I tried kindle. I do use it sometimes it I much prefer physical books. Ideally I’d have the money to buy: 1. Physical 2. Kindle 3 Audiobook Of each book I buy

Working on my Toast Masters Speech: The Tao of Spring Harmony. It likely wont be ready perfectly for tomorrow, but it's already an improve from the last one I gave. I plan to give it again next month as I refine my speech creation process and ability. I am going to an open mic tonight to keep my skill and enjoyment up. I will record a single later this month and launch it on streaming services. I taught a Qigong class today to 10 people at work. They really enjoyed it. People kept asking if it could be a regular thing. It's fun seeing people stretch, breath, laugh and relax.

Yeah I have In Qigong you can learn to exchange your Qi with trees. I haven't done it yet but I plan on watching a workshop soon.

It’s a good idea to keep a healthy distance between yourself and coworkers in general. Instead of thinking of their looks focus on your job and relating to them in a professional way. Get to know them. Say less.

I would just suck it up and invest in the booklist. There are books in there that will help with discipline for sure.
