  1. You don’t have to choose! life is the best spiritual practice you could ask for, make life your highest sadhana. Also, not sure who told you once people are awake they no longer develop skills or enjoy things, that’s a load of bollocks. You could certainly become an amazing athlete, programmer, gardener etc etc post awakening, just follow whatever you love and it will come from a place of loving to do it instead of having to. But, yes I would certainly suggest getting the fundamentals dealt with, sort out your nutrition, start an exercise routine, build your social skills, earn lots of money (consciously) etc, but you can do these in a way that only deepens your spiritual practice. When you see life as your truest spiritual journey, everything you do is revolutionised, you don’t have to be sat cross legged to be meditating, in fact wait until your natural state is simply a meditative one Meditation is what you are, not something you do- Rupert Spira.
  2. @nistake Fapping drains you because of the combined excess dopamine + ejaculation. Have morning sex and ejaculate and you will still feel a form of energy drain, not as much as porn though. Try 'Fapping' without ejaculation, by using the methods I mentioned in the book above, and you can actually self-pleasure / Have sex with EVEN MORE pleasure, deepening levels of love & connection and actually end up with MORE energy, it's nuts. But, yes of course all the other lifestyle choices should be used in combination with quitting porn, in fact I'd say that's even more important imo.
  3. @Apparition of Jack I'm in the UK, but sorry I could NEVER support Biden, he is creepy as fuck, so is Trump to be honest I feel sorry for most people in the US, it's choosing between the lesser of 2 evils in the last 2 elections.
  4. @Leo Gura Sadly, from an outside perspective I really wouldn't bet against him. From my US friends on FB I see a LOT of pro-Trump and anti-Dems posts, I'm not sure Biden has the super fans that Trump does. If I was a betting man I'd be putting $100 on a Trump re-election.
  5. Emotional Abuse hiding behind the Facade of Spiritual Ego & Spiritual Narcissism and superiority it seems. I would highly recommend leaving the relationship as many have said, you deserve to be treated SO much better than this, it was almost painful to read
  6. I'd say just read Multi-Orgasmic Man, the practices and the theory are changing my life and how I view sexuality completely, certainly a Turquoise book from the Taoist master Mantak Chia. I'd also recommend Sex God Method by Daniel Rose, not quite so Turquoise but essential reading for anyone wanting to have the best sex possible (that's what we all want?) I defo agree about quitting Porn though, although 'Self-Pleasuring' as Mantak calls it can happen, it's just very different from a quick bust hunched over your laptop screen, and actually involves massaging, slow cultivation of the energy, fantasy / imagination, it will also help you solve any ED & PE problems you have. The book should be essential reading for 16 year old boys when they leave school lmao. You can also do Semen Retention & have sex & 'fap', you can Orgasm without Ejaculation, and not get the crash of an ejaculation.
  7. Online, Tinder / Bumble / Hinge / Instagram etc is your best bet. Pubs / Bars are open in the UK now also, but yeah online is your best bet. Check out Playing With Fire on YT and their Online 'love reports'
  8. Hello all, This book is on Leo's book list and is one of my favorites and I work with Ramaji and Ananda so I'm quite biased due to how much they have helped me with the 1-1 sessions and RASA since February, genuinely feel like a different person now than I did then. I know a lot of you are skeptical about paying to work with a teacher, and spiritual transmissions in general, but all I'd say is if you have the money for it, do it. It'll do a lot more for you then just constantly spinning your wheels watching videos and reading books imo (They of course have their value!) Then I was a hardcore seeker, reading book after book and watching non-duality video after non-duality video (Mainly Rupert and Francis lucille lool) I imagine a lot of people here are in the late 500's, and aren't quite yet living in non-duality's early stages. The books is called '1000' and uses a 'Level of Consciousness' LOC map for 'enlightenment' and shows the different stages of awakening, and different stages of teachers. I read it about a year ago, and it opened up my eyes the difference between Sadhguru and Eckhart Tolle to give an example of 2 mainstream teachers. It will also help you realize where you're at and potentially find a teacher you resonate with, you DON'T have to listen to a teacher at 1000, not at all. I've attached phots that give a VERY brief explanation of the stages in the map, but like any model it is just that a model and of course has it's limitations. My next question I've been wondering about is @Leo Gura's LOC, and Leo I know you've read the book, and if you have a rough idea where you at I'd love to know mate. Then in general I'd love for you guys to comment what you think your LOC is and why, anything over 640 means stabilised in Non-Duality, 590-640 is more like oscillating between non-duality and out of it, the biggest key is asking yourself 'Do I feel like the Doer.' It's also easy to overestimate yourself so be careful, however it's all guesswork unless you can properly do LOC's, but it could be a helpful tool to see the path, and where you are, as well as why you might be getting stuck. Examples of teachers and their LOC (from the updated 1000 book) Eckhart Tolle 674 Adyashanti 1000 Rupert Spira 1000 Sadhguru 1000 David Deida 683 Mooji 763 (Reading the book explains a lot about his controversies...) Osho 754 In terms of my own journey, I don't want to say a number or anything as people might perceive that as 'you think you're more enlightened than Eckhart, lol you're so deluded!!!' All I will say is I started in the late 500's, I am not 'finished' at 1000 yet, but I definitely am living in non-duality, and it's amazing, but I stilll have a lot pf work to do, even when you 'reach' 1000 there is still work to do, this is not some quick fix solution, embodiment of reaching 1000 can take years depending on the person and how much 'shit' there is to deal with! ANother reason I like Ramaji and Ananda is they are actually NORMAL people, they live a normal life, Ananda is a mother for example, they aren't meditating on the mountain tops or in caves. Nothing wrong with that if that's what you want to do, but I personally want to go out there and live life to the fullest and completely be myself, all which they embrace, unlike many teachers! They also talk about topics like Sex, Relationships, Manifestation etc which are hardly spoken about in the community. If you have any questions for me or about RASA ask away, but I highly recommend the book and doing more than just reading books and meditating as your work, also I'd look into the Enneagram to understand yourself (it explains a LOT!)
  9. @DrewNows You're not allowed to share that here remember bro Only MSM approved opinions please or you're a stupid conspiracy theorist murderer- duh.
  10. Yeah 'crazy conspiracy theorists' like David Icke have been pointing out the banking interest scam for decades, and how there is never enough money in circulation to pay back the banks, therefore, house losses, loan failsures etc as well as the booms and busts are built in the system. Gonna watch this series now, does he also give investment tips? Hyper inflation isn't far off, so I'm reckoning he's saying to hedge Gold / Silver and if he's on the Crypto wave then Bitcoin and some Alt Coins?
  11. Sounds to me in your case it’s not a case of needing to work harder and harder, as you are at a brick wall, and the harder you work, the more you’re going to smack that brick wall. You should be doing this out of love, not because you feel you have to, if that’s the case, then I would recommend taking a break, and doing practices you actually enjoy. Remember, the point of spirituality is to enhance your life and reveal the wonder and beauty of life, not make it some horrific struggle!
  12. Awesome bro, yeah, I agree with the weed, sure treat yourself every now and then as a celebration if you wish to, but smoking everyday in the long run is likely to have plenty of negative effects. I got into it around 17, and am almost 21 now and the same guys are still smoking daily and doing the same things as 3-4 years ago, when you can truly love life sober, getting high / drunk or whatever becomes a fun thing to do here and there, not a necessity or a habit.
  13. This is pretty insane ngl, especially with the Alan Watts Non-Dual commentary, a bit of a step up from killing hookers & murdering pedestrians!
  14. Read: Daniel Rose “Sex God Method” I think it’s available online, just take the sex advice, I wouldn’t recommend listening to all the life advice lmao. Basic principle of the method - DEVI Dominance Emotion Variability Immersion Just read that book to begin with. Then when you wanna take it up another gear for your own pleasure and overall well-being read Mantak Chia’s “Multi-Orgasmic Man” Oh and quit watching porn, that shit is poison to young people’s brains, also older people, but it’s way worse on a developing brain.
  15. Bradicus, John Anthony, Playing With Fire - All have laycounts of 300-1250 so have certainly appraoched a LOT of girls. Personally, I prefer the deep connection you get within a relationship, but learning pickup can help you get that dream relationship, so these guys advice can also be great for that.
  16. @beastcookie Good to hear someone else is having regular sessions with Ananda on this forum! I worked with her from April last year until January this year properly, and since then have done a session here and there just to catch up and talk about some integration and enneagram work. Hoenstly, I can’t thank her enough, she is an amazing “teacher” and more importantly a great friend on this path, I feel working 1-1 is by far the most beneficial thing you can do for yourself on this path for sure, good luck!
  17. Yes, it’s worth it, you just have to know what you’re doing. Since the pandemic and being single I’ve gone on dates with plenty of girls from insta and tinder, and I live in a town of 30,000 people, and my tinder is far from optimal, you’re obviously doing something wrong here. These guys are the online dating gods, watch them & also read their “lay reports” and check out what successful bios and pictures look like. https://www.youtube.com/c/PlayingWithFireDating
  18. I saw this story on Twitter about Jeff Bezos increase in wealth yesterday: https://www.inc.com/minda-zetlin/jeff-bezos-13-billion-net-worth-increase-amazon-elon-musk-steve-ballmer.html Of course, as Twitter is basically an extreme lefty / communist bubble, most of the replies were coming from a Communist perspective, which of course make some great points regarding no 1 human being should be able to hoard this much health, but are mostly coming from a bleeding heart stage green perspective, which as we know often lacks the nuance and ability to come up with systemic solutions except the likes of 'he could solve world hunger with his money!' as if solving systematic issues on a global scale was that easy. Basically all the rebuttals were from a tier 1 perspective, either stage Green, or a Blue/ Orange 'there's nothing wrong with this' response, many had elements of truth & falsehood, but I wanted to come here to try and get some tier 2 responses to this situation. Personally, I am the furthest thing from a communist, and believe we should more seek the goal of Equality of Opportunity, not Equality of Outcome, and see extreme communism as 2 sides of the same coin along with extreme fascism, and imagine it would actually work in the elites favor in terms of control. In terms of Billionaires, the only real solution I could see is some sort of cap & raising of their consciousness so they wouldn't want to heard mass amounts of wealth, and instead would want to use it to help push humanity forward in numerous ways, for example investing in grass roots projects, increasing wages of their staff, better working conditions etc etc. I don't believe a cap on companies would work as well, but certainly a prevention of having too much control like Amazon does now, and the ability to evade taxes and what not. I also definitely do not share the opinion of Commies that all profit is 'theft' lmao, and that business owners don't deserve more money, to me that just shows a lack of understanding of basic economics, and the actual work that goes into owning and running any kind of business. I'm not saying the level of difference we see right now is fair at all, hence why I'm making this thread, but I feel there are better solutions to be found in Yellow/ Turquoise thinkers, than just the typical Green equality of outcome response, but of course they raise great points on the problems, they just seem unable to articulate nuanced solutions most of the time in my experience and become very ideological when you disagree with them, and also have a 'herd' mentality, making having any sort of reasoned discussion very difficult. So, what are your guys thoughts on this issue and Billionaires in general and how we could make the inequality smaller ideally from a tier 2 perspective.
  19. Again, looking for a tier 2 answer / response to this issue, I feel on social media the best you seem to get is excess green answers, as most of the people who support the Green ideologies tend to have done little inner work & therefore, project this through the ideology they follow as the savior, of course this isn't always the case! Anyways, I've seen a lot of tweets regarding Landlords, and as I said Twitter is basically VERY left, I mean very communist (excess Green communist, not Red / Blue communist) & there argument is that all landlords are essentially leeches to society & they basically call them 'ethical thieves' and 'parasites' (mature arguing I know) and anytime a landlord responds, they just call him unethical, same with all business in their eyes. (I can only imagine the limiting beliefs around money & business this creates) So, I was wondering what is your view on Landlords & Real Estate in general, I know as an industry it has created more millionaires than any other, and I personally wanted to build my own property portfolio eventually, so was wondering what a tier 2 take on this would be from you guys? In my opinion, I see nothing wrong with Landlords who treat the property & tenant with great respect, and make money in the process, after all it's a business. My main issue is with excess FDI from places like China, Middle East etc in huge cities like London that then creates 1000s of empty houses while we have millions left to be homeless, especially as this is mostly done for tax reasons & loopholes. So, I am sure regulations and what not need to be put into the Real Estate market, but if I'm honest I have mixed thoughts regarding this issue, on one hand it seems a very extreme position, but on the other I can understand their frustration, especially when landlord are straight up Dicks about things & don't fix the issues etc, but the answer to me, doesn't seem to be- Ban Landlords, more so (like most things) as landlords become more conscious, they will do their job better and see tenants as humans! I know a Landlord who is very spiritual, and him and his husband use the Hindu philosophy of treating every guest in your house as you would a family member, and he sees all of his tenants as a family member, and his tenants love him, they go for quarterly dinners together, make sure the houses are well kept, and actually do great interior design jobs, to me that is the perfect example of a 'Conscious Landlord' and an example. But, even when presented with these examples, the response is 'He's still a landlord, and thus is a parasite' which to me, is too extreme of a view.
  20. Oh yeah, mate I was the BIGGEST leftist last year, he has some very very important points, but I just don’t see him 100% correct, and see the flaws that are creating excess green imo. Problem is that wasn’t “Proper communism” it’s the biggest ideology I’ve seen yet. For whatever reason people love extremes, on both sides, not just the left, I look forward to when more and more people take a yellow perspective on the worlds issues, instead of a tier 1 one, that’ll be a great day! I personally know several “conscious” landlords who charge as little as they can and treat their residents as “god” (their words) and their residents love them! That’s the model to follow in our lifetime imo. Leo you have just expressed my view perfectly, communist views are partially true but taken to the extreme it seems. Landlords could provide more value, and restrictions and regulations will help that, but we t seems excess green doesn’t like the word “balance” for whatever reason! Profit is key to the survival of any business As you say, conscious business is the way forward!
  21. Well what happens on twitter is they read some Marx / Lenin, then they create an ideology and in their bio have 'Marxist', then all their followers and who they follow are marxists so it just is a constant reinforcement of their ideas, and a constant shit show of 'Capitalism' it's the same for any ideology of course, but Twitter is prevalent with 16-25 year old extreme left wingers, I'm not sure why. You make great points, I myself want to own my own properties one day, and like you say this dynamic isn't being a 'leech to society' of course there could be improvements and what not, like more affordable and communal housing for the poorest, but this dynamic serves millions (renters) well. The issue with Communists I find is they want a 'Revolution' but then wouldn't know what to do after that from what I have seen, and they don't realise how fast it would go south at humanity's current stage. And, I agree, I run a business, and I know I provide products that people love and get value from like Beginners Guided Meditation Audiobooks for example. I hope we see many more conscious businesses in the future where the focus is on serving the customer, and to be honest, I think we certainly will. Again, of course there's many bad apples, but that doesn't mean all profit is unethical! It seems they just repreat Marxism without any critical thinking on their part.
  22. I’ve basically been discussing this with communists all night, here’s their main point: 1) Landlords are parasites and “stealing” money from people through rent 2) Profit made by the owner of a business is morally wrong To me, both of these are clearly wrong and I tried to make my points clearly but the ideology is far too strong. How would you guys go about rebutting these points? @Leo Gura Also, I spoke with the most conscious land lord I know, and he made some great points, he is into non-duality and said him & his husband treat every tenant like God, and provide the best service they can, and their tenants love them, how is this then unethical? Im certainly not against regulations and what not in this market’
  23. @Moon I basically agree 100% with everything you said haha. I personally am aiming to become a millionaire and create huge amounts of wealth by creating conscious businesses, but would accept higher tax rates as wealth progressively increased, to me that’s fair, as long as the tax $ are being used fairly of course. Yeah I’m a huge football fan, and you’ve nailed exactly what Twitter is lmao. when you’re in that state, the lure of an ideology (especially like communism) is so great as it acts as a kind of saving grace & can even deter from doing inner work, and blaming something else. And, yes people should be allowed to create however much wealth they want, as long as people have fair access to basic necessities! We have a long way to go. A lot of these would be implemented with 2 things. 1) Increasing consciousness of humanity, thus increasing love 2) Reducing corruption at the very elite levels of society, people don’t realise how corrupt the world is, it’s unreal! Im guessing you mean living in these 2nd, 3rd homes & not in terms of real estate right? But, yes enjoy all of these things if you want to, just accept you will be taxed more, so those less fortunate can at least feed themselves!
  24. @Apparition of Jack Good way of looking at it for sure. I guess this is also why they eventually 'grow out' of this phase.
