you need to do. The OP and all of us need to build our lives and go towards our best self. All I am saying is OP needs to incorporate more mindfulness and self-reflection practices while in the midst of talking to women. It sounds like OP struggles incorporating meditation practice into his daily life, especially in conversing with women.But I could be wrong. Meditation is a pointless practice if you can’t continue to do it off the cushion. The goal is to maintain that mindful awareness in all areas of life to the best of your ability.

Also, I think a potential reason for your neediness on Fridays is because it sounds like you don’t have plans, goals, and things to look forward to on the weekend. Make plans. I’ve recently been doing kickboxing and yoga classes at my gym. You just need to get out more and be mindful of your irrational thoughts and cravings. By the way, get off all those dating apps. I just did that and it felt so freeing afterwards. Dating apps are a trap. It really screws with your mind and standards.

What is the alternative? Acting on every impulse? Not all cravings need to be acted on but that’s besides the point. You need to have a good meditation practice so that you don’t let yourself be ruled by your cravings. The key is to be mindfully engaged in the moment. Notice your neediness and learn to let go of attachments. It’s paradoxical because the men who are most needy will remain with their needs unmet and the men who are most detached will have the most sex. Women sense that right off. You gotta meditate and learn to let go of cravings and not be run by them. Then, go out to the bars and clubs and have mindful conversations and mindful sex. Your not going to win this game of women filling up your cup. You gotta fill it up yourself with personal growth and then you can overflow it with women. “The flower doesn’t dream of the bee. It blossoms and the bee comes.” Trust me, meditation is your food. You have to start with the foundation of building mindset. It’s not wise to put the cart before the horse. After you have sex with 100 women, it still will not satisfy you. What you need is self-love, self-confidence, and taking action in approaching women and building attraction. You need to focus on building yourself into the person you would want to fuck yourself. ? Those are my thoughts. Do what you wish with them.

You might not live long, but the OP’s logic is that if it all goes back to infinite consciousness, why write a will. And I am saying that it is a contradiction because your children are as pointless as the legal documents in the absolute sense and yet you still care for them and want to protect them. But when it comes to a legal document to provide for them, you shy away. The fact is that the OP had children, so they bare the responsibility of providing for them or they can have DHS called on them. I mean all of it will be a dream, so it is a matter of what kind of person do you want to be in the dream? A Devil or a God? I also would disagree that the point of sex is pleasure. That is debatable. Pleasure is an epiphenomenon of sex- the act of creation. But maybe you could argue that when two dogs are having sex, they aren’t thinking about creation. But subconsciously, nature is about survival and reproduction. A dog doesn’t think about survival, it just does it. It doesn’t have any meaning at all.

Because you don’t have an effective meditation practice?? Your mind is buying into the story that you are needing something from women that you cannot fulfill yourself. Women cannot give you the orgasm of Awakening.

But you don’t apply that same logic across the board. With your logic, there is no point in having children, having sex, talking to others, and even living if everything goes back to infinite consciousness. But your children and house do matter to you. So you would be contradicting yourself by not writing the will.
