Couldn't agree more. Small business here in the UK is so fucked, millions of jobs will be lost. It's like people struggle to look at long term consequences of literally shutting down a country. -

@Husseinisdoingfine Can I just ask, if you think Social Democracy wouldn't work, why would Socialism? I personally think Leo's SD political model is a lot more accurate- -
@No Self You have definitely raised some great points, I especially like the part about the communities, I feel a modern society alternative would be having the whole family involved, instead of living 100s of miles from your parents and immediate family. Im not planning on having children for probs a decade or two, nearer the two I imagine, but I do look forward to having a family, it’s always something I’ve wanted. Also, to play devils advocate to your point about sages- Rupert Spira, Francis Lucille, Sadhguru & my own teacher Ananda Devi all have children. I envisage as more awakened couples emerge & more awakened females, that “gurus” will start more families overall, just a prediction though!

@Nahm it’s a sport term for “Greatest Of All Time” ?

@wk197 he’s the GOAT of the forum, show him some respect

If you wish to, you don't need anyone's approval. It's your life. That kind of life is certainly not for me. But, if it's for you, try it out? It may also give you time to decide how you wish to spend the rest of your life, the career / business / teaching you want to do etc. But you defo don't need to.

@NatureB have you read this book? I think it’s unfair to judge the content, without reading the book. It is nothing to do with bad sex, it says how amazing sex, if goal based, will lead to the same avail. Also, this message has been in all the ancient traditions for millennia, and we’re all on a spirituality forum aren’t we? The majority of ancient teachings have said repeatedly how orgasm and semen should be conserved to help with growth. I usually ignored it as it was paired with celibacy which I never resonated with, but this book makes a lot of sense. Like I said most aren’t ready to hear this, I wasn’t for 30 months and left it on my bookshelf. she’s also not saying it’s ALL to do with this, just that nerochemically we are setting ourselves up to fail with the conventional approach.

Clickbait title-ish. The book is called Cupid's Pensioned Arrow by Marnia Robinson. I'm about 1/5th through, but have watched many interviews of hers, and essentially her message is that Orgasm & 'Fertilization Driven Sex' is not supportive of a long term, happy & fulfilling relationship between 2 people, as neurochemically we are wired to pass on our genes, so the more (male and female) you orgasm with your partner, the faster you are burning that flame. You only have to look at the majority of marriages to see how sex dwindles out, affairs start, or the 'magic' slowly dissipates. Instead, she talks of 'Bonding based behaviors' and a form of intercourse known as 'Karezza' which is essentially bonding based sex without Orgasm. She also talks about the path of enlightenment, and how many ancient traditions advocated for a similar kind of 'Spiritual Sex' & 'Spiritual Marriage' and not just Celibacy. I highly recommend this to anyone in a relationship, especially a long-term one, as it explained my own situation so well, and I'm only 20 and have been in one LTR, but certainly notice that 'Post-Nut Syndrome' you get after Sex / Masturbation, and how it really can linger for days, she actually suggests it takes 2 weeks for us to get back into balance. Have a read & lmk what you think. She essentially suggests a couple trying this & her other bonding based recommendations for 2-3 weeks, then going back to conventional sex and seeing what the differences are. Here's an interview with her-

@electroBeam ??? Not majorly but I used to especially notice it after Porn, almost like a sugar crash. Leos book list was where I started, then just asking people for recommendations & surfing online really bro.

@aurum You're like the conscious older cousin I never had To be honest, I feel this could be why we are seeing more 'radical' politics these days, in terms of the left getting more left, and the right getting more right. Because the injustices are getting bigger by the day, the responses to them are becoming further and further apart, which makes it harder and harder for any meaningful discussion to happen, instead we just see arguments and petty 'debates' on TV that are mud slinging contests. And, I couldn't agree more, I'm in a lot of business groups on FB for my online business, and the survival / selfish desires are so clear, supporting Low / No taxes, thinking money is everything, proper excess Stage Orange stuff. IT's funny to see that now, as when I was 14, I also believed all of it, so I can see why they're trapped with how we are brought up. I look forward to a day where the focus is on Humanity's happiness, health, wellbeing, love, passion etc. The most ironic thing is that will push progress at a far greater rate than any late stage Capitalism could. And, yep, in our society having money makes making money 1000x easier. A limit would help a lot, and just people becoming more conscious so this money at least goes to conscious businesses and not shareholder-focused Earth destroying Corporations. Sounds strange, but I'm watching the US Office (Hilarious and great show) right now, and it is such a good resemblance of how the majority see their job- a way to pay the bills. Basically, the whole office is not in their dream job, and most don't even know their dream job! -
I agree with @aurum (shock) in terms of it can help or hinder depending on the person and the motivation for it. Essentially, do whatever YOU want to do. After all, it's your life and we're lucky not to live in a hardcore Blue country that basically forces reproduction on you. I would say, firstly, you need to find the right partner, I'm 20, and I literally see people who were careless and had kids at like 16-19, split with their partners and I just feel so so sorry for the Child being brought up in a broken home by people who are literally kids themselves. But, you're 36, have your life pretty sorted out it sounds like, so, you certainly sound more ready than like 90% of people. What is your heart telling you? Personally, I know I'll want a family within the next 2 decades, but not in less than 1 decade!

These are such great points, And the problem is the majority of people don’t realise you can be 100% happy by yourself, and then a partner / relationship is simply an expression of tbis happiness & love. Look up Rupert Spira, he talks about awakened relationships a lot, and how we shouldn’t be using other people to make us happy, but only be with another being when we are happy ourselves. This frees the situation of many of our demands, and gives the relationship more chance to flourish. He talks about telling your partner- “I don’t need you for my happiness, but I want to be with you, out of choice, not because we need to.” I think that is so powerful, as it is the basis of true love, since you aren’t using each other to fill voids.

@SirVladimir violent gamma phase, the SD part.

That makes a lot of sense, so are you saying the issue now is the ceiling is far too high / doesn’t even exist, and the floors are far too low basically? Personally think $2M is too little, but maybe things will he worth less in the future in relation? So, basically decreasing the importance of money, to increase the importance of higher conscious values like happiness, wellbeing, health, love etc? -
@SirVladimir what’s that exactly?
-
@SirVladimir Or create conscious products that help people & produce you income. Win-Win. I get your point tho. @aurum Well we’re defo Near the end of Orange, I guess it’s just how we develop into green that’ll set the precedence for how quickly we evolve. Good point, so you think it’ll happen in what kind of timeframe?

@Globalcollective Cupid’s Poisoned Arrow. But, expect your whole view on sex to be transformed, I didn’t read it for 2 years as wasn’t ready to hear what’s inside it. It basically suggests how neurochemically we are not wired to have orgasms with our partner and tbis is why we drift sexuallly, she goes over a lot of the ancient teachings and relates Sexuality to awakening etc. Tbf, a lot of what she says, makes a LOT of sense, but I’d only recommend the practices with a girl you’re fully committed to & want a future with.

Since you’ve been posting again mate, it’s been super high quality stuff ?? Id also add boys are never taught how to become a high value man unless you do it yourself, our education system doesn’t teach Nutrition / Exercise, personal finance, anything about relationship & love, anything about dating & finding a partner etc, so the conscious way to do it imo, is use PUA as a platform to become the best man you can be, not using it to manipulate girls into “rotations” and then use what you have learned to develop genuine connections with females, essentially making it a pursuit of personal development, instead of a pursuit for notches on your belt. That shit gets old real fast anyways, especially the more conscious you are.

Love this list. If you wanna accelerate it further than just do business instead of skill. For example, let’s say you make 20k/ month from your job after a decade, and someone builds a business to 20k/ net in the same timeframe, they could sell that business for around 600k & then leverage that income. Defo agree with making more, not saving more, it’s why I’m always reinvesting instead of hoarding. I’d also say if you follow the right Crytpo guys you can get huge gains on some alt coins, but takes research. -

Love this list ngl! Id even change the wealth tax, to you either invest in startups / projects you believe in or it goes to tax. I think a true UBI will be a game changer as people will be more free than ever. I think eventually interest rates will be scrapped, the whole basis of the fed is exploitation, there’s never enough money to pay back, so they will always end up seizing assets. Yep, I like Leo’s idea of also choosing where your taxes go, it’s pretty awesome. Yeah, the chip think will only work once the corruption is riddled out, or we could end up like China, where you don’t do as you say and you lose credits, that’s very dangerous in the wrong hands. But that’s the conspiracy theorist in me coming out lol. -
One of the most common traps I see 'Spiritual' people fall into is the inability to take care of basic survival needs, or have basic skills, and then use a form of Spiritual bypassing to rationalize these inabilities. If you want to be a monk, or member of an Ashram or the like, then there's no need to read this, if you want to live in society it can help. I think people really underestimate how much fun creating a Conscious business / career and creating financial abundance can be, and how much it can help someone then concentrate on Spirituality. It's a lot easier to awaken when you don't need to stress about money or your next meal. Anyway, here is my recommendations for Conscious Wealth Creation: 1) Build an online business / business / career around something you enjoy / are at least interested in, ideally passionate about. 2) Pick a business model / skill and master it, DO NOT get shiny object syndrome and jump around. For example, mine is Self-Publishing, and now investing. 3) Don't inflate your lifestyle as you build your business, and reinvest as much as you can for the first couple years to scale as fast as possible. 4) Once making 5-10k/ month, diversify, especially if you're relying on 3rd party platforms- Amazon, Facebook, Google etc, ideally build your own audience- (email list, own website etc) 5) Begin investing your money in conscious things & things you support- Crypto, Real Estate / Service Accommodation, Stocks / Companies you believe in. 6) Build enough income to fund your lifestyle every month. Ideally, passively, but 'Passive Income' is a buzz word thrown about too much these days- building a business takes LOTS of upfront work, don't expect it to be easy! 7) Keep growing your income and wealth, and ideally use it for good, and for the betterment of humanity in ways you see fit. Of course enjoy the money as well and treat yourself! 8) Do whatever the fuck you want, without survival needs worrying you like 99% of people have, you even then don't need to worry about the money your LP produces as you have income, for example a friend of mine is going to just constantly go on Humanitarian trips to Africa / Asia once his businesses are at a certain level, everyone has their own dreams in life, and they will evolve. Always happy to help if anyone needs help on anything business related, we need more conscious creators, not less!

@Globalcollective Agree man, that shit gets old really fast, but I can’t see the addictive nature to it. defo, Daniel Rose’s boom is great for that, then Mantak Chia’s stuff when you’re in a committed relationship. Atm, I’d say Insta and following girls with similar interests and then DMing them, but spiritual girls are few and far between lmao.

@Lyubov CBD Oil, Magnesium, Lion's Mane & Teas like Chamomile will help you relax. No screens near bed, or at least wear blue light glasses from the evening. No Caffeine after like 12/1 PM, and if you are drinking it add in L-Theanine to help smooth the 'high.' Meditation & Relaxation before bed also helps, also things like warm baths. Oh and exercise- every single day, your body craves movement. If you have an office job, every 25-30 mins do some movement, and of course workout!

Great thread, love to see this! Have you moved on & started looking for more meaningful connections / Relationships? I tried the whole Rotation / ONS / FWB stuff and it always felt empty, deep connections are SO much better. But, you have to learn this stuff to even have a chance of developing a deep connection!
