  1. The one thing I will say, is look into things that will become valuable due to scarcity- Digital trading cards, unique Video game skins etc etc The world is going digital, and digital assets will become more and more valuable, but do be VERY careful in this space, however. there will only be more & more digital assets in the coming years
  2. As an avid Crypto addict, I would be VERY careful in this space.
  3. I agree with mostly everything you've said, however, be careful using terms like 'Non-Existence' 'as that is the ultimate Oxymoron, I understand you're using it in relation to the separate self, which is of course Absolutely True, however, I think maybe it would be better to phrase it as the Separate Self is Non-Existent and then encourage X person to go ahead and discover True Existence / The Absolute / God etc etc for themselves. Teachings like Impermanence, Non-Attachment etc etc are tools to help the Seeker find what is infinity & that in fact they don't need to 'practice' Non-Attachment as Awareness is pristine & unattached automatically. I hope I don't sound like a dick, but I just don't think Non-Existence is the best term to use, unless it is pointing to the unnamable
  4. @Nahm = The GOAT of this Forum, the amount of help he has given people over the years is unmatched, not to mention his 1-1 sessions are great! And, he combines Living your dream life & creating your own reality with true awakening, a true master.
  5. Awaken, and the question dissolves into itself. Consciousness = Absolute Freedom
  6. Don't force it, although I'll admit its hard post-school to make a group of friends. As well as @Meta-Mans suggestions, have you considered reading some Social Skills books, just basic level stuff and understanding the fundamentals, there's lots of good products out there. I would say don't force friendship though. as I defo don't feel how you said, I'm always buzzing to meet my friends and go out with them, even if they aren't 'spiritual' or whatever, you can have other interests outside of self-improvement & spirituality. Obvs Covid makes it harder, but websites like meetup.com will be your best friend, find things you like to do and meet up with them and try connect (where improving social skills comes in) For example, If I travelled to a new country, one of my biggest interests right now is Crypto, I'd find the local crypto meet ups and then go from there & usually you can find other common ground and get the ball rolling Like anything the more you 'practice' the more natural it becomes for you Also, we all have different desires and needs for our social lives and that's unique to each of us I'm very extroverted and LOVE being around people, seeing my friends, dating, meeting new people, developing relationships etc etc, some people are the complete opposite to that So, first uncover what you want if you could have any social life possible, then work out how to get as close to that as possible
  7. Perfect, I think the idea that Spirituality / Self-Actualization is all about Negating & quitting things we enjoy needs to be dropped. Of course we all need breaks and switch our focus from time to time, but if it's something you love & that brings you joy, I don't understand why their needs to be inner conflict around it
  8. @BlackMaze Theres still projects out there that can make you a lot of money, but you can’t really control those things. Focus on things you can control & then you’ll have more money to play with as well!
  9. @Pateedm Legend, thank you for posting this!
  10. @BlackMaze In the nicest way bro, that really is a small amount of money. Your focus right now should be FULLY on increasing your income & creating a business / career etc Learn Crypto investing on the side sure, but building your income & business will be much more effective It's been one of my own main goals since I left school at 18 and is going pretty awesome so far, I now invest a lot in Crypto but the focus is all on my business primarily as that is my real income generator, then Crypto / Investments further help with wealth creation I would also say learn about the mindset of wealth & money etc to help you keep and preserve wealth long term!
  11. This is one of the BIGGEST dangers of Spiritual work. you don't need to give up what you love to be happy, like wtf. You are clearly passionate about music, why would you give it up?? Like you're lucky you've found something you love at an early age! Don't let Self-Actualization or Spirituality make you give up your passions, let it improve & enhance your experience & expressions of them. doing 'The work' will only enhance your creative potential & music making abilities Remember, LIFE IS ABOUT ENJOYMENT, why would you deprive yourself of things that are clearly meaningful to you, this 'spiritual' mindset never made any sense to me whatsoever
  12. @aurum Perfect response, both sides go too far, sounds like every other debate in Human History lmao. I like this guys videos, he does a good job calling out BS, teaching people the basics of wealth creation etc, but it's very easy to see he's a typical Stage Orange kinda guy, with hints of Green. Basically, if there isn't 10000 peer reviewed scientific papers proving this Metaphyscial & LOA points, then it must all be BS. He does have GREAT points though about the Commodification of LOA, like these clickbait titles 'Do this to manifest your Ex back in 48 hours' is just bullshit. As you said, Awaken first, then 'Manifest' from the Space of Universal Consciousness & Love, and if that means you also want a few cool things like a nice car go for it, but as you said the problem with modern day LOA is its fallen for the 'Material things are all you need in life' Kool aid. In reality, happiness is only truly found in awakening, and then life becomes a celebration and we can create whatever reality we want for the fun, joy and love of it. @Nahm I think its about time you got a YouTube channel to show what true LOA & reality creation techniques look like But, sadly telling the truth wouldn't sell MILLIONS of $ worth of courses, events, books etc As @Leo Gura says in his marketing video, Conscious Marketing is 100x harder, hence why almost nobody does it.
  13. You need money to start investing though. Do both For example, I run an online business & as were in a bull market majority of my investment allocation goes into Crypto, it’s been lucrative so far, but I wouldn’t rely on it solely, unless you want to go full time crypto- youtuber, developer, trader etc I do spend most of my spare time researching and understanding crypto, but it’s defo worth it if you have the money & is paying off for me so far
  14. @Phyllis Wagner Fair enough man For me business is definitely about more than just money, I wake up everyday excited to get to work and build, it’s what I love to do, and now I also get to coach people, it’s awesome man Yeah, that is what they say, personally I’m hoping for a “Yellow Hybrid” where we get the best of both worlds, but I just couldn’t get on board with a lot of Communist Theory But, I also know what you mean about immature capitalism, I see that in the business world a lot Imo, any kind of identification with an ideology ends up closing your mind & creating issues, I found it when I went vegan like 5 years ago, it’s so easy to be trapped by it as well so I try and stay as open minded to all sides as possible in all realms. Anways, have a good day and hope you find some good investments to make some evil, dirty profit on your money ?
  15. @Striving for more Great advice
  16. @Phyllis Wagner Yeah fair enough mate, we all have our biases, including myself haha I just don't relate to a lot of it, as the Marxists I've met in real life, well they aren't as compassionate as you'd expect communists to be lol, especially when you disagree with them All the rhetoric about 'Profit = Evil' and landlords should be abolished to me just comes from people who have never run a business or been a landlord, not always, but a lot of the time Personally, I don't see Marxism as a natural progression, I would recommend watching Leo's recent business video he goes over the dangers of getting too trapped in Socialist rhetoric, Leta lone Communism in terms of Building your own success in life. That said, I defo am not saying Capitalism is perfect in its current form, far from it, we all know that I am just trying to warn against the victim mindset I see a lot with Socialists / Communists that always look for an outside source to blame While true sometimes, I just feel that mindset becomes pretty poisonous real fast and is kind of an easy excuse for not creating the life you desire, building a business etc, you always have the Baddy government or capitalism to blame, never yourself I've also noticed its mainly people around my age (21) in the 16-25 category and usually involved in Academia that become Radically Left leaning, which I also find quite funny But, hey I'm just some random guy on the internet, just some observations I've made over the years as I went to a 'state school' in England and had a working class background which is VERY left leaning (basically ridiculed for not being, even when you're like 15/16), and while great in theory, I'd like to see the more radical policies played out in real life first as Leo says in his Conscious Politics videos- test, test, test Also, let's be real Communism probs won't happen in our lifetime, I mean majority HATE it and are completely against it, so sure support whatever form of politics you like, but I would also say don't use it as an excuse to not to Financially blossom Sorry for the rant, but I fell into the trap a couple years ago, and since disassociating from that 'victim mentality' I've blossomed much more in all areas, including financially! Have a good day mate
  17. @kray For part of portfolio, if your young (below 50) I see no reason to be so conservative and just shoot for 7-10% annual returns, the advantage of being young if you can take risks as you won't necessarily need the capital ASAP compared to those close to retirement Not to mention Ethics, most S&P 500 Companies aren't necessarily the most ethical companies in the world lmao
  18. If I inherited $1M today & the focus was on income & not capital gains I’d do this- Firstly, use the money to create a 6 figure online business, as to me, business in my experience is the best way to create income, you can then systemise / outsource the whole process if it wasn’t your passion as well. Id then invest a decent chunk in Cryptos such as Ziliqa which has 15% staking rewards annually, and they are paid out daily (compounding?) on the Atomic Wallet (20% if you include the GZil you get) & TFUEL (Theta Fuel) which after Thetas Mainnet 3.0 you’ll be able to earn up to 20%+ from staking. Not to mention these Cryptos could 5x this year on top of the staking rewards. (My investment opinion, not financial advice) id also invest a Chunk in service accommodation if I could outsource the work, otherwise I think it would take too much time away from your main focus, which is where you will generate the most income. For example, in the UKs you can buy “Chalets” (small mobile homes) for like 20-25k and rent them out to holidaymakers in the summer for like £400-500 a week, which is insane compared to traditional rental yields. unrelated, but you Posted a pic from Twitter and expressed views I commonly see on Leftist / Communist Twitter, those guys hate landlords with a passion & basically repeat Marx’s manifesto on the daily & are fully bought in by the communist ideology, while ignoring its flaws (not saying there aren’t good points, of course there are) so I was wondering how much of your Real Estate views are influenced by that? I ask because I was the same when I used to follow a lot of the Leftist accounts on there, then I actually done my own research & met real, ethical, landlords and realised they aren’t the Bogeyman that Twitter often makes them out to be, sure there’s some greedy & unethical ones out there, but I feel they all get unfairly lumped into the same basket. I am not saying the system is perfect as is, but I’m not sure your solutions/ the ones I see on leftist Twitter would solve everything either, but I do get your point about everyone having a house, but not everyone wants to buy. In fact one of the landlords I know is very influenced by eastern philosophy such as Vedanta and says him and his husband treat their tenants as “God” and do everything they can to make their stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible. To me, that’s the perfect example of being an ethical landlord
  19. You are meditation Realize that and then 'Life' becomes a 24/7 Meditation Then, 'formal meditation' is something you may wish to carry on for various reasons, but it will be as an abidance, not as an Inquiry style For example, you may wish to do a 'formal meditation' before starting your work day, or after you finish work to transition into relaxation time, or before bed to switch off etc etc However, Awakening is the realization that YOU ARE meditation, Besides the point, but @Nahm do you have any recommendations for a daily morning meditation? I like structure, and currently follow Wim Hof Breathing every morning before my cold shower (lol) but would love a meditation to practice on a regular basis
  20. Are you allowed to spend the money on your business / Investments? I think this is a pretty common exercise for Manifestation / Law Of Attraction type work, in terms of 'feeling' you already have whatever it is that you want.
  21. @weridikka Personally I disagree massively, most traditional financial sectors don’t really understand Crypto, the market cycles, the technology or any of the projects that well. IMO (not financial advice) I think we are still early in the bull cycle, in the 2017 bull run BTC had several big corrections (20-30%) and in normal markets this is HUGE, but in crypto this is normal just like a 2x return on a stock in one year is insane, in crypto it’s not that impressive. I ofc can’t predict the future, but going by market cycles, there will likely be a 40-60% pullback when this cycle ends & we go into “Cycle 4” before the next halving. in the long term, the BTC halving will have less effect as the market matures& less & less BTC is available to be mined. and, in my opinion lots of projects are quite literally going to change the world& how things are done& these are the projects and coins to focus on, ones that have real world use cases & solve problems
  22. If you think BTC & ETH's tech are good look into Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Ziliqa, Theta, TFuel etc These are their current prices BCH- $450 (I'm actually being paid in this instead of $ by all my clients who I do coaching work with in my business, it is SO much easier than PayPal & transferring currencies) ADA- $1.24 Theta- $3 / TFuel (Theta Fuel)- $0.01 ZIL- $0.11 VET- $.038 Let's come back to this near the end of the cycle and see where they all are Just for comparisons sake BTC- $44,500 ETH- $1400 Personally, I think the 5 I mentioned will see better gains from here, but I could be very very wrong & of course this isn't financial advice, just a random Crypto Addicts opinion
  23. Sorry but I couldn't disagree more. Honestly, idc about Bitcoin, this is unpopular but I think BTC is simply just the first & the biggest, hence its popularity, its technology is still First-Gen & you're 100% it won't be used for payments and has deviated from Satoshi's original white paper of Peer-Peer Decentralized Cash& many see it as 'Digital gold' now. I'm more talking about a range of different Cryptos with Real World use cases, I don't have much of my portfolio in BTC & even from a gains standpoint it's already at $45k, to just 2x your money you're talking close to 100k BTC, whereas coins like ADA, DOT, LINK, ZIL, BCH, VET, THETA, TFUEL etc have much more chance of getting much greater gains in my opinion, some as close to 10x, compared to just the 10% you see from 'Index Fund Investing' which is great if you're already rich, but wil take a loooooooooooooooong time to make you rich. In terms of the bubble bursting, you're kind of right but this is where you need to do more research and you'll understand how the cycles work. It works in 4 year cycles based on BTC halving, and atm the market kinda lags behind BTC (for the most part, hopefully will change in coming decades), and the last halving was 11th May 2020, the 'Peak' of this cycle could be anywhere from Sept 2021-Sept 2022, each analyst has their own thoughts, but dates aren't really that important, what's important is this- If BTC goes up 100% in 7 days (or less) that is the signal for Euphoria in the markets, and time to take the rest of your profits, as this is what has happened in the previous cycles to indicate the 'peak.' Alt coins (every other coin) basically lags a month / two behind, like XRP going to $3 in the last cycle . You will never ever ever sell right at the top, and you should be taking profits anyways throughout, but the goal is to sell during Euphoria, and then wait for the inevitable retracement & build your bags during the bear market for the next Bull Market. @360_Trader on Twitter explains this FARR better than I can as well, it's his life's work lol, and you should see the messages he gets from people who were in Poverty, now financially free, millionaires from this cycle etc etc How you make money from it- Capital Gains like any investment- Remember if you're in the UK any profits you realize are taxed 20%. This is of course where the majority of gains are made. E.g. Invest 10k in BTC, it goes to 20k you make 10k- 8k after tax. (unless you become a resident of Portgual lmao) Staking- There's coins like ZILIQA you can stake on certain wallets and get interest, for example, with ZIL you get 15% per year, paid out daily & you also get GZIL so it's closer to 20%, this will go down as more people stake, so by next year will probs be more like 10%. Trading- I don't trade, occasionally swing trade, but that's with like a tiny % for fun, I'm always working on my businesses so don't have time to learn trading, nor do I want to atm. I started last year based on my business partners recommendations with BTC, Ethereum & Chainlink. That original investment has more than 5xed at this point, if only I put in more lmao. I started getting addicted to it end of December / start of January, and since that round of investing, without going into how much, I've roughly doubled my money again. I'm quite happy to accept risk as I'm only 21 so I get if you aren't, but to me, this is the greatest wealth transfer in history, and one of the best ways to become a Millionaire without investing for 40 years (of course have your retirement accounts set up through your Tax Free isa anyways, but that's a different discussion lmao) So, yeah, if you ask me if I think it's 'Risky' my answer is NO, considering we printed 25%+ of all $ in circulation last year, the USD is only backed by Debt, I think it's far more risky to leave lots of Cash laying around in central banks doing fuck all. I would also look into Silver & Gold. Once you realize how fucked and corrupt the system is, you stop seeing Fiat as the safe option, and see it as the true risky play, which I know can sound radical and something I would've never said a few months ago, but all the things with Wall Street Bets, Silver Squeeze, Stimulus Checks etc are starting to highlight the unreal levels of corruption in the global economy. Sorry for the super long answer, but quite a lot of what you said is exactly what I thought before delving deep into this the last few months, also, lastly on your point about being early- GOOD, that's exactly where you want to be. The early bird gets the worm as they say, and the best time to invest was 10 years ago, the second best time is now of course!
  24. One word if you wanna do ethical investing- CRYPTO. Still early in the Bull-Run imo. This shit is changing EVERY aspect of the world. Just look at Charles Hoskinson's life vision with Cardano essentially transforming Africa. Bitcoin Cash is making electronic payments MUCH easier VeChain is upgrading supply chain management through the use of the blockchain I'm so biased, but still, worth checking out, it's basically my second job at this point lmao
  25. Without even going into value for others, a talent like Music creation is something I always wish I had the talent for, it is almost like Self-Therapy for a lot of artists, and can be such a great form of expression even just as a hobby!
