The victim role is very addictive. The ego loves it because it can use everything that's wrong in the world (and it can find many things that aren't perfect) in order to strengthen itself, even to the detriment of the person. Destroying their health in the process. It's a sad state of affairs ?

Perhaps a ban is in order? Lol why drag everyone else down here who wants to learn?

@Mikael89 I hope you're taking notes brah?

Wow, hold on. I didn't even register that part. Culture and education are bad for the species? LMAO. Ok, I think this conversation has run its course. I don't see any 2nd tier people saying that culture and education are bad for the species. Do you want us all to go back to living in caves or something? To build houses you need education. Culture is part of all species whether you like it or not. It's just a fact of life. Anyway, done here, not being brainwashed by some idiot with an agenda Blocked!

This is an opinion, not backed by reality or careful observation of what is Evidence? If you can show how it's more economically viable for people to grow their own vegetables (on land they haven't even got and that is largely owned by greedy real estate bosses) then you might have a point. At this point this is just a fantasy that isn't taking into account what already is and how new ideas can be accomplished - in 4 years. Evidence? You're saying that most individuals (the mainstream) want corporate capitalism? Ok, provide some actual solid research to back this strange assumption. And where is your evidence that people being unified will serve our current systems evolution? Give some examples at least lol This makes no sense. You are the one saying Bernie's ideas are green, and I am saying I resonate with them. So how can you say I do not see how "green" would be of value? This feels very manipulative because you haven't even taken five minutes to work out a logical response. I've already given you an example of how green doesn't work. Via the EU Absolutely. Which is what Bernie is proposing happen.

You do know that what you're doing is called gaslighting?

@Wyatt It takes a lot of effort to get things going with a man. Understand that it's easier for them to blow you off when they don't know you and they sitting at home on their mums sofa chatting on the phone to a friend. They would rather have comfort than risk possible problems meeting with a new person. They know you want sex so that makes them even more unsure. The risk of upheaval outweighs the possible benefits. And with how men are in the 21st century, it's easy to write men off and not start anything with them at all. Women have a crystal ball and can see what you're like in the future just by looking at your texts. They are that sensitive, and if they think you're not with the effort to get up off the sofa then they won't meet you. You got to build a relationship with them and you got to be someone who is worth the effort. If you have a pick up mentality then forget it. She isn't interested in those men.

Heart disease was ubiquitous among the Inuit Background: The notion that the incidence of ischemic heart disease (IHD) is low among the Inuit subsisting on a traditional marine diet has attained axiomatic status. The scientific evidence for this is weak and rests on early clinical evidence and uncertain mortality statistics. Methods: We reviewed the literature and performed new analyses of the mortality statistics from Greenland, Canada, and Alaska. Findings: The evidence for a low mortality from IHD among the Inuit is fragile and rests on unreliable mortality statistics. Mortality from stroke, however, is higher among the Inuit than among other western populations. Based on the examination of 15 candidate gene polymorphisms, the Inuit genetic architecture does not obviously explain putative differences in cardiovascular disease prevalence. Interpretation: The mortality from all cardiovascular diseases combined is not lower among the Inuit than in white comparison populations. If the mortality from IHD is low, it seems not to be associated with a low prevalence of general atherosclerosis. A decreasing trend in mortality from IHD in Inuit populations undergoing rapid westernization supports the need for a critical rethinking of cardiovascular epidemiology among the Inuit and the role of a marine diet in this population. https://www.atherosclerosis-journal.com/article/S0021-9150(02)00364-7/fulltext

The problem stems from the pick up community. There is a dogma in the pickup community that in order to be successful with a woman you must never listen to what she consciously says she wants, because that is her social facade and not her real motives. Her real motives are to have push pull dynamics with a "bad boy" who she tries to tame and then leaves when she has turned him into her lapdog LMAO! Is it any wonder that the MGTOW movement has blown up? The internet is a wonderful thing, but boy is it responsible for some nonsense or what??

@Tanz Green would say, "Big industry now belongs to the people, for the people, it's now non profit". Green isn't that far off from communism. Try to imagine the effects on having to grow your own food. Society isn't set up for that. We haven't got the land or the individual time to grow enough food to sustain each of us. People work shifts now because society is a 27/7 event. People are living in cramped spaces in cities unable to even enjoy a garden. It's more economical to have agriculture from a centralised source as it is now, because it takes less resources to make massive amounts of crops.

I don't get the sense that Bernie wants to "take down" big pharma. He only wants big business to pay their taxes so that it frees up money for regenerating the system. Those other ideas are nice, but you got to think practically. Bernie knows he has 4 years, he's got to win confidence of the people in those 4 years. Imagine saying to the public that he's going to try to reform criminals by showing them examples of compassion? Maybe he does feel compassion for criminals? But he is tied to what he can practically achieve with what he's got. I resonated with almost everything he said, but I don't consider myself green. Green is one of the dumbest ideologies going. Ok it has done some good things but 60 years on from the start of green we can see now how if holds progress back. A case in point being the European Union. The EU are basically dictators who betrayed healthy democracy by continuing to pass idiotic laws without informing the public. The EU have an ideology and everyone had to fall in line with it. Communism

@Tanz Like what?

Maybe, but introverts are able to easily make friends, they have friends, but they prefer to introspect, spend time alone. This is where they get their energy. I'm introverted. That's good that you notice yourself making excuses. Just keep an eye on that, don't judge it, just observe it. Watch how your mind tries to come to a definitive conclusion about who you are and what your capabilities are. Look how sneaky the mind is at keeping you stuck (it's only trying to protect you by the way?, so don't judge it, just observe these tendancies in your mind). Think about a time where you have acted in different ways. Think about times when you were more confident. Now look at your belief and look at those memories of you being more confident . Is it really true that you "can't" take the step to ask someone out for a drink? Sounds weird doesn't it? When you look at this belief it surely doesnt seem right that you define yourself so narrowly. Take action and just ask someone out. It doesn't matter if they say yes or no, and it doesn't matter if your night out isnt a great success in your preception. All that matters is you took action. Keep taking action and before you know it you will be immersed in having a good time. When your night is done, come back to your post here and review it. Review it in light of your night out and see the difference in how you feel when you read your original comment. Soon you will be onto your next challenge and wondering what all the fuss was about

Yes. I would add the following The ability to admit when you are wrong and reflect, holding the feelings and letting them shape you. More patient with others who are less developed. You understand that they cannot be any other way right now, because you yourself understand that your own journey is unfolding and deepening. More compassion for perpetrators of serious crimes. You get less angry with them and experience more compassion for them because you are able to take their perspective on life much easier than before. In a way you're both the same and have the same problems, only theirs are dealt with in less healthy ways, yours are met head on and dealt with in more conscious ways. But bottom line is you're the same at your core and experience the same challenges in life.

It's good you noticed that you felt weird in this situation. You're right, it's not healthy. More importantly, what do you want to do about this? Trust yourself to come up with an answer that's the right one for you.?

It's not really a scam, but in some ways it is. This is what coaching has become unfortunately. It's a growing industry and scentists are even bought and paid for to conduct studies on behalf of these companies. It's very much like the supplements industry, fitness industry, the fad diet industry, the pickup industry and the self help industry. And this accounts for one of the reasons there is so much conflicting information on social media. They are trying to appeal to orange and blue who are fixated on self improvement but haven't really found the real material they need. Everyone interested in personal development goes through this these days, they get coaching that they could easily find the information independently (if they just applied themselves) and have to pay extortionate prices just for very basic information . You could see it as a necessary part of the process and learn from it. There is a problem if you are unable to see through it and get sucked into being a consumer for these industries.

@Anna1 The one good thing about having to deal with shitty bosses is the learning curve on how not to behave once you get to a similar position.

I want to add that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting different results. @Mikael89 this is your blind spot. You think you know and that's what keeps you unhappy and having suicidal thoughts. This is the ego. It's covered in every single decent authentic spirituality book written. Enlightenment is demystified in the 21st century. It couldn't be any easier to understand how transformation works. But you chose to hold onto theories you don't understand, like karma, so that you can maintain the unhappy mind made self which runs your life, thinking, behaviour and makes you unhappy.
-
I agree to a point. I guess the context of the post is to hopefully inspire contemplation for those who are having problems on the diet and cannot find any answers. I chose Leo's smoothie because people could be drinking that kind of shake 1,2 maybe 3 times a day and feeling bad and then wondering why they feel so bad.
-
Of course I'm wrong, in order for me to be right you would have to dissolve the self that is sabotaging your life. So it clings to any old bullshit in order to keep itself intact. Don't worry about bs theories like karma, just look at the ego that is grabbing anything it can to keep you delusional. That's REAL spirituality. Once you dissolve that ego then you will see what they mean by "karma".

@serotonin Everyone should watch the movie fatal attraction lol ------------ What you said about being born with specific talents is not true. You were born with a clean slate and everything that you have become now is just learned behaviour. If it were true that you couldn't be alpha then spirituality wouldn't be true. But it is true because it works for many people and many generations. You have all the courage and love inside you already, you just sabotage it by identifying as something else. Something small and helpless. Women aren't that interested in your skills. Skills get you the first conversation, five minutes after that they want to connect with the real you. Don't focus on skills, just saying hello is enough. Learn to be yourself is the most important thing. @Mikael89

I guess what you're saying is that green inclusivity is only applicable to the country? That sounds more like blue. Green (as far as I can see by observing it) is that no idea is better than any other, that all perspectives are relative and that every perspective needs to be looked at in its own context. It's an attempt to level out the playing field and remove hierarchy. Now, if Bernie was really green he would be trying to do away with orange comoletely because orange is basically a hierarchical system. Seeing as real green doesn't believe in hierarchy, I can't see why they would even admit to seeing orange as part of a solution. Bernie in that discussion I saw seems to genuine resonate with a hierarchy of ideas and is attempting to make the spriral heathy by calling out the pathological aspects of orange and correcting it, evolving it to a yellow system where it's forced to contribute to the health of a system rather than exploit the system for personal gain. Making a system healthy and including it as part of a solution is spiral wizardry. Green doesn't even believe in healthy and unhealthy aspects of a values meme. I can definately say Bernie seems yellow because he doesn't seem to be trying on a yellow idea, but he really does resonate with yellow solutions for the good of systems. Not biased here, just aware of how stupid green really is

You're free to say "hey look, I started eating large quantities of fruit and it worked for me". But to trash allopathic medicine and cancer surgery off the back of reading Arnold Erhet and selling extremely expensive herbs to gullible desperate people is not 2nd tier thinking. This is the point I'm making . 2nd tier would never act in these unethical ways. Trans rational is not the same as pre rational. It doesn't matter how much bullshit spirituality you regurgitate, if your behaviour isn't ethical then you're not a good role model

@Tanz Plus I'm a Brit. Lol. I'm not really that interested in Bernie, only in correctly defining the colours.

Sorry, but I never looked into Bernie until this afternoon.
