  1. @Leo Gura You feeling tired doesn't justify supporting the suffering of billions of animals, you shouldn't just proceed to eating meat just because you didn't do the diet correctly the first time. If you understood the amount of suffering animal agriculture causes, I dont know how you can even think about paying for animal products again

  3. @ROOBIO If you're on a plant based diet make sure you're taking your vitamin b12. You can't get enough of it through plants, you need to supplement it. Lacking it in your diet can cause nerve damage. It could be that you're lacking some other nutrients. Here is a website which you can use to check which nutrients your diet is lacking https://cronometer.com/ It could be also that you're not eating enough calories. You should get at least 2500 calories if you exercise.   4. I dont think I'm enlightened, what im saying is that im peaceful and clear headed, thats all. Thanks for the reply but I think elaborating little too much
  5. I Suddenly In the past 2 months have become really clear headed and just happy. I don't know exactly what changed, but I just feel really clear headed and peaceful, even if I sleep 2 hrs a night I feel really clear headed. I can meditate and actually enjoy keeping my mind on the present moment. I don't think ive ever experienced such radical change in my awareness. have any of you guys experienced anything similar to this?
