  1. @Dario1995 haha, I know the struggle all too well. There was points I thought i just wished I was “normal” and never got into all of this shit. But, find a great teacher, if you can even call them that, I class my “teacher” as a close friend.
  2. @fridjonk I agree, it’s a very short term solution, it just adds a few seconds to those impulses you know? so, when you are going to act, you create more “space,” I hope to eventually get to a point where I don’t need blockers, I’m defo not there yet. If I’m honest, most people don’t realise how addicted they are.
  3. @Javfly33 yeah I agree you gotta replace it bro. @Applegarden Of course, habit replacement is very key, and having other things to focus on. to me, Porn is basically the junk food of sexuality, not sure if that’s a good analogy or not.
  4. @Breakingthewall lmao, only when it’s the master. Makes a great tool But seriously, yeah it’s a fucker, and then you realise the I thought it centres around was never really there, a bit like the wizard of oz. Id recommend the book- “No Mind, No Problem” the inquiries and meditations in that book really helped me & I remember having a big breakthrough when I was on a Spa weekend reading that book haha
  5. @Breakingthewall ? That pesky old fault finder can get annoying
  6. Not sure about electric cars but read this, EMFs are more dangerous than we think, it’s helped me plan a lot for what I’ll do for when I buy my own apartment-
  7. @Javfly33 takes months to reboot your brain, listen to Your Brain On Porn as an audio book, you’re story is similar to 100,000s of young men, this is why I’m having to block it!
  8. @Thewritersunion Defo. This was just meant as in insights living after awakening, as hardly anyone ever speaks about life posts awakening. Im biased but the best book I’ve read on it, is Anandas, a ridiculously honest spiritual autobiography almost!
  9. Okay? ? ❤️, hope you’re well man!
  10. I'll be honest, I was checking the Porn blockers on my Computer & Phone, and ended up realizing the Tor part on my Brave browser wasn't blocked, and the whole 'one more time' rationalization kicked in, it ended up being twice, as well. So, I know how hard it can be, and am far from perfect. That has been removed now, and I think a blocker is going to be really helpful during those times. But, as YBOP says, you have to REPLACE this time with something else, like any bad habit/ addiction, it must be replaced or it'll be left feeling empty & you'll focus on it and end up doing it, so it's time to replace the habit boys with something else!
  11. @fridjonk Yeah man, gotta be real careful not to let these things overtake our life. In regards to the Detox, aside from the actual 24-48 Hr detox, what I've found to be best is- No phone when working Only download Social Media to use, then delete to avoid mindless use Allow yourself time to enjoy things- Games, TV, Movies etc, and fully indulge without any 'guilt' e.g. when should be doing work / exercising etc. YBOP really woke me up, Porn is fucked. Agree regarding lifestyle, just becomes normal & replaced by 'healthier' habits. Plus gives you more energy towards your relationship / finding a relationship, if you desire one that is.
  12. Here’s two great videos that always stuck with me regarding pursuing a career / business you love : https://non-duality.rupertspira.com/watch/what-is-the-right-job-to-do This is what drives me these days, both doing something I love & the desire for freedom, so I never have to do a job I don’t enjoy, I am lucky though as I started this at 18, and never had to endure really shitty jobs, I worked for my dads cleaning company but actually quite enjoyed it!
  13. This is not to demonise Orange, in fact I think most “spiritual” people could do with integrating a LOT more orange as it leads to gaping holes down the line. But, I follow a few “money” accounts on twitter as they often give good advice regarding business, but I always laugh at how deeply ingrained they are into Orange & are missing out on a LOT of other areas of life, the screenshots below explain more ? The second tweet regarding Biz & how great it is, is an example of why integrating Orange is so important. The first contains some GREAT advice, but of course, asides from mission, lacks any advice regarding spirituality & love etc. What I’m saying is integrate and learn from Orange the key aspects- work ethic, managing money, financial freedom, practicality in life etc Remember though, there’s more to life than the “grind” and it’s okay to enjoy life too!
  14. @aurum you too man, I love having these kind of discussions that you literally can’t have anywhere else online, where you’re questioning the collective, and it’s evolution. Firstly, yes, we are brought up around marketing that “things” will make us happy, of course more conscious companies are better than this now. it’s true, we just take things for granted & don’t appreciate the work & time that goes into that house. I remember Rupert had a video on how he was Managing a team of builders building his families house & said it was like Satsang. We don’t appreciate enough the care, love & attention that goes into truly great works of anything due to our consumer economy, I couldn’t agree more. All about finding that balance. Like if you take your spouse out to expensive restaurants always, why not cook a homemade meal, from love. Thank you for sharing that neighbourhood! If allowed, that is somewhere I certainly want to visit Post-Covid, tangent but I also think travelling can get us out of the “bubble” we live in and become exposed to different cultures and ways of life. Yes, $10M only has value in THIS kind of society, take it to the tribes in the jungle and it means nothing, take it to a real estate broker in Las Vegas and they’ve seen 10x that. Crazy when you think of it. Yeah, I agree, I’m not sure a gift based economy is the next step, but certainly evolution will be when people more so work on what they love, not just for survival needs, nobody can argue about that making the world a better place. Oh yeah, I don’t mean absolute freedom, I mean “external” freedom, in terms of freedom from working a 9-5 you hate, freedom to do as you wish, freedom to go beyond your survival needs. Oh, I agree, them goals are based on living in this system, if we were brought up differently, they would be different, of course. And, me too, I don’t think hardly anyone realises “The Economy” could evolve drastically still, to something where people actually get to focus on what they love doing, the polarity between richest & poorest is reduced drastically & humanities values continuously evolve. Almost like what Leo suggests in his conscious politics videos.
  15. @commie Also good points, thanks for making them! For me, it’s about conscious wealth creation & use.
  16. @Carl-Richard Good point. @Preety_India Yep, everyone has a different “ideal” of their dream life and that’s okay. For me, I love running businesses, I don’t need them to be happy, but I wake up everyday excited to work. (Only if it helps people, I couldn’t work in certain industries ofc) @aurum I actually agree with you, and think it goes far deeper than SD stages, and also involves things like personality & the type of person you are. Learning the Enneagram helped me understand & appreciate so many different perspectives & what makes different people “tick.” For example, Ramana Maharishi & Eckhart Tolle are Enneagram 9s- very peaceful, chill guys usually, (typical stoner) very naturally meditative is this type. But compare their style to say Nisgardatta who was bossy & authoritative because he was a type 8. So, in relation to your points, certain people, will be much happier with less (5s for example tend to be minimalists naturally) and more than happy with a “simpler” life, 7s (I’m a 7, Russell Brand is an extreme 7 lol) are much more “go, go, go” the active type who love to be doing things, so in your community scenario, the guys doing the busy work & running round with a coffee, whereas the 9s would be running the meditation & therapy sessions lol. But, I think you raised great points, and that’s where Green can really help balance Orange and realise there’s more to life than material pleasures- monetary, sexual, objects & more to life than the pursuit of individuality, a switch to a more collective approach helps people grow on a number of levels. I also think it helps wealthy people become more conscious & use their money more consciously, instead of hoarding. I mean let’s be real, nobody needs more than like $10M really once you have a few nice houses & cars etc, To us, the guys with 15 cars & 3 yachts & 7 mansions seem silly, but they are simply trying to fill a void with “stuff.” Now, dont get me wrong, we can all enjoy materiality & “Orange” things, and I’m certainly not demonising it, but it’s never going to make us happy, alone, kt can be fun, bring joy etc sure. And, yes My integrate Orange was aimed a lot more at younger “spiritual” people who can’t even hold down a job etc, your example I also know of, and I believe that comes from a more conscious choice, rather than having no money because they don’t have the skills to make money. To me, money = freedom, and the lower your living costs are, the less money you need for that freedom. I personally am in a wealth creation phase, and have plans to build wealth over the next few decades, but as I mentioned in another post, the idea is to always be investing in things I believe in & to always be giving back, I see no value in hoarding millions, but instead want to use money consciously. I can definitely see the value in giving up use of money, living on very little for those who want the simple / hermit / monk style of life, I am almost certain it’s not for me, but I am defo not shitting on anyone who wants to live that way, I don’t think there’s any “right” way for a “spiritual” being to live, but agree they would focus on more than just their individual needs. 2 examples of deeply awakened beings living “western” & “family” lives are Rupert Spira & Francis Lucille, so I think it can work either way for Green+ beings. (Id class these 2 as Turquoise) Wow, I rambled, sorry!
  17. @Leo Gura How are the health issues mate? Have you managed to find things that help you?
  18. @SeanD YouTube is your best bet to start with, then when you find someone you like, maybe they might have paid products that would help. it’s slightly different being an author to a publisher, but one thing I would say- learn how to market! That’s the key. @Moon Awesome!
  19. @Fran11 I agree, I actually thought a 3 week lockdown to protect the NHS was a great idea, before it became 3 months lmao. @Consept Yep, I have little trust in our government lmao, tbh I think deep down Boris wants herd immunity but he’s afraid of the backlash so almost got bullied into a lockdown ?
  20. How do you balance your work life, and all other aspects of life. People like Elon Musk work 16 hours a day, which is of course a LOT, how do you personally balance it, as most of us know, there is more to life than just work / business / LP, but we also have business goals we want to achieve? Are you still regularly tripping, and do you think you'll ever stop if you are?
  21. I can talk you through why I'm personally Anti-Lockdown / Against the nonsensical restrictions in the UK, I'll start with the restrictions. Personally, I think it goes a lot deeper, but Leo has made it clear 'Conspiracy Theories' are not allowed to be discussed on this forum, so I won't mention the deeper reasons. 10PM Curfew for Pubs- Lmao, this is probably the stupidest thing Boris (our PM) has ever done, all it creates is more- house parties, field parties, raves, crowded streets with zero security and social distancing, this will only heighten crime as well. Not to mention cripple the hospitality industry which has been shown to only be responsible for 5% of cases here, mostly of ages between 18-60, where the risk of dying is minimal. Also, if you go to one of these venues, you surely know the risks you are taking? Just cripples an industry for no reason really. 6 People Rule- Again, makes little sense to me why you can meet up with 5 friends but if you meet up with 6, you face a fine lol. Masks mandated in shops 24th July- At the 'peak' nobody wore masks, at the lowest the virus had been, suddenly they were mandated in shops, after our health advisor actually advised against wearing masks before this as in his words- ' the evidence shows they have little effect, and can actually do more harm than good in many cases.' Hm. New mask rule- This is the best one. You walk into a pub / bar etc with the people you're with, with your mask on, you get to the table and take it off, you then have to put them on again to leave the venue, just to take them off as soon as you're outside. Literal madness. Due to these new restrictions LOTS of people have turned their back on even listening to the Gov, and are not complying, even many police officers have said they have no way of enforcing most of these rules. Lockdown: Measures like this have NEVER been used for healthy members of a population, originally it was to protect the health service, but then continued for months afterwards. Now, people believe lockdown is the solution to this issue until a Vaccine comes, people forget we have a Vaccine for Flu and that still kills 100,000s a year. Asymptomatic Transmissions- https://www.theblaze.com/op-ed/horowitz-study-weak-asymptomatic-coronavirus-transmission , if anything it seems there is more chance of the virus spreading rapidly when a household member contracts it and everyone is cooped up inside, more so than passing someone for a few seconds when you are Asymptomatic. Remember, this was one of the basis for worldwide shutdown, without a true investigation into it. Destruction of small businesses & livelihoods- While trillion $ corporations have been thriving, small businesses are struggling more than ever, and this will likely be one of the worst recessions in a very long time. I feel if the population was asked at this point, most would be happy to open everything up, and those who wanted to shield themselves could do, and just limit contact between those leading normal lives, and the extremely vulnerable. The chances of dying for a healthy member of the working population is very minimal- Being realistic most people will not die from this, unless they have underlying health conditions / 75+ in age. Therefore, why are we not simply promoting natural health to the general public, what supplements to buy, best exercise routines, Wim Hof breathing, usage of Sauanas, etc etc? And, then protecting those it is actually dangerous for. I know the response will be 'but some 24 year olf who was perfectly healthy died of Covid' and, yes, I get that, but are those rare cases worth shutting down the world for? I can show similar examples of Flu deaths for perfectly healthy teenagers and young adults. Long term implications- In my opinion, the long term implications will cause far more suffering and problems than the virus will. I believe people often underestimate how much suffering & even death extreme poverty can cause, homelessness, mental health degeneration, suicides etc. If you think long term, I genuinely feel this could've been handled in a very very very different way to incoming economic doom that will lead to devastating effects in millions of people's lives. While suicides may not have doubled, they certainly have increased. We have had days in the UK where suicide has caused more deaths than Covid. That brings me on to my last point- Recalculation of deaths & testing issues- I have spoken to several Doctors at cricket, and read enough accounts of people stating how the Covid death figures are very generous. As in, you test positive Today, die of something completely unrelated in the next 28 days, and go down as a Covid death, or have stage 4 cancer, test positive for Covid, and again die 'of' Covid, even though, you were already dying. In regards to testing, the original inventor of the PCR test said his test should not be used in the diagnosis of infectious diseases, so why is it being regarded as the Gold standard? - https://www.weblyf.com/2020/05/coronavirus-the-truth-about-pcr-test-kit-from-the-inventor-and-other-experts/ This is without factoring in the lesser effects it is having on people, such as the extreme fear and anxiety. I know perfectly healthy 18-20 year olds who are afraid to leave their house & go for a walk still because of the Media & Social Media making this out to be WAY worse than it actually is. My mum for example has often said she doesn't know if she will ever go back to mixing with people and often feels live isn't worth living anymore. I don't see that maximization of Love & Consciousness. But, we all have different opinions on everything. Personally, I feel this should've been used as an opportunity for Governments to push healthier lifestyles, teach about nutrition on national levels, help people understand Vitamins & Minerals, learn about breathwork, learn how to boost your immune system naturally, while focusing on helping the Vulnerable & Elderly do the same & of course protecting them. But, at this stage, I don't think these restrictions are the solution for the vast majority of the population. My question to Pro-Lockdown folks, when does it all end? When we get a vaccine? When we get down to 0 cases? When we realize you can't suppress a virus forever. What about when there is spikes in years to come, do we continuously shut down the economy over winters? Are we going to do the same for Flu outbreaks? (50,000 excess deaths in 2018 from flu in the UK, but it never got mentioned) I'm sure you will all disagree with me, and call me 'low conscious' and selfish, or a murderer or whatever the latest insult is, but I just don't agree with quarantining healthy people, sorry, and think there are much smarter ways to deal with this. Instead of people actually evolving and becoming healthier, more conscious beings, people think a Mask & Vaccine is the be all, end all. While they continue to smoke, eat fast food, remain overweight and do nothing to improve their health, that is just very backwards to me. P.S. If anyone wants to have a chat about the deeper reasons behind all this, feel free to message me!
  22. @Preety_India Yes, but not necessarily in Excess. Personally I see complete resource quality & the end of money as excess green, and not necessary for the goals you mentioned, but hey, we all have different opinions on these matters & nobody knows until it’s tested in practice.
  23. @Preety_India I understand, it’s a common reaction when you realise the injustice in the world. I remember going through it when I first went Vegan, and first found out about mass tax avoidance of huge trillion $ companies etc. But, be careful not to become a stage green bleeding heart. Resource equality I personally don’t think is the answer, but I agree every human being should have access to food, water & shelter as a minimum, but I feel to ever reach anything like that we require systematic, stage yellow solutions, and unfortunately these won’t happen overnight @aurum Agree mate, and as more people awaken, more conscious people become wealthy, and that will only speed up the transition.
  24. When you get to the peace & happiness phase, as well as the experience of infinite love, you just wish everyone could experience it too
  25. @aurum Thanks for sharing these examples! I feel, until spirituality & stage yellow education is “mainstream” these will remain small scale, education is the key to any lasting change like you said, so then more and more people are involved in this evolution . @Preety_India I think this is great for small scale, sustainable communities, just not sure it would work on a large scale, or not until the majority of the world are Turquoise- think the Star Trek race that abolished money. We have a long way to go until we get there lmao. Money also is just energy & a tool, as more conscious people become wealthier, we will see money being used in the service of good & love, instead of what we see mostly today.
