Be present. You see exactly where people are coming from when you're not in the mind defending your identity. Then act from that place. If you act from anywhere else except knowing what is real, you have already been played by the troll. You can even ask them for more information and feedback so you can get a better understanding of where they are at. Sometimes they have something of value to offer, but you have to be present enough to see what's about them vs. the gem they have to offer you. Turn every experience to your advantage, it's all useful. How you take feedback is a measure of your development

Hi, Doing should come from being. If you truly get still and observe this idea you have developed as merely a sneaky way you have become identified with your mind and are now resisting what is, it should go away more or less instantly with no problem What will happen is that authentic spontaneous action will arise, and I assure you that it will be a desire to connect ☺️ -
I've eaten a diet like that and had no energy. You are maybe eating too much fat which can make your blood sticky, and not enough carbohydrates. You can either use fat for fuel or carbs, but neither will work if you're in the middle. You either have to eat extremely high fat and very low carb, or you have to eat mainly carbs. I work better on the high carb diet. I don't think olive oil is a healthy food because it can mess with your artery dilation . Eat more carbs, 20% sounds very low. Leafy greens can also mess with your thyroid. There is a chemical in leafy greens that if not cooked out properly can compete with iodine transport into your thyroid. This makes you feel low. Maybe take 150mcg of potassium iodide for a few days on the trot while cutting down on the greens and see how you feel You could also have adrenal fatigue. Do you drink coffee? Are you stressed? Adrenal fatigue can hit you hard. You can fix that by drinking an adrenal cocktail with a bit of ashwaganda powder in it. Look it up. There are lots of other reasons for fatigue aswell. If it doesn't change in a few weeks then maybe it's emotional? Sometimes you just have to ride it out. Your body might be trying to tell you something , like slow down

@DrewNows What do you think about these guys? https://www.youtube.com/user/mindfuldiabeticrobby They eat nothing but fruit (as per instructed by Doug Graham) and get good results. However they are more science based and have a different understanding of how the body works than Morse does. Do you think that there could be something to eating fruit, enough fruit to sustain you? And that's what actually gets the results, rather than the "detoxing" and fasting practices and mentality of the raw foodists? Do you really need herbs, a rebounder and endless water and dry fasting to be healthy? Do you not think that the raw foodists have a kind of religious belief system and misinterpret what's really going on when animal products are taken out of the diet and replaced with enough fruit to supply all of the bodies needs?

1 hour and 27 minutes? I'm still trying to make my way through the shilajit links. Have you got something shorter?

Find out be becoming present -
Being authentic means not being identified with body or mind, but being completely integrated, in the present moment, acting from a place of wakefulness rather than conditioning / identification. You observe all social norms but are also not bound by them. You are fluid, non attached, receptive, curious, interested in right now and how it appears. You're impartial and meet experience head on. This means not reflecting on the past or worrying about what might happen in the future. That is your natural state and that's what people respond positively to because they are meeting their deepest self.

I sense some inconsistency here.
-
Ok, so why did you comment if the context is you don't like sweets?
-
I'll dig some out.
-
I eat junk about once a week. And I keep a watchful eye on my health. I think a candy once per month is neurotic behaviour.

@DrewNows Among other discrepancies I noticed was the fixation on eating organic food. If you do a little digging you will find that organic food isn't really any more healthy than conventional fruit and veg. There is a database you can look at where organic food has been tested for antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and you will find that organic doesn't have much more vitamins and minerals in it than regular vegetables. Sometimes the minerals aren't even present because of the state of the soil. Organic veggies are slightly higher in antioxidants. That's it. But it's upto 3 times more expensive. The raw food community also ignore the fact that organic fruit and veggies are grown on fertilizer purchased from factory farm agriculture. So your so called healthy organic fruit and veg is grown in cafo cow shit which is riddled with all kinds of pesticides and all manner of big pharma drugs that the vetinary and husbandry system use on the animals. You're also getting GMO and glyphosate residue in that too. Then there is the fact that organic are still allowed to use upto 15 synthetic pesticides. Ok, it's not quite the toxic cocktail that conventional ag are allowed to use, but at least synthetic are regulated and tested. Organic pesticides aren't even regulated . They can use anything they want as long as it's organic. Look it up. Organic is just a big con. But it's sooo healing right?

When people get fanatical about something it usually signals cultural hypnosis. I have yet to hear a reasonable argument for "detox", most of the research we have tells us that there is no need for detox because a functioning liver and kindneys does all that for us. Granted a detox protocol might be useful after a course of something like chemo. And what about mucoid plaques? That black stuff that is supposed to be clogging up the colon? None of these hygienists ever admit that nobody has ever found any of this stuff inside anybody after being opened up on the operating table. It seems as if they just want to ignore the massive amount of evidence we have against clean eating in order to keep their narrative going. Also you got to consider that there are a lot of gullible people in the world. Hardly anyone is actually developed enough to resist enculturation, whatever form it happens to take. And when I say enculturation, yes I do mean cult.
-
You're right, I never went through "detox". But in all honesty I can't find much research to back a lot of what these guys claim. The more I delved into the community the more I just couldn't go along with it. There is a lot of story telling, quackery, outright distortion of scientific truths, lies, contradiction, and just plain old neurosis around eating. Everything seems to be centred around food. And hardly any of them look that healthy. If you like we can go on a deep dive into your favourite teachers and I'll show you how they don't make much sense. The other thing is it seems like another cultural hypnosis. They all repeat the same cliche assertions but have no reasonable arguments. It's really not my cup of tea. However I did lose weight and felt very good (until I collapsed one day after a climb that I normally used to do with no trouble).
-
I don't know. The reason I say clean eating is neurotic is because if you go spend some amount of time in that community you will see that it's not too healthy. It's excessively focused on hygiene and cleansing. You get the feeling that they would rather starve themselves than eat a processed food. Processed foods aren't bad in moderation. It's ok to let go once in a while and eat something bad for a change.
-
@Nivsch You will understand all this intuitively by just living in the moment. It's all there, you function very well without the need of a mental ideology. No work is really required.
-
Yes that's it. You nailed it. It's not that all perspectives are equal, it's that all perspectives are partially true and stage appropriate. The joker was pathological because he was a child in a mans body, behaving like a child. There is no right or wrong about that, it is what it is, but a spade is a spade, and you got to tell it how it is. You can't just beat about the bush trying not to offend green. You have to be honest, a child in a mans body is not stage appropriate behaviour, although beige is appropriate - 50,000 years ago and in infancy.
-
If you think about relativism for a moment you will see that it's not true. It's an ideology. How can you say all perspectives are relative and then impose that onto others? That's saying that everyone else's perspectives are wrong. It's a self refuting belief system.
-
You're already multiperspectival if you're not identified with any mind activity. Trying to think like that is like a substitute for being. Being is yellow. Be-ing, just being. Not trying on a multitude of perspectives, just being yourself as you are, whole, complete, in the moment That's where your insights should arise from. If your insights are rising from some pre existing dogma like "relativism" then you're in the mind.
-
Has anyone noticed their comments being censored?
-
Exactly. Chasing states is spiritual materialism. I think these ideologies are created by people who just can't master the ego. And therefore replace one ideology with another. They think they are making progress, but it's just another form of hypnosis.
-
It is strange. It's called spiritual materialism. The belief that you can set up external reality or fix a bunch of situations in order to "find" completeness. Completeness is your absolute nature, as you know, why would purifying your body of chemicals and not eating make any difference to living in the now? It may help a little.

Accept everything with gratitude and continue to live in the present moment. Nothing can harm you as you are already whole. But as soon as you start demonizing people thats when they truly do have power over you and can control you.
